I wrote a review of our phone conversation because it was the most bizarre interaction I have ever had with a service provider. Your requests were irrational, unrealistic, and irresponsible. ​You literally asked me to take photos of my two toilets. When I stated that I did not see how taking photos of the toilets would fix a main line clog, your response was even more unreasonable. You told me that you did not want photos of the toilets themselves; instead, you wanted me--a non-plumber--to remove the toilets and take photographs of the sewage pipes. At that point, I realized the conversation was going nowhere and ended the call. Only an unprofessional outfit would make such absurd requests of a potential customer. ​Following that call, you phoned my home several times, which concerned me enough that I took the necessary security measures. I was given the choice of three estimates which were way out of my price range and told the guy would need to call somebody else to get another estimate. I hired Peter's Plumbing Inc. in November 2023 to install a 40-gallon natural gas water heater at my home in Lake Worth, FL. The job cost me $2,500 for a basic Home Depot unit, and I later discovered that their work was not up to code, missing key safety components, and set up to fail. Major Problems with Their Work: Faulty installation - The system failed way earlier than expected because of their improper work. They lied about pulling permits - They claimed the job was permitted, but no permit was ever issued. They overcharge for poor service - $2,500 for a basic water heater install is outrageous. What Happened Next? By February 2025, my water heater was already failing. I called them back, expecting them to fix their mistakes. Instead, they replaced the wrong part and charged me another $500 for an unnecessary valve replacement--while ignoring the real issue they caused in the first place. When I confronted their manager, Angel, he stood by their terrible work and refused to acknowledge their mistakes. They take no responsibility for their actions. Final Verdict: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Peter's Plumbing Inc. overcharges, performs subpar work, and preys on customers in need of urgent repairs.
