We have been to another grana location but this one is great! It is located on the second level overlooking a cute area of Roswell. The outdoor patio is huuuge! The inside is just as big with bar seating, booths as well as tables. The service was great, everyone we met was friendly, and they were also really great with our little one. The food was the best part though.. I get why they call themselves the "garlic bread mafia" it is to die for! Huge drink menu as well as a make your own cannoli option which is a nice touch.

We had a large group and we came for wine Wednesday. We were able to enjoy the lovely fall weather on the patio. I love our server- she was so attentive and took care of us! We ordered many bottles of wine and apps to share! All the wines we got was nice and even better at 50%! My favorite app is the burrata toast! But the Brussels, meatball sampler were all good. I got the Diavola pizza and love the firewood grill style with lovely chewy crust and just enough spice and cheese. Everything was fabulous! The parking is easy in the deck! Just make sure you pay and park on the second level- where the entrance to Grana is! I will be back for another wine Wednesday and happy hour!

What a lovely restaurant! The indoor/outdoor and patio area is beautiful. Our service was friendly and quick. Great drink menu. The pasta was great. I appreciated how I felt good after eating; often after eating pasta I feel sick, but I felt good after which means the ingredients were of good quality.

Beautiful restaurant and great service. The food is your basic chain type Italian food.

We went on a fairly quiet Sunday evening with a reservation and were seated immediately on the rooftop patio. The patio is perfect for when the weather is more mild, but it is uncovered so likely not the best choice for a hot summer day. For an appetizer, we ordered the fried mozzarella ($15), which came quickly. This was good, not particularly a standout but consistent as far as fried mozzarella goes. My husband got the eggplant Parmesan ($18) and I got the paccheri genovese ($28), which is a pasta with short rib. It is not noted on the menu that the eggplant Parmesan does not include pasta, so I do think that should ideally be mentioned. For dessert we got the make your own cannoli, which is a fun idea and creates a memorable experience. We weren't blown away by the food but everything was consistently good, and I would love to return to try the meatballs and pizza next.

Five stars without hesitation We hosted a private "Italian Happy Hour" celebration in the Wine Cellar at Grana for my 70th birthday, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The Event Coordinator (Sydni Phillips) and management team were attentive, flexible, and genuinely invested in making the evening special. The Wine Cellar provided a beautiful, intimate setting, the light bites food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the service throughout the event was seamless and gracious. What stood out most was the extra effort the staff put forth -- thoughtful touches, warm hospitality, and a level of professionalism that made our guests feel truly cared for. It was classy, joyful, and memorable in every way. I would wholeheartedly recommend Grana for private events, celebrations, or simply an exceptional dining experience. We left grateful, full, and smiling.

We had such a great dinner at Grana! We started with the meatball flight and calamari, and both were awesome. The portions were perfect for sharing with our group of five, and every meatball had its own flavor and personality, all of them were so good. We ordered two pizzas, the Figgy and the Diavola. Both had amazing flavor, but the Figgy totally surprised me, I didn't expect to like it as much as I did, and it ended up being my favorite of the night. For my entrée, I got the rigatoni, and honestly, it's one of the best pasta dishes I've ever had at a restaurant. Everything tasted super fresh and made with care. The only thing that stood out was how long it took for things to come out, it was pretty slow (over 50 minute wait) even though there weren't many tables (probably less than 5 tables seated), but once the food arrived, it was totally worth it. They do validate parking for up to two hours, you'll want to put in your parking once we get inside the restaurant, they'll have the code at the check in desk. The deck is super easy to get to and the restaurant is connected to it. Overall, the food was incredible, the vibe was relaxed, and I'll definitely be back to try more!

Great so I wasn't walking from the parking structure off Alpharetta St. Either is free, but if you don't want to drop a few bucks to tip the valet .... I came in on a Friday evening without a reservation. Chose to sit at the bar. Had a great experience. Chatting with locals as well as the staff and enjoyed a nice meal and a few adult beverages. See photos. Grabbed a salad, some pasta and couldn't pass on the dessert. The Insalata Romana dressing was subdued so for those who don't like bold and zesty - it'll be right up their alley. Not too light though - any lighter and I might have asked for more seasoning. I enjoyed the flavors of the Tagliolini Bolognese. It was hearty, savory and I could see it being a comfort food me if I were a local. I would have liked the pasta to be on the Al dente side but it wasn't mushy to the point that there wasn't any chew. Also enjoyed the dessert. Great way to cap the meal. Really enjoyed the experience there overall. Sitting at the bar, not loud - kinda intimate. Maybe 10 seats. Beer, wine and spirits. Also a happy hour to finish out a work day. I've eaten at a few spots on Canton and I can say that for me, this is another spot I'd recommend and go back to.

They have outdoor dining which seems to have a great atmosphere but it was way too hot to dine outside. We typically love bars but this one was dark and uninviting. No thank you. We sat to the left as you enter the front door. Missing atmosphere-- wouldn't choose to sit here again. Service was impeccable. I couldn't decide what I wanted for a glass of wine and they offered to bring me glasses to sample. I love this-- I saw them offer same service to another table close by. We split the Caesar and they were kind enough to diving between two bowls. The only other place that does this for us is Cibo e Beve. The focaccia was wonderful with large flakes of salt on top and went great with their olive oil. We are truly picky Caesar eaters and this one had freshly shaved Parmesan and obvious homemade croutons. Pasta was fabulous for both of us. Would we dine here again? Definitely not the bar and probably not the dining room, but would come back to dine outdoors. Carrie was our waitress and she was fantastic.

I was not mad at all! So coming here you're going to have to worry about parking but there's a lot right next door. I think it's like $10 to park but you can also find other lots and if you could find street parking, that'd be great. Remember this is a residential area outside of this little district so you got to be careful where you park at. This place is pretty cool because it has a large space for seating, a really large bar, and plenty of outdoor seats as well. The dining room area is very large and the bar is pretty big but the outside area to me takes the cake. They have chairs and loungers and a fire pit, I think. It's really clutch if it's a really nice day out. The last time I went outside at the bar and ordered a couple of bites. The bartender was super cool, polite, no issue with the service. Garlic knots - so these came and I wasn't actually expecting them but they were good. Here, the last time I was there I wasn't offering any garlic knots so I didn't know that they gave these as an appetizer bread. They came with a good sauce and they were very buttery and glazed with butter and cheese. They weren't as pull-apart tender as I would have liked but they still had a really good flavor to them. Calamari - I ordered the calamari as well. I've actually had it before and it was really good so I went back for it. It comes with a really good marinara sauce that has plenty of chunks of tomato in it. The calamari itself is very good and savory and it comes plentiful. You may not even necessarily eat the sauce because it's pretty seasoned. Cheese sticks - I guess I wouldn't call these cheese sticks because they're more like triangles lol but they are really good. Deep-fried cheese triangles, they didn't miss. It had the typical issues you have when you fry something but at the same time they were good and had a really good cheese pull. I would definitely order these again. They came only in three but they were very nice sized. Overall I had a good experience. Again this is not my first time going but I would actually go back and try food because honestly I've only tried appetizers. I haven't actually tried dinner lol but I've had a really good experience every time I've been.

The vibe here was buzzing on a Friday evening which seemed promising. We opted to sit at the bar which I do NOT recommend if you plan on eating. It is extremely tight seating and the bartenders aren't not trained to serve food or have menu knowledge. The lack of the kitchen staff culinary skills became evident when looking at the menu with many seafood/pasta items being served with one sauce- a goopy cornstarch'ish lemon butter sauce. We wanted to try the scampi appetizer with their house made pasta - sans dairy which meant no lemon butter sauce. That seemed to throw a wrench and there was much back and forth between the BT to the kitchen explaining what that meant aka do not cook the food with butter use olive oil- not so complicated, right? 30 minutes later - despite the kitchen staff not being busy- reminder, we are sitting at the bar and watch the cooks looking at their cellphones instead of working... The small portion of a couple shrimp and scallops arrive. They were panned seared- highly seasoned but tasty. Pasta arrived dry ? Huh? Who serves dry pasta- ugh? I asked for olive oil again which never appeared despite a manager hearing the request. So, moving along, we decided to try the calamari. It came out much faster but the portion was enough for 8-10 people. BT- oh, I forgot to tell you it is such a large portion... Maybe offer a half portion? It was okay- nothing amazing except the quantity. So disappointed- we had high hopes that the vibe matched the food quality.

Lots of options for those who love the fishery part of the concept and just as many choices for those that don't. We ordered the bruschetta and enjoyed their take that used fig jam, prosciutto and balsamic glaze instead of the more traditional tomato base. They have house made focaccia that when brought to the table we instantly regretted having ordered the bruschetta, thinking we overdid the bread thing. But we both quickly changed our minds and consumed both with little guilt... I would go back just for the focaccia alone and wish they sold it by the loaf! Pastas are made onsite but they get the gluten free version from a different supplier to avoid risk of cross contamination. Hubby had the wild boar pasta. I had the pork chop. My chop was perfectly grilled and moist. I asked for the marsala sauce on the side since I don't like mushrooms themselves, but enjoy the flavor they can add. The weakest link was the mashed potatoes, served in two round scoops reminiscent of school cafeteria lines. Other than the shape, there was nothing memorable nor particularly flavorful about them. Next time I would try a different side and keep the chop. We didn't save room for dessert this time but will definitely get some next time. And there will definitely be a next time. Moderate price point, not an everyday spot, but shouldn't be saved just for special occasions either.
