We've made it a weekly 'habit' to order Jet's Family Deal because the pizza is DELICIOUS (some of the best we've tasted outside of Seattle, WA--and we're foodies!) The Greek salad is the best we've ever had. The soda arrives cold, the pizza and breadsticks are piping hot, and their drivers are always friendly. Not to mention that feeding 5 people for under $30 bucks (and ending a battle-free meal with a happy 3 and 4 year old) is well worth the 1 hour wait. Make sure that you order the TURBO crust because it's DIVINE. We eat healthy the rest of the week, so this is our 'splurge' and it's well worth every calorie packed bite! Pizza was good, this place was reasonably priced. I got a small pizza which was cut into about 6-7 small slices. It was enough for me! Good quality decently priced pizza. I was pleased. I got it delivered and it was delivered to my hotel within the time frame. read more

Not a very big fan of chain pizza places. With cheap prices you get cheap pizza, they are all just terrible. I was able to try Jets deep dish that somebody brought into work. It was very good! It's a shame I live on the other side of So Bend and they don't deliver to me. But when I'm near Grape Rd, I will stop and bring one home. read more

Tried jets pizza for the first time last night and loooved it! We got the family meal deal for $25 we got wings , bread, a large 1 topping deep dish pizza , cinnamon sticks, a huge antipasto salad and a 2 liter!! That's one hell of a deal!! We dug in and couldn't believe it took us so long to try it out but glad we did! Now we have a new favorite! Everything was delicious . We will be back soon read more

Be cautious when ordering from this location: Jet's Pizza on Grape Road overcharged my order by $0.99. When I called to dispute the matter and have it corrected, the manager offered to give me credit or I come to the store and he would give me a $1 back. I said, "No. This was not my mistake, and you're asking me to use my time to correct it?" He apologized again and said "Well maybe I can fix it?" I insisted that he cancel the charge and apply the correct one to my card." Waiting to see if he follows through; otherwise I will dispute the charge through my bank. The manager's behavior is a sign of defrauding business practices. First, the offer of credit allows the manage to keep the money he's already stolen from me. And second, it's not reasonable ask a customer, who has already been defrauded, to rectify the situation. I wonder how many customers have been overcharged by this location, and how much money the manager has stolen from its customer. read more

Was in Mishawaka on business and the good people at the Spring Hill Suites recommended Jets for a good pizza. The people at Jets were incredibly friendly! I really appreciated the fantastic service. It's great to see people that love what they do! The pizza was good...a little bland to me. Could have used some more garlic and tomato sauce. It was still pretty good though. While Jets certainly isn't anything special, it is good pizza for the price and I have yet to have any issues with any of my 10+ orders. The pizza and breadsticks are very tasty and a bit better than other take out pizza places. If you order delivery plan on it being there about 30 minutes sooner than what they estimate. Another nice thing about Jets is they offer coupons on their menus but you don't actually have to have the coupon! read more

Greasy pizza, dry breadsticks. They say pizza is like sex, when it's bad it's still pretty good...this is the exception to that rule.

Jets is by far the best "chain" pizza in town. I'm from the metro Detroit area so I was ecstatic when i heard of their new Mishawaka location. The 8 corner pizza and jet bread will never disappoint. Also, there is much to be said about their high quality ranch that flies under the radar. If you order delivery, the price can get a little high especially when you get everything and you're like... i spent $30 (with tip) on just this? It is filling though, taste is very solid and it heats up like a champ. Forget the other well commercialized chains... Jets is the way to go. read more

I eat lunch there everyday. This is by far the cleanest place in town. I get two slices of pizza and a 20oz for $5.46 or a salad and a 20 oz tea for the same price. The pizza is AWESOME! Everything comes hot and fresh!! Mike and Matt run a tight ship!!! read more

It's the worst pizza joint in town. The food is nasty and very greasy! And the management is horrible! We were first time customer and we had it delivered. The order was completely wrong. We talked to the manager about it and he starting blaming us....what???? I know what I ordered. He wasn't taking any responsibility and didn't offer any compensation. I'll admit it. I have a weak spot for pizza. So much so that I'll fight you over those little gooey bits at the bottom of the box and I've been known to rate friendships based on who lets me have the last piece. And although it's not like we're lacking restaurants on Grape Road, I must admit, I watched with interest the development of the newest place in town to get a slice. Jet's Pizza apparently has a small following and an even smaller web presence, but a quick glance at the website informed me they had decent prices and hey, who am I to turn down gooey cheese? I was not disappointed. I can say, hands down, this is the one of the best pizzas I've had in this town, period. I got the deep dish with pepperoni and I was delighted to find that the cheese had just that right stringy meltyness that makes you so happy, the pepperoni was salty but not overly greasy, and, best of all, all the edges had that awesome crispy cheese thing happening that makes the crust the best part. The crust itself was perfect, crispy on the bottom, soft but not doughy in the middle, just the right amount of heft. You can even season the edges with a choice or blend of seven different options. I went with half parmesan, half sesame seed, and I'd be hard pressed to say which was my favorite. I will say, the turbo crust (butter, garlic, and romano) sounded intriguing as well. The menu includes subs, regular round pizzas, thin crusts, Jet's bread (think breadsticks with cheese baked on top - wonderfully risen, absolutely flavorful; a bit too garlicy for me, but not so much so that I didn't finish), salads, and wings. There are even the requisite cinnamon stix, which I usually avoid - given how good everything else was, though, I might see if they can improve on the boring 'throw some cinnamon on pizza dough with overly sweet and yet strangely bland frosting' formula. The prices were decent enough. There are coupons on the site, so our small deep dish (with six large pieces, more than enough for two with some left over), 10-piece Jet's bread, and 2 liter were around 16 bucks. There are lunch specials advertised - 2 slices and a coke, salads, Deli Boats (which appear to be calzone-like), and subs, but no prices displayed yet. The place is obviously just getting started; when I called, the very nice employee and I both fumbled our way through the order, but he was extremely patient with my questions and was professional enough. There were people sitting and eating at the six or so tables in the dining area when I arrived, and a few more trickled in and out while I waited for my carry-out order. Everyone working seemed clean, pleasant, and attentive. And did I mention the food was good? It was good, people, and as one enthusiastic Jetter (is that what we can call fans of this place?) told me as she left with her slice (which are, by the way, available all day, in case you don't want to commit to a whole pie at the start), you will never want to eat at another place again. It's true. The chain places and even some of the homegrown pizza joints around here are okay, middling, some even good. But this was better. It's not gourmet pizza, it's not plates and forks and sitting down to candles pizza. It's eat it out of the box, cheese stringing, roll your eyes back and say 'yum' pizza.
