What better place than just a block from the Marvis location , my tire had gone completely flat. I wheeled in on 3 tires and one flat tire and I was greeted by a warm welcome and a smile from the entire staff. I explained my situation and in no time the entire staff had my car pulled in and all the staff preceded to work on repairing my tire. I experienced honest, efficient and prompt service. I returned to the store and was happy to find out that road hazard was offered within 30 days of purchase so I paid for the road hazard and they ordered the new tire. Tire came in today and I had the tire put on. I was charged full price with the explanation from the manager that road hazard was not available on that brand of tire even though the car manufacturer offers tire road hazard protection but Mavis does not because the tire cannot be repaired and has to be replaced. He offered to gladly put the old tire back on if that's what I wanted which was a very passive aggressive approach in my opinion. I believe this was a classic bait and switch. Offer a warranty knowing it was unavailable and then charging full price after the repair is made. I will not be returning to this store after paying over $1000 for both tires and I would definitely advise anyone in the market for tires to avoid the store due to its deceptive business practices. As a follow up to this review I just spoke with the Discout tire store right down the street from this Mavis and was told that this type of tire (sound deadening due to being on an electric vehicle) is definitely repairable it just takes a bit more work and that Discount tire offers road hazard on this tire as well as all other brands of similarly made tires. Discount tire will now be receiving all my business on all four of my vehicles and I would recommend anyone reading this review to do the same. Second follow up I was just called by the same Discount tire manager and was advised that with a pre inspection Discount tire would offer me a road hazard plan as long as 75% of the tire tread remained. I scheduled the inspection for tomorrow. Fabulous customer service in my opinion. I hope this experience will help others in a similar circumstance.

They told him he could go to there other location where they do have a mechanic the man behind the counter apparently called the other location and they informed him that they had 12 cars on the list for that day already and would be unable to do it. They said they would have somebody in the next day to bring it in he brings it in the next day. Speaks to the manager he informed him They don't have a mechanic there today, but he would do it himself, an hour and a half later he walks back in to see how much longer it's gonna be and they told him that they don't have the proper parts to do the maintenance on the truck due to it being so new 2024 Chevy he said he would grease up All the parts really well and replace one tire and patch the other tire 4 hours total they finally just dropped the truck and are currently trying to get the spare tire back on the undercarriage Will not be back and advise others to steer clear. We both understand that this is a staffing problem and people are just trying to do there job with the means they have but the lack of competency and lack of communication is absolutely appalling.
