A better plumber in OC you couldn't find!! Tony was terrific, he showed up a few hours after I called, and went beyond the call of duty by hooking up my brand new washing machine. I wanted to have my washing machine valves changed, so I could have the appliance store come the following day and do the usual hook up while they removed the old one. The valves were old and corroded and needed to be removed. While Tony quickly put in new valves, he brought in the new washing machine and hooked it up completely, what an unexpected surprise. Now all the appliance store had left to do was remove the old washer. I got to do a few loads of laundry after he left the same day. My brother had recommended Tony, who had changed out much of the piping in his large home, and always seems to find the best tradesmen. I rent a condo in RSM and we had our bathroom leaking one morning. I sent a Yelp message to a few companies and Tony replied the quickest. I called him and he arrived within less than 45 min. Even earlier than what he quoted me on the phone! Amazing! He quickly came and listened to our walls and mentioned it might be a leak in one of the pipes within ( don't ask me what kind of leak because I'm no professional lol). He obviously needed to open up the walls and gave me an estimate of how much it would be IF it were the issue he was thinking of. Unfortunately since I rent the condo, I had to contact the owner and it was a "HOA" issue at this point. With that being said, the association needed to call out their own plumbing service. We had an in wall leak and I didn't know where it's coming from. Tony showed up and was able to isolate the problem, he capped the like that was causing the pressurized leak, found the faucet that was causing the leak and changed all the connectors. I first met Tony regarding a possible leaks underneath my floors some parts of my home. I have some warm spots and thanks to Tony he reassured me I did not have a leak. I then started to have a leak coming from the family room ceiling. I have more than 3 plumbers come out and they could to determine where the leak originated from. I had one dumb plumber opened up my ceiling and no plumbing was present to repair the leak. I had Tony come out to replace a toilet and valve and he was able to find the leak. I can't say enough amazing things about Tony and Standard Plumbing! He arrived when we had a suspected leak and went to work immediately. He was able to locate the leak in our downstairs bathroom and completed the inspection and work with minimal damage to our walls. During the inspection, he also advised that our water heater was going to need to be replaced. I contacted him the next day to schedule a time for him to install that for us. Tony's responsiveness for a water slab leak was incredible. We had shut off the main valve due to the leak. He took our call in the evening and said he would see us in the morning (just the day before Christmas Eve). He arrived at our home in Laguna Niguel at the time committed and kept us posted prior to his arrival. Within 30 minutes he had completed his testing and Tony had identified what needed to be done to correct the leak. He provided 2 options for the repair then proceeded with the repair we both thought made the most sense. He got us up and running within 2 hours such that we only had one area without cold water in the house. The "pipe lining" process we approved for the repair did require curing for 15 hours so we just waited (our choice) till Monday (after Christmas) for the final pressure check and connection. Tony is a pro, has the best tools, knowledge and experience for detecting leaks. He knew exactly what to do, didn't mind questions, was religious with wearing booties inside (and taking them off outside). His workmanship is impeccable.
