We ordered from the Anoka location, but I didn't see a separate entry for that place. This pizza is great, definitely my favorite in the northern suburbs. The 8 corner pizza with turbo crust has an amzing deep dish crust and yummy flavor. The wings were quite large. And they mix their own ranch dressings, one of my touchstones for a good pizza place. We live in Coon Rapids, technically out of their delivery area, but they offered to deliver anyway for a $5 fee. I balked at first, but after trying the food, it is so worth the $5 plus tip to get it delivered to us! read more

I just tried Jet's Pizza for the first time this evening (8 corner crust pizza) and have to say I really enjoyed it. The crust has a unique flavor and made my fingers extra greasy. I will order again but may be a little more daring next time and try one of their "flavored" crusts. read more

I would like to recommend the New Hope store, but I cannot. i am told that I live a block outside their delivery zone. One time I called and they were willing to comes the extra block for a delivery fee, which I was happy to pay. The next time I called, they gave me a song and dance My recommendation to the store is to be willing to negotiate. This location is the consistently the best in terms of quality and service. We always order the 8-Corner pizza which is basically two square personal pan pizzas so every piece is a corner piece. And this pizza is *all* about the crust. Normally crust is just a vehicle for better noms but not here. They allow you to "flavorize" the crust and the most delicious option is their turbo crust which is a combination of butter, garlic and romano cheese. That's right, garlic. butter. cheese drenched crust. Unfortunately, it's only available for delivery or carry out. Jets is pretty damn good pizza. We usually end up getting their extra large deep dish rectangular pizza which is only about $16 for a one topping. Their cheese and crust are both excellent, I just wish they would put a little more sauce on it. We used to get it for half price with a punch card from Cooper high school softball? I think. I feel like Jet's is really hit or miss for me. The first time I ate it (I was in St. Louis Park but I'm not sure where they ordered the pizza from) it was so delicious and I was really impressed. Being from the Chicago area, I'm not as picky as some people, but I have higher standards. Every other time I've ordered from the New Hope location it's been mediocre at best. Their bread is always on point but their pizza sometimes tastes different. One time I got it and the pizza was cold. Another time it was too doughy. All I know is Detroit style pizza and Jets does a great job. The crust is off the chain! if you don't like that caramelized crispy edge then something is wrong with you. Whenever I am in New Hope I always get a classic 8 corner 3rd shift special (those of you from the D know what I'm talking about). I've been eating Jet's pizza since I was a child growing up in Michigan (where they were founded) and am absolutely elated to discover they're presence now in Minnesota. Do yourself a favor and try one of their deep dish (square) pizzas. The crust is amazing. Unlike any other pizza in Minnesota. You'll never order Domino's or Papa Johns again. We have a picky three year old who will only eat pepperoni (which typically means pick at & not finish one slice) while the rest of us prefer topping loaded pizzas. There's no way we would order a separate pizza for him alone & he won't touch it even if we pick off the other toppings. When I placed my order tonight I (embarrassingly) asked if they could just put pepperoni on one slice to appease him. The young lady who took my order was very understanding & placed me on a quick hold to check with the guys who would be making our order & they said no problem. As a lover of pizza, and I mean it, Jet's pizza is a welcomed reprieve from the many pizza places that have long waits and expensive menus. While Jet's has no place to dine in, that isn't what is advertised. You go in and order (or call in ahead), pick up your food, and head out. And oh how good that food is. One of the best pizzas I've ever had. They have an 8 corner pizza that is to die for- the crust is kinda thick like Pizza Hut's Deep Dish but the pizza is very different. The round pizzas have a little sweater crust. A wide variety of toppings to choose from, subs and salads. Never had bad service or bad pizza from here. read more

I have been going to Jets for over a year as my go to Pizza place. The last 2 times the person working the cash register has not seemed like they knew what they were doing.( Very confused) . When I called in my order I was quoted 10.50 for my pizza with a coupon, When the pizza was given to me my credit card was charged 14.00. My order receipt attached to the box also had 10.49 printed on it. I asked why the difference and was just blankly stared at. There was a line forming behind me so I just left with my pizza that was 3.50 overcharged...So much for a coupon savings. read more

I am not a huge change pizza fan but when I want something quick and relatively inexpensive I got here. I always get the deep dish which is my favorite. It is somewhat greasy and they put a bit too much parmasean for my taste, but less is more for me. Used to be my weekly go to pizza stop. Unfortunately, unfriendly, extremely rude service ended this. I recently ordered a pizza, went to pick it up, and was told that personal checks were not accepted and that my pizza would be thrown away instead of accepting my check. If this is a company policy, maybe advertise it upfront instead of making people drive out of their way and wasting food in front of them. This has been one of the best pizza places our family has eaten at in Minneapolis area. We have ordered countless pizzas from these guys and never had am issue. Until last night we ordered a pizza and wings. The wings were great, the pizza however was more then covered in Romano/parmesean cheese. We could not take a bite without tasting anything but that. The pizza has never been covered that bad. We tried to call in to file a complaint. In which the manager was extremely rude! Constantly saying you are not getting free food! So we drove down there to show them the pizza , they stated that is how they always have made it! Still said "no free food"! We have ordered from this store many times and it was amazing! But it never came how it did this night! There are other ways they could have saved this coupons, discount or money back anything! But no we were just told no free food and asked to leave. This would be a five star review if Jet's Pizza of New Hope, MN would actually deliver to our apartment. We live in Plymouth, and if you look at the map of MN you will see that Plymouth and New Hope are neighbors and are right next to eachother. Since we live on the opposite side of a highway (still only maybe 10 minutes down rockford road) they refuse to deliver to us. It's pretty ridiculous if you ask us because like we just stated, it's not that far out of their delivery zone. Where we used to live, Jets would deliver, and we loved Jets. We ordered Jet's all the time! Honestly guys, your pizza can't be beat. But we HATE that you guys refuse to deliver to us now. If you look up the distance between Jet's Pizza of New Hope, MN and our apartment in Plymouth, it's 4.9 miles apart. So you say that you won't deliver to a location that is LESS THAN 5 MILES AWAY from you? Well then I guess American Pie Pizza (in Minnetonka, more than 8 miles apart from us, and pretty delicious too) gets our business again. We were loyal customers to Jet's when we lived on the other side of that stupid highway. If you guys are at all customer service oriented in the least bit you may want to HIGHLY consider widening your delivery area a bit more, OR open up a store west of HWY 494. Because this is a review from unhappy ex--customers who would eventually love to provide business again for you in the future, we can only hope you'll take this opportunity to make things right.
