Came in craving a legit bowl and Pho Huong Que delivered. Ordered the #4 Rare Beef and Brisket Combo and the #21 Mixed Beef Combo. Both came out steaming hot with a broth that's rich, clean, and well seasoned. Rare beef cooked perfectly from the heat of the broth, brisket had that melt in your mouth pull you want. The #21 is the move if you want variety in one bowl. Portions are generous, service is quick and no nonsense. The pho, the rice plate and the bun were delicious! It's been a while since I enjoyed these dishes so much that this will now be my go to place and my recommended place for these entree. The pho was right on. Piping hot soup that didn't cool down until after you're done even on a cold day. That's just perfect for the wintery weather. The soup was so good - the right amount of aromatics and the beef flavor. And it wasn't overly oily. The amount of meat to noodle ratio was perfect, and I would even dare say I felt there was a lot of meat for a regular bowl of pho that I didn't end the pho with just noodles but had meat to go to the last bite. The rice plate, where we had pork chop with fried spring rolls was yummy! The pork chop was well seasoned that my kids ate it without complaining anything about it. Some places use black pepper and even too much of it to potentially cover up for lack of flavor or perhaps low quality meat. The fried spring rolls were delicious and not too oily either. The bun though with good amount of fresh greens was still a very filling bowl with the amount of meat, spring roll and noodles. The taste of it with the fish sauce was reminiscent of bun in Vietnam. The only thing that ok instead of being amazing was the marinated fried chicken with sauce as it was on the spicier side with the fresh chili and the marinate didn't seem to penetrate into the chicken well enough. Solid pho place - the broth has depth and is yummy, and just slightly sweeter than some others I've had. The regular combo was a good portion. I've also tried their bun bo hue which was pretty good, and other dishes were as expected - grilled shrimp and grilled pork chop. read more

We got seated promptly and started perusing the menu, which has many pages including two pages fully dedicated to vegetarian options. They offer a wide variety of dishes including pho and other noodle soups, vermicelli bowls, and rice plates. I had trouble deciding what to get and settled on the #65 com thit tom cha (grilled pork, grilled shrimp, egg cake over rice) for $14.25. This really hit the spot for me. The pork and shrimp were extremely flavorful, and I was in love with the egg cake and wish I had more pieces of it. Portions were good too; I was barely able to finish the whole plate and was stuffed after. My friend really enjoyed his B4 bun ga cha gio (grilled chicken and egg roll over vermicelli) for $13.95 as well. If there is one thing you have to get here, it's the pho. The broth is clean, aromatic and flavorful. All you need to add are the greens and lime, and you're all set. This is saying a lot coming from a girl who loves her noodz with all the fixings (hoisin sauce, sriracha, chili oil, pickled jalapenos, etc). The broth was just so rich and delightful, it was the perfect thing to eat on a cold morning. If there's a second thing you need to eat here, it's the mango salad. Make sure you toss it together before you eat it, so all the sweet dressing coats the salad. It has a teensy bit of heat, but I would have liked it a bit spicier. I took this to go and it was delicious the next day The veggies really hold up even with the dressing. The pork rice plate was okay... it came with an egg roll but no egg? Maybe I should have went with the pork chop instead, because the pork I had was very lean, and thin.. They were pretty skimpy. Flavor was good though. They don't do combo plates here btw so if you're looking for the pork chop, egg roll, and wings combo (IYKYK), it doesn't exist here :( If you really want rice, this is a solid option but far from the best I've ever had. I love that they serve you the fresh coconut with a spoon so you can eat the inside when you're done drinking the juice. My avocado shake was perfectly blended, and not too sweet. Super creamy! Service is fine, just don't expect too much. The inside is medium sized, with lots of windows. This place is one of my go to spots for pho or rice plates - I usually order to go and they package it very nicely! The pho broth just hits the spot, flavorful but not too overpowering. I typically order a regular Pho Tai (sliced beef pho) and it's quite filling! My partner usually gets the large version and they do not skimp on the meat when you order large. They always give a great ratio of meat to noodles. Their rice plates are also very delicious! I highly recommend the grilled beef rice place with egg rolls.
