20 bucks for a personal pizza is ridiculous. Pizza is good but wish the size could be better for the price.

This pizza is more on the pricey side, but it definitely taste really good. I ordered a deep dish veggie and salad online and my order was ready when I got there.

Pretty straightforward basic pizza, but the notable part here is that they offer a Detroit-style. It has a bit of crispness to it and it's definitely filling for the money. The quality of ingredients wasn't what you'd get at a top-notch place and mine needed some red pepper (which they offered). They did get my fairly complicated half-and-half pizza with all the veggies correct. They also have a free option to put a little extra seasoning on the crust; I got sesame seeds. Not really the kind of place you'd go for specific niche dietary restrictions or high end cuisine. Just a pretty good takeout pizza.

OMG this pizza is so amazing we've ordered from them 3 times in the last month!!! Detroit style is the way to go and make sure to turbo or flavor your crust, it's FREE!!! I guess this pizza has me at a loss for words on this review it's so good!!!

Jet's has the best deep dish pizza (that I've tried) in Lexington, but the regular crusted pizza is nothing more than a $5.00 Little Caesars pizza. No, I'm not a huge pizza fan, but I find myself in need of delivery occasionally and I've chosen Jet's delivery twice. The last time, the girl on the phone was clearly new or discombobulated... bless her heart. I had a coupon for the deep dish. This time I chose the Aloha BBQ chicken pizza. It came with pineapples, chicken, bacon and of course BBQ sauce. The time before that, I had another BBQ chicken option and the only difference from that one, was that it swapped the pineapples for red onions. Ok, you get it, I like the BBQ chicken options. I also like the fact that you can choose your crust favor. Although it's subtle, it's a nice touch. My friend ordered a pepperoni pizza, that's how I know that the regular pizza is pathetic. She requested her crust to be the parmesan crust and it was barely on the crust, more like so around the outer rim of the pizza. It was so bad that she left her leftovers... I don't know why though, not even the dogs would like that pizza. For both pizzas this time, after the tip and delivery fee, it was $35... way over priced, especially considering the coupon.

We went on a Sunday for lunch, and it was not packed at all (in case you're wondering when to go to…read moreeat!) Excellent pizza, crunchy, soft, flaky and flavorful crust ... all the things you want. We got the Pine & Swine pizza and a small Greek salad (the small was big, if you know what I mean). Two dressings (which speaks to my sauce love language). On a weekday, this salad plus a protein add on would be a great lunch or dinner). The Pine & Swine -- for pineapple on your pizza lovers, this is your pie. It was excellent. Didn't taste the feta but didn't really care. Service was a little tired & kind of mid (then again were there on a Sunday around 12). If I were stopping by for lunch again on a Sunday, I'd opt for just sitting at the bar.

Our bartender was a bit grumpy - I think she was displeased our group opted to sit at the bar…read moreinstead of waiting 45 minutes for a table. I felt ignored/dismissed for parts of the visit. The pizza skins were basically mashed potatoes on a pizza. They had very little scallions, cheese, or bacon on them.. My friends ordered a couple half and half pizzas. They weren't very good, so there was plenty leftover for me to try. The Italian didn't have any red sauce - which I know is the intent - but the aioli was a sparse drizzle on top, and it was much too sweet. This led to the pie being mostly greasy meat and a bit of cheese on bread, with some overly sweet aioli on top. The beer selection was good. With all the unique food in Lexington - I would not return.

I tried a…read morecouple of their individual slices, the seasonal meat pizza with corn, poblano, country ham, and blueberry relish, plus a classic pepperoni slice, and their breadstick. Every single bite was incredible. I love that they use a sourdough dough. The crust was so flavorful and perfectly chewy with an amazing crispy bottom. The breadstick was absolutely to die for, especially with the garlic butter. This is hands down the best Detroit style pizza I've had. You can tell how much creativity and care goes into everything they make. The owner is incredibly talented, and this place deserves so much more recognition. They also have a cozy indoor and outdoor seating area and a few free parking spots on the side, which makes visiting even easier. If you love pizza, you need to give Rise Up Pizza a try!

They didn't have a big variety on their menu but they only had 1 person working. I went with the pepperoni slice with a breadstick. I was surprised how cheap it was. My total only came out to be $6.00. The food was goo. The crust was thick and there were a lot of pepperonis on it. It was disappointed in the lack of cheese on the pizza. It was practically nonexistent. There was some sprinkled parmesan and that's about it. Luckily there were a lot of seasonings on the pizza so it wasn't a deal breaker. Overall my friend and I enjoyed the food and will be happy to try Rise Up again
