This has to be the best and most consistently great Jets that I visit. With how large the dining area is, I would expect to find something out of place, a flyer on the floor, or a chair out of place. But location is clean and as organized each time I walk in. The employees are always kind, considerate, and in great moods. That must mean that the management is doing a great job! Each pizza we get feels like it was made visually commercial quality and tastes like it should cost double! Shout outs to Abby on the phone and Andrew at the register. What happened to customer service? I ordered a small pizza and a 8 corner pizza and a small antipasto salad. It cost me almost $40.00 delivered. They delivered it in a timely manner. That is where it ended. They did not put any pepperoni on my 8 corner pizza. They delivered me a cheese pizza. I ordered a pepperoni pizza. When I called to get a credit or refund for their mistake all I got was "It isn't our fault that is how you ordered it". Um no it wasn't. Yes it was or we wouldn't have made it that way. There is nothing we can do. But guess what Jets I can do something. I can write this review on Yelp and share it with my 800+ friends on Facebook and almost 8,000 on LinkedIn. Worst experience I've ever had at a pizza place. Ordered dinner for my elderly parents. A simple small pizza. Went there 30 minutes after I ordered. Called, they said they'll be out. Watched 30 cars come and go and get their food. Called again. Now its been a hour. Asked if it was gonna be cold. They said no, its probably still being made. Got it home, ICE COLD. The pizza is always fresh and hot when you pick it up, but don't count on the order being correct. The last two times I ordered they messed up two different pizzas. The manager actually had the nerve to argue with me and say that I ordered them that way. NOPE. There was absolutely no offer to remake a pizza or anything. I ordered a pizza for curbside delivery and had my kids go and pick it up. When they got there they called the locations phone number and the man on the phone said they would bring it right out. They waited 20 minutes before calling me because they still had not gotten the pizza. I called the location and the manager said my kids had not called to say they were in the parking lot, even though they did and they have a call history showing they did, and the manager was very rude. The manager then said they would have to remake the pizza which would take another 20 minutes, so my kids waited another 20 minutes before going inside this time and telling them they were here to pick up the food and were told to wait another ten minutes. The employees were not even wearing masks as they were cooking food which is very unsanitary. Over all it took 1hr and 30 minutes to get one pizza and the customer service was appalling. read more

Pizza great,breadsticks great,wings great. Delivered right on time. Would be 5 starts except that delivery driver. I herd her radio at the end of my street. Pulled in my driveway singing. Got out door open radio still at max volume. Gave me my food while singing AND DANCING. I'm definitely one to have fun at work, but being a professional comes way before fun. I understand your just delivering a pizza but have common courtesy and respect for your customers. Turn it down, pause it whatever you have to do. Take the one minute deliver the dam food then go back to do what you're doing. Very disrespectful. Mad at myself for the 5$ tip. ‍ didn't loose my business. But train your driver to be respectful. I never put a bad review on here. This is my first. Never the one to complain but I'm hoping someone in management sees this to have a common curtesy meeting with their employees. read more

Best Jets in Warren/Sterling Hghts. I crave my deep dish square pizza with those little spicy pepperonis. I love there cheese sticks with ranch, they always crack me up, " would you like the small or large order", now who orders a small? There Anti pasta salads are good too, it just kills me how much people charge for lettuce! The guys that run this place got it together!! I'm outside of there delivery area, but the jerks that run that run the one by my house try to overcharge you for everything, so these guys deliver it anyway. Thanks guys. read more

This was pretty much the only place I ordered pizza from and was always happy. I just ordered my last 1 tonight though. 3 pizza orders in a row that I have not been happy with. The 2 prior pizzas I had ordered extra cheese and didn't notice any extra cheese. So I didn't even bother getting extra cheese today. My round pizzas have had too large of a crust area with no product on it. This location will NEVER get my business again. My experience was so appalling that I may have to give up my love for 8 corner pizzas with turbo crust and never go to another Jets again in my life. My coworkers and I frequently order lunch from this location but this last time the pizza we ordered ruined all of our stomachs. To not be so gruesome but I was up all night for hours at a time using the bathroom. I called the store the next day and asked for a manager to tell of the experience. At first he was apologetic and offered a store credit towards or next order. I informed him that at this moment we weren't interested in a credit because we aren't sure when our stomachs would be able to recover from a second helping of what they had just given us. I asked for a refund for the tainted order. He placed me on hold for a few minutes and came back stating that they couldn't do anything for us unless we had documentation from being hospitalized as a result of the food and then they'd have to get the health department involved. I was fuming! Not only have you poisoned a long time faithful customer but you aren't willing to make it right without DOCUMENTATION OF BEING HOSPITALIZED!! UNACCEPTABLE! read more
