Long wait time for dashers, poor communication when it comes to let me know when food is ready. They told me "only a few minutes" "only a few minutes" but that ended up being 1hr. Proper communication is important for many reasons, one being I could have declined this order if I knew it would take almost an hr to come out. Waiting longer in stores= less money I make. Stopped in for the first time after some lil league football. Ordered the NY pizza half veggie and half with meats and garlic crust. Now the pizza is good over all. The three stars is because I do not eat meat and there was meat on my veggie side. Second the garlic crust. We were expecting only the crust to have the garlic flavor not garlic sprinkled over crust onto the pizza toppings also. The Greek salad was a no no. The was barely any toppings on the salad, basically a container of lettuce for $11! So, definitely no more salad from here nor garlic flavor crust. I Most likely would give another try but it will be a while.....Had to come back and update my review and let you all know their sauce is really good, not that sharp tomato taste. read more

I never thought it would be soooo hard to find good pizza in Florida. My favorite pizza from my native Rhode Island is from a place called Caserta's on "the hill" in providence! It's a must have every time I go up for a visit. Jets is the closest I have found to this pizza. Thick crust, great tomato sauce and pepperoni and of course cheese. Unfortunately, more times than not our requests for a well done crust and extra sauce is seldom met. It's very discouraging. You never know what you are going to get, not consistent. Today was a lucky day. This is a take out only establishment, prices are fair and they often offer deals. Primarily staffed by "kids" who really seem not to care. Just moved from GA and there was a Jet Pizza that I'd stop at on the way home from the golf course. Good service, good Detroit style pizza. The Fishhawk location is very small, no place to eat, takeout only. They didn't even have an electronic menu screen, just a dry erase board. I ordered from a young lady, there were another 5 or 6 teenagers working in the back with an older woman. Lots of yelling out orders and noise from the back. My pizza was hot and tasty, although a bit of a greasy mess that leaked through the box on the way home. The crust was like a crispy bread, not chewy like Neapolitan pizza. Sauce was zesty, and the toppings good although not applied that heavy. It's somewhat amateurish, but I enjoyed my pizza, it was good value and a good size. read more

I've ordered here before and it was good. Tonight was absolutely horrible. Upon first look, they forgot my 3 dipping sauces. I carry the food in and f'ind they they gave me someone else's pizza...with mushrooms on it that I'm allergic to. It didn't matter anyway because the pizza looked stale like it was made Friday afternoon and was delivered Sunday evening. My dinner tonight, a can of Chef Boyardee Raviolis and some bread. Never again. In 2023 during this recession and prices throughout skyrocketing...,you can't have employees not giving a shit and not caring about the customers food. Sadly this Jets location has made one too many mistake with our last couple orders that I can't recommend them. The pizza is good but we never get what we order, but definitely get charged for it. One example is..... Last week we ordered a 8 corner Detroit Style with 3 toppings for delivery and what was delivered was a deep dish with pepperoni. When we called to let them know I was told that we could come pick up another pizza or could have store credit; store credit would normally be ok but since this was the second time in a row that this has happened, we no longer want to order from this location so didn't want store credit. I was told that the charges would be voided that evening at closing but the next morning they were still there. When I called first thing in morning I was told it would be taken care of and I would get a call back but that didn't happen. I called back and spoke with the manager who was very pleasant and she said that she would take care of it and I should see a reversal of the charge in my account in 3-5 days and here I am writing this review because the charges weren't removed. It's not right when you order pizza and are charged $29 and a $17 pizza arrives. We love Jets Pizza but the human errors at this location are a real issue so I wouldn't order for delivery and I would make sure to throughly check order before driver leaves if you do. I will be contacting corporate if this isn't resolved in the next few days. read more

This place was recommended, when I was looking for a good NY style pizza. After some errors with the ordering system, we called in the order. Ordered a hand tossed, and a NY style. The hand tossed was just ok, not worth the extra distance for pickup. The NY style, very disappointed sauce was very sweet, and the pizza was not close to NY style. Ordered delivery and when it arrived, my order was not complete. They neglected to bring my cup of ranch I ordered. When I asked the delivery person, he said he would be right back. I thought he was going to his car to get the ranch. He left and went back to the store to get the ranch apparently. I then called the store to tell them to not bring the ranch back as the pizza would be cold by the time he returned. The store said they would tell the driver. Never once did they offer to refund me or give any other concessions. I called back again and spoke with manager Steve and he said that refunding me was all they could do. In fact, it was so good that we ordered twice in one week when I was in the area visiting & both times the pizza was delicious. I recommend the rectangular cut pizza if you like a lot of crust. After rereading my last review at least 100 times I contacted Jet's Corporate office and complained about the grease. I've been doing that lately instead of just bitching on Yelp and stewing in my own juices, I've been enlightening them on what's happening beyond their kingdom's walls. Most have been very responsive and I've actually seen major improvement at several I have complained about, one of the corporates contacted was Jets. I received a very nice email from a company beauracrat promising to look into my complaint. I have not heard back from Jets since. I have not eaten from Jets since......until today. We ordered the same pizza, the same way. I have to say this may have been the best deep dish pizza I've ever eaten. Was it because of my whining or just because. Either way the pie was awesome, better than Caserta in Providence, R. I. , the gold standard. Wife is going back to R. I. this week so I'll get a report on Caserta when she gets back. This place is a riddle. A conundrum. A mystery, wrapped in an enigma, surrounded by a thick layer of crust. They say they're a pizza place, but is what they serve considered pizza? It's square. That's weird. But it's tasty, and technically made in a pizza style. It's definitely not authentic, but it's good. The whole thing is just confusing. The New Yorker in me says "AHH MARON, THESE MOOKS, THESE FOOLS" while the fat guy in me is just jamming square pizza slices into his face as fast as he can. Large bacon/jalapeno comes to almost $22, so that sucks - but the flavor is great and the guys who work there will talk football to you until your wife calls your cell and yells at you for taking too long, so that's cool.
