Will Never go here again! My birthday night was ruined by the treatment from the bar staff at the end of the night. Phones died and we weren't allowed to call for an Uber or Lyft. It was freezing outside and I have a hard time walking due to a FedEx injury. I can't believe they were so rude to not let us call for a safe ride after the money we spent there!! So just had the worst experience of my life here. I used to LOVE going here but after tonight never again. They are ok with guests threatening another guest and ok with someone being out of line. Early last week I came in and it was my first time here. Loved the way the bar was set up and my food was great. Carlos cooked my wings to perfection. Thanks to him and Kendra was my main bartender. The other bartender spent most of their time talking to some guys by the side and I think the owner was there. Some guy seemed popular but really distracted the rest of the crowd and the staff. Kendra was the main person who made my experience worth it. She had quick banter, great advice about what sauces to get on my wings and good suggestions for signature drinks that were unique. I came in for a pool tournament today. First time here. Had a 40 min drive. Started at 1pm and I was thinking I would miss the sign up. There are 2 phone numbers in their website so I dialed both. The second one put me through to the owner. He was awesome. He took our names over tge phone and let Vern know we were coming. Tge staff is nice! I was in your bar this past Sunday and was really impressed with your bartender that day. She was the only one working and she did amazing with everyone.. she was polite, was managing the bar and also was acknowledging people when they came in that she would be right with them. The service is awful. We used to like coming here when it first opened. This place has changed. You have to wait at least 15 minutes for a drink and you you have to wave someone to come and take your order every time you want a drink. read more

I was there recently and treated in a way I'd never go back. The white bartender and a black server treated me disrespectful and as I see it my race (black) was a factor. The two decided to talk about me because I closed my eyes for 20 seconds while a commercial was on and they preceded to talk, laugh and make jokes at and about me because they thought I was asleep. I kept my eyes closed listening to them degrade and disrespect me until the black (uncle tom) server decides to walk by me and yell no sleeping in the bar. Mind you I'm sitting in a chair with no arms and my feet are on the floor. I opened my eyes and told them I was not asleep and I heard everything they said about me to the other white consumers and the black server. Everyone in there was white except for me and the black server and they pushed him up to say something to me. I let them know that I'm a United States Veteran and I am not about to be disrespected by them. I will make sure y try o let All of my Veterans brothers at the American Legions and in the Phoenix Amvets to not Support a Racist establishment as for the way I was treated. Mixed Feelings! Went here on the suggestion of a friend. Walked in and was pleasantly surprised by the pool tables and the whole set up! Very nice. The waitress was very attentive in the beginning. Some more of my friends showed up and the DJ started playing awesome music. We were having a great time. Then somewhere around 10 or 11 pm we all noticed how many Gang Bangers were arriving. One of the Clicks shoved themselves right up against our table and wanted to start drama. We ended up leaving early with a bad taste in our mouths. I really wanted to like it here because I really liked the DJ and the place. But we can definitely tell with the amount of bad apples there something is bound to happen. read more

Yeah I've come a few times over the past 6 months and ,, yup won't come anymore. I was here yesterday. Bartender brought my first drink, o ordered some burger. Got it hot and then saw bugs on my letter... romaine. They fell right on top of my burger. I didn't say a thing! Just stayed to my cocktail. X2 and left. The bugs were so tiny like smaller than nats! Let me start by saying I had high hopes for this place. I started out trying to get this food delivered but apparently they weren't set up for the delivery yet. So in an attempt to preorder food by phone, I tried calling the place a few times. No one answered. Still eager to try their food I decided just to drive over there. I figured it was only a mile away and if the food is good, it would be a score. I explained what happened to the bartender there and she apologized for the inconvenience but seemed too busy to concern herself with it. So I ordered food for me my wife and 2 girls. We got the Black Blue Burger, American Burger, the Shroom Burger, some wings, and chili cheese fries. The burgers themselves also came with fries. The burgers were put together poorly. We asked for no onions on two of the burgers and there were onions on all of the burgers. They put the wrong cheese on the shroom burger. Overall the burgers could've been better. The french fries tasted stale like they have been sitting there all day long. Not even ketchup would help them taste better. The wings were decent but the ranch was runny. We ended up throwing most of our food into the trash. I won't be ordering food from there again. read more

Their food is pretty good I will say that. Everything I've ever ordered has been great. Their happy hour for their food is a pretty good deal, beers... ehh domestics only.. happy hour EVERYDAY 2-7 can't beat that.. they dont have a drink menu anymore.. awkward when asking for help ordering a tasty drink all they know to recommend is simple stuff like "Malibu and pineapple". this place is hit or miss as far as crowds go, sometimes it's jam packed or dead (and of course when it's packed they have like 1 waitress working and the manager is playing pool or just kicking it while his staff struggles- ridiculous I've only ever seen the manager get ice for the bar other than that he's posted up having himself a good time). However regardless of staff being short handed most days.. they hustle still and dont let it effect their customer service. Mixed aged crowd which is cool. Where should I start? With the sweat drenched waiter dropping the chips and getting sauce on us? With us only getting the first half of our order after 45 minutes- to find that they hadn't placed our whole order? When the other half finally came after an hour, they had still forgotten an order of fries but did conveniently bring a beer that no one ordered. So after a total of an hour and a half being there, I had to walk to the bar to order my check and get a refill of drinks, some utensils and napkins. Then the check came... I, of course, had to walk back to the bar (because God forbid we got some service) and dispute my order. I explained that I only got one of the two order of fries. I explained to her that I was charged a beer that no one ordered. She then, very enthusiastically lol, asked if the beer was still there or if someone had drank it. I explained that I thought the beer was on the house due to waiting over an hour and a half for a simple order of wings and fries. She rolled her eyes after snatching the check from my hands and walked away. She came back and dropped the check in front of me without a word. Mind you, I'm waiting at the bar the whole time rather than sitting for dinner with my family. I really wanted this place to be a good thing. It's close to home and the happy hour prices are great. Unfortunately after trying this place 5 times and striking out 4 times- they're out. I'll continue my search for a wing place close to Avondale. read more
