The gentleman on the phone was friendly and professional. We called ahead to ask if they could make us a plain crust only for a picky eater and they were happy to oblige. I seem to be having a low star week, which is a bummer. Friday is pizza night at our house and we usually make it ourselves, but did not feel like cooking after a long week. We tried Jet's for the first (and probably last) time. Let's start with the good. Online ordering was convenient and you get 20% off pizzas when you use the text ordering. Cool. They did have our order ready in 20 minutes. Also good. We ordered gluten free pizzas and figured they would be smaller than regular pizza, but they were legit like little snack sized flatbreads. They were comically small. They also had basically no cheese and hardly any toppings. Who makes pizza with no cheese on it? I was in town for a CBJ hockey game on Saturday and during the game they had a promo for half off a Jets pizza if they score 2 goals in a game. They beat STL 3-2 so I decided to use the coupon on Sunday the next day. Tried to use the web site to order a XL veggie pizza and I was having issues with the site so I call the Jets location and talked to a female worker there and she said they were having issues with the CBJ50 discount and would take the 50% off the pizza when I got there. She also did not state at the time I ordered it that it was only on large pizzas. I showed up to pay and pick up and asked the young woman about the discount. She then went in back to get someone who i am guessing was the store manager and he told me that it was not on XL pizza. I told him that I was not told that nor do I remember anything at the game stating that. I paid for the pizza and went back and forth several times with him over the issue. So to make it simple may Jets should just state a large pepperoni next day or maybe the manager should have just accepted it as a mistake and made the customer whole. Jets has been one of my favorite pizza franchises since college. It's a little on the pricey side, but always worth it! It's a Detroit franchise, which means they make the pizza Detroit-style. Deep dish, but not like Chicago. It's got its own style. My sister and I ordered a large pepperoni pizza to share. It had 10 square slices in it. It's pretty similar to Columbus style with the square slices and edge to edge toppings, although thick instead of thin. Pretty good blend of both the Chicago and Columbus style pizza, which makes it unique! I ordered it for pick up and it was ready in 20 minutes. The guy at the counter seemed bored to work there. He was a young-looking kid. Anyway, it was $9.99, which must've been a special since it was originally around $14, according to the receipt. It tasted good, as always! Had the deep dish, boneless wings, and a large Greek salad. The salad was decent, just wish it didn't have Iceberg lettuce but otherwise sufficient. The boneless wings were small and overly breaded, not amazing, but the pizza was awesome. It had a good ratio of toppings and cheese. We did order extra sauce by the recommendation of my friend who is a regular, and it was perfect. The bottom was perfectly crusty and crispy, also! We ordered buffalo sauce on the side and they gave us an inordinate amount. Like 6 large condiment containers full. It definitely seemed a little wasteful, I think even if I ordered 'extra sauce', 3 of those containers would have been plenty. Overall it was a good experience and I had another slice of leftover pizza the next day. It was just as good if not better, like so many food are the next day. I haven't had Jet's Pizza in years (double digits!!). Beyond bored, while at dialysis I was scrolling through FB and saw at least 3 reels with someone eating Jet's. Sparked my curiosity and I found myself ordering a half/half 8 corner pie. 1/2 all meat and the other half all veggie well done bake. I'm a sweet sauce pizza gal and while this one wasn't, to me it was still perfection. Those crispy edges. Staff was great as well which is always a bonus. read more

I grew up eating Pizza Hut, Dominos, and Papa Johns... but I have to say that Jet's is several levels better than those mass market pizzas. Better crusts, better cheese. It does cost a bit more, but to me it's definitely worth it. Their online ordering is smooth and easy. No need to sift through your mail for coupons because most if not all of their deals are listed and up to date on their website. This review is specific for their pizzas though. I've also tried their chicken wings, breadsticks, and salad but those are not worth the price. read more

Jet's pizza is a staple for us. Pizza leftovers still manage to taste good the next day too, cold or reheated. Ordering online is such a breeze and is always ready in a timely manner. I have not had any issues at this location and even though it is always busy, they do encourage distancing and limit how many people can enter at once since it is a tiny establishment. We usually get the spicy pepperoni on a deep dish pizza and I am happy that they don't skimp on the pepperoni...although I wouldn't object if they added any more. I appreciate the nice crisp the pepperoni have and I love the pizza crust (which I usually do not on pizza). My husband and I always fight for the corner pieces. I am not sure how this place only averages 3 stars because it's good pizza from a reliable place at a reasonable price. They have definitely earned our loyalty. read more

Pizza never arrived and we never heard from them. I tried ordering a pizza through their website. It allowed me to go all the way through the prompts, pay, and even adjusted the Jets location at the end because the original location was outside our delivery area. I received an email receipt with the order and an estimated delivery time. After an hour and a half we called to see what the status was and the man on the phone told us his manager "tried to call" to tell us we were outside the delivery zone and wouldn't be charged. Fantastic pizza and we've had nothing but flawless experiences with Jets! Our orders have always been accurate, timely, and delicious. The prices are fair too so I really can't take even a single star from this review. Even really good places make a mistake now and again, but this Jets seems to run like a well-oiled machine. I've only ever picked up pizzas from here so I cannot speak for how they perform for delivery orders. I happily take my business there, and I only deviate for another nearby pizza place (Donatos) on rare occasion because of their drive-thru window. We only like one pizza from here. The Chicken BBQ deep dish pizza. It really is delicious. We've had other pizzas and appetizers but they are mediocre. ONE BIG ISSUE: We've found a few long hairs on occasion which as you can imagine, kind of grosses you out. 3 out of 10 pizzas... and that is just OUR pizzas. How many others have needed a thorough brushing before eating? You can clearly see the staff preparing the food. No ponytails and no hairnets. Ok I come to this location of Jets ENTIRELY too often. It is convenient to my office and I usually get this great deal where you can get two fat square pieces of buttery crispy edged pizza with a 20 oz drink of your choice which I think is a great deal! Not a great deal to my waistline though but I do love this pizza it's a great balance of sauce to crust to cheese ratio and the crust is nice and crunchy -crisp which I LOVE This location is mostly a pick up location as it's fairly small and does not have any seating either outside or inside besides one bench to wait for your order. This was quite possibly the WORST pizza I've ever had. I don't know where the crust comes from, but after one bite I figured out why they offered to "flavor" your crust for you; something has to cover up the cardboard like texture and flavor. In all honesty, I'd probably rather eat cardboard. The sauce tasted like ketchup, if ketchup was metallic and overbearingly sweet. And the cheese was processed tasting and greasy. We ordered this because of lack of delivery options in our area. I thought it couldn't be worse than Donato's, but I was proven wrong pretty quickly. Donato's is at least edible. After a few bites, this went in the trash. Next time I'll go get a cardboard box, top it with some ketchup and cheese. I'll save myself 20 bucks *and* have a better pizza. read more

I was honestly shocked to read these reviews! I truly believe Jets pizza is the best chain pizza I can imagine. Seriously, I have spent several hours thinking of how I could improve it and the only thing I could think of is if their kitchen moved into mine and I could have it all the time (we'll pretend I wouldn't gain a million pounds). The BBQ chicken and the Hawaiian pizza are ROCKING. I also like the BLT ( which most people aren't on board with -- but I really suggest it). Initially, I didn't have high hopes for this place. I thought the quality would be comparable to Dominos. I tried the deep dish pizza. The appearance alone made it apparent it wasn't going to be a crappy pie like Dominos. The crust was golden brown and crispy. The veggies looked fresh. The taste didn't disappoint either. I would compare the crust to Pizza Hut's pan pizza - deliciously greasey and crisp. However, I'd say Jet's crust is even more crisp. Thumbs up. I will get this pizza again fer sure. read more

Pizza is really good, the crust (yes the crust, the edible part of the pizza that carries your toppings) is great. The 8 corner, turbo crust is absolutely the way to go. Everything else about the pizza is pretty good too. Mozzarella is spot on and delicious, pepperoni is good, the veggies on the veggie pizza are fresh and tasty. Sometimes there are mishaps: sometimes the crust is too brown/crispy and other days like today the sauce is cheap tasting and acidic. Most of the time they are consistent delicious crusted pizzas.
