Sometimes as a woman, you're never 100% sure the auto shop is being fair when it comes to pricey repairs, especially when you're driving a reliable car. I would give them 10-stars if possible! After speaking with Alex, he quoted me $350, which was a much more reasonable price, so I went over to have him check it out. Turns out, the dealership lied! They would even follow up to make sure that the a/c was holding up. They're honest about what's needed, which I really appreciate. Most recently, I needed a headlight bulb replaced, and they handled it in minutes, even though other shops either couldn't do it without taking my car apart or said it would take much longer than it should.
