I ordered my usual pho with tendon and brisket, and the broth was incredible -- deep, aromatic, and full of flavor without being overly heavy. The noodles were also perfectly cooked. They had a great chew and bite to them instead of becoming soft and mushy like they can at some pho restaurants.
