This is our go-to spot every Friday. They have great music, good vibes, good drink specials, staff is always welcoming. Great service, huge dance floor. Went there yesterday for the 1st time, when me and my buddy got there the place was dead, I opened a tab,(my 1st mistake) anyway we were waiting for a pool table, we had 3 bottles of beer each and I bought an draft beer for a friend I happened to run into. When we got there the bartender said the pool tables were 4 dollars to rent for unlimited time, we finally got a table and by then the place was starting to get packed so I decided to close my tab, when she gave me my tab it was 57 dollars, I questioned it and she gave me a break down and a blurry receipt you can barely read, I saw a 23 dollar charge and she said that was for the pool tables, I asked what happened to the 4 dollar table, she said she never said that, I said ok not gonna argue, paid thebtab and tipped her, well today I checked my bank like always and guess what I see, another charge for 43 dollars that I did not authorize, I never used my card again after the I closed my tab from earlier, i had one more beer after that and my buddy bought that by the bar near the pool tables. Word to the wise, don't use your bank card for purchases, use cash. I had to call my bank and cancel my card. So pissed, I will be calling and talking to a manager when it opens today. read more

I always have the best experience at JJ's, and a huge part of that is because of Kaitlyn. She is hands down one of the best bartenders/servers I've had anywhere. She's incredibly quick with drinks, always attentive, and somehow manages to stay friendly and positive no matter how busy it gets. Her guest service is amazing.. she makes you feel welcomed, remembered, and taken care of every single time. You never have to wait long, and she always checks in to make sure everything is perfect. I would give this place zero stars if I could Constant fighting, people doing coke in the bathroom, blood all over the pool tables. The " concerts" they host are just ghetto local rappers. You can tell the owner doesn't know how to manage a bar based off of the cleanliness and quick turnaround with bartenders . Went in tonight for the first time. Eagles game on, I show up late about 9min left in first. I seat myself and wait until the first quarter is over and get no attention at all. When I go up to the bar to order a drink a woman does ask what I want and then goes away for a minute or two helping other customers. When she comes back she asks again what I want and I made a never mind gesture as it was already into the second quarter and I was not even acknowledged. When I left, a couple of people were sitting on the patio and no one had drinks so I asked a gentleman if he'd ever been there before. He said usually they were welcoming and it may have been busy. Told him I'd second chance it, he offered a drink and of course I accepted and didn't want to miss more of the game. After I am having the drink, I see the woman and I apologize for leaving. Said I had a bad day and didn't want to take it out on her. She said she poured me a drink and I walked away and just brushed me off. So I just did not get a nice vibe from her. Wow not sure what happened here, stopped in on Saturday seems like they were out of a lot of food items and had greatly reduced the menu offering. They had no chips for the chips and salsa. So that also took care of getting the nachos. Easy enough ordered a cheese crisp then after getting it was told no salsa. The cheese crisp was straight mozzarella cheese and lots of it. Don't believe we will return. Used to be our go to place local but after seeing the menu it might just be a place to grab a cold beer from nowon. read more

We've been coming here to JJ's for awhile. Never ordered food here, I'll review that when I do. When I first heard of this place didn't come from real special or classy people to begin with. Drew was a terrible waitress the other day. She was rude, had an attitude , only checked in once for refills, and acted like we were a piece of sh*t under her shoe. Wellllllllll.... We went here last night for my Mom's Birthday, because of a friend of ours. She WAS a regular. Well there was a $5 cover, even super late when we got there. Lame. We had a good time and drank plenty, I spent a lot in the little time we were there on shots and drinks. I'm about to move to Orlando and this will have been the last time I celebrate with my Mom for her birthday. We had fun, we did things the right way, we got a lyft there and when they closed I ordered a lyft again to get us home. My PHONE DIED when the lyft was on the way. My moms phone was dead as well. We walked up to the door and knocked while they were cleaning and closing up and they kept ignoring us. They would come to the door and look at us, laugh and keep walking by. I had to start banging on the door, our lyft never showed and my phone was dead and we were literally stranded there with no one to help. The assholes at the bar finally opened the door after I got aggressive with the door banging, because we really needed help. They LAUGHED at us and would NOT let either of us charge our phone for 5 min while they were closing up. I spent a lot of money with them last night and for them to just treat us that way afterward?? I was so upset and angry. What a fucked up way to end my Mom's birthday. So we had to walk across the street to Walmart. They had an extra charger and the manager there charged my phone and I was able to finally reach lyft to get home. If the bad ass employees hadn't helped us, I'm not sure how we would have gotten home last night. So if you go to this bar, make sure you have a charge or a charger with you because the assholes won't help you and they will laugh at you, no matter the amount of money you spent with them. I used to go to this bar when it was called The Gym, with one of our best friends who used to live right near it. However, after last night, the way they treated us, we won't ever go back again. Fuck them. Hope this helps y'all decide where to go. But I'd skip this place for sure. I've never been treated so terribly by anyone at a bar. How hard is it to charge someone's phone?! I had an iPhone and my Mom had a galaxy. Most people have one of those... especially at a bar, when I saw them all on their phones all night. Help your customers get home safe? We did it right and refused to drink and drive, yet, we get assholes who won't help, when I spent a lot in the couple hours we were there. I'm just thankful nothing bad happened to us. Never again and I DO NOT recommend. I've told everyone on Facebook/IG already, and we are drinkers, so our friends know the good bars we like and this is definitely NOT one of them. Karma is a bitch. If anything come try it just to say you have, but now my own thoughts due to coming for the past year: Not same as before, I miss Kim and the previous owner. When we arrived no one said anything and after being there for 15 minutes, we had to go ask for service. The bartender came to be our server because who knows what the servers were doing. We saw the cooks come to the bar at least twice, who knows why, I've never seen them out before. So service sucked, the music for a Friday night was pretty slow. One of the dart machines doesn't work, but there is no sign on it. There food was good, we had 3 different burgers and they were tasty, lots of fries. They have rearranged everything. No more special cheeseburgers or happy hour all day like before. They added pool tables and a tournament was happening when we arrived. read more
