We laughed about living with the heat and she said she'd call if anyone happens to cancel. Lucky for us somebody did cancel and thanks to Jovie for keeping her word and calling back to reschedule for today (Friday)!! Jimmy came out on time and in this heat and quickly ID'd the problem to be the capacitor and gave us some options for the repair... he had the parts we needed and our house cooled off quicker than he could drive away. 8/21/2023 - In May of 2020 Brad's crew from Harbor Heating & Air replaced and installed two…read morecomplete heating and A/C units (upstairs and downstairs). His price was reasonable and way below the Costco estimate by the way. Between August 10th and the 14th 2023 the upstairs A/C unit was making a strange noise and wasn't putting out the air. I looked at the outside unit and saw that the fan would start and then stop. I knew it wasn't working correctly so I called Harbor Heating & Air, expecting to get an appointment in about two weeks or so. They had one for Wednesday, August 16 which I booked. On the 16th, their lead technician Xavier Solis arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem, a faulty motor. Xavier said the parts, including the motor were covered under warranty for ten years. The problem was that their parts supplier did not have a motor and told Xavier it would take 187 days to get one. Xavier told me he would find one and replace the motor ASAP. Xavier called me Friday night, the 18th and said they over-nighted a motor and he would be over Saturday morning to install it. On Saturday morning Xavier called me and said he was on his way with the motor, which he installed in about 30 minutes. I only had to pay for a service call which was very reasonable. Back in 2020 a friend told me about Brad and his company and that was why I went with him. The Harbor Heating and Air employees are honest and fair and I would recommend them to anyone/everyone. Xavier is super knowledgeable, honest and friendly.

He's knowledgeable, straightforward, and someone you genuinely feel comfortable having in your home. Recently, we had an emergency on a Saturday evening, and Matt came out to help. He was awesome. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue without trying to upsell anything we didn't need, which really stood out. We also recently completed a full system replacement, including a new AC unit, furnace, and all new ductwork. We took this seriously and got eight different quotes before making a decision. In the end, we chose to stay with Air Care, and we're glad we did. Brandon and Harvey handled the installation, and they were fantastic. They installed our new Trane heat pump system and completed all the ductwork. They were friendly, respectful of our space, and extremely thorough.
