The AC in my car wasn't cooling the air at all, so I took it there for the AC recharge service. It was a little pricey (~$180) but they did a good job with making the AC effective again. At the same time they inspected the levels of fluids and condition of different parts, for example pointing out burnt out tail lights, without pressuring to have those parts replaced. read more

I have to thank Jiffy Lube for the great service that they have provided to me. I arrived 10 minutes before they opened without an appointment. They immediately got me in and out very fast. The last two times I have visited the shop with unusual requests. The first time I had added the wrong liquid in my steering fluid. They technicians flushed the liquid and did not charge me. The second time. I asked for assistance in entering information in my GPS. Their manager took the time to help me. I had a good experience here. I came for an oil change today an hour before close & did not expect a window cleaning as well as my car vacuumed so I am very happy with that as well as the service. Also, being a female I don't like going to car places because the car guys always tell me some bs about my engine or my car. They did not try to scam me, they told me everything is good. I don't normally have to visit any shops because I work for one, but I had to go for an Uber inspection. Overall, they were courteous and efficient. The manager wasn't pushy with "things that needed my attention" and passed my inspection. Which shouldn't have been a problem anyway because I have a 2 year old car. read more

i went there for an oil change they told me i needed my engine flushed because of sludge so i said ok 5,000 miles later me engine blew up because they did get all the junk out of the engine my car dealer said it would cost 6'500 dollars to put in a new engine. jiffy lube wouldn't return my calls so i had to junk the car i don't have 6'500$ for an engine.I will NEVER go to jiffy lube again and i don't recomend leting them flush your engine the car manufacturer does not recomend this even thought jiffy lube says they do. read more

Called Jiffy Lube at about 10am for an oil change, asked if they were busy spoke to Amanda she said it wasn't busy so I told her I would take in during lunch. I took my car for an oil change at about 11 15 am cost me about 50dollars. Amanda also told me she added anti freeze at no charge. I drove back to work when I realized at the light that my car was smoking I made it to work. Parked in the parking Lot, car was still smoking. I called Jiffy Lube, Addison spoke to Amanda. Told her that my car was smoking since I left there. She said to take the car back after work to see if it needed more coolant. I told her it would be after work. As I was driving the car back, it continued to smoke and my indicator on the headboard stated TURN OFF ENGINE/IDLE ENGINE So it was automatically shutting off. I pulled to the side. Car was smoking. Then called my sister . She opened the hood which was burning and now a hole remains on cover. The lid wasn't closed and all of coolant was shooting upward like a volcano all over front cover. I then called Jiffy Lube to speak to a manager and then spoke to another woman. I told her the lid wasn't closed correctly and that it was all over. She then stated that she would send her assistant manager Amanda so she can add more coolant. Amanda arrived and said she would add more coolant she then asked for me to turn it on. I did and coolant was still leaking. She then said that it was the radiator and that it was leaking and that there was not much they could do about it. She then said they could call a tow truck and have a mechanic check it out . I told her OK but that I wanted to speak to a manager. She then gave me the number for Kevin Nash , I called him and he had very poor customer service with me. I was explaining the situation to him and all he would say was OH OK oh OK to me he didn't care much. I told him that the lid wasn't put on right and he said that if that was the case that the lid wouldn't be on at all. I then explained that what would be the reason it was shooting upward and burned the hood and went all over if it wasn't the lid. My car started to overheat and so on. He told me to have them check it out and if something is written saying it was their fault they could take care of it. I was very upset that he couldn't give me a better explanation or at least a concern. I then spoke to the mechanic which told me that it was the radiator and it needed a new one. I asked him if that was the reason the car was smoking and it was saying to shut off engine. I then told him that the cap wasn't closed . He then said that he would look into it. When he called me back he said it had nothing to do with it and the engine was fine. I called jiffy lube to speak to another manager and she said they would call me back and they keep giving me the run around. I'm still waiting for a call. When my car was brought there it was perfectly fine. And now I'm just getting the run around and i cant speak to a manager or the owner?? read more

This location will steal from your car, they stole $200 out of my glove compartment, granted I shouldn't have left it in there but I had just gone to the bank, they had no reason to go in my glove box. I realized it as soon as i got back in my car and I got out and confronted the entire staff about it and they refused to admit it, I spoke to the manager and he said they are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Came in to get windshield wipers replaced. They started out real friendly. When they told me the price $60.00 I was upset because I called and they told me $30.00. They asked everybody if they talked to me and they said know. I felt I was being attacked. It turned out I called the wrong jiffy lube. When I asked the girl that was helping me why aren't you honoring the price she said there owned by different people. She was rude and said there so expensive is because it needed a special clip. She treated us like we were stupid. I left immediately and went somewhere else. I payed $19.97 installed for weather blades. By the way in every windshield wiper package different size clips come in to fit so she was full if shit. I then called the next morning to complain to the manager and it turned out to be the same girl. When I called she thought I was one if her employees pranking her. What does that say about the management? When she figured out it was a customer she didn't seem to care. I then asked fir the District Managers number he then called me back and u told him what had happened and he really didn't seem to care either. So if your looking for a jiffy lube make sure you don't pick this one it's a joke. read more

the people who work here don't know what they are doing, there are mostly girls who work here and they are all dumb. Last year i brought my car in for an oil change because i got tired of going to the dealer, they charged me $80, for synthetic oil and when i left my dash board was flashing and beeping "HI OIL" which never happened before, i had to take it back. So i don't know why i took it back this year to change the head light that was out. they charged me $30, and i had a bad feeling from what happened last year so i wanted to check before i left. and it wasnt working!!! i noticed by brights/high beam was on, so i turned if off and said to the girl "hey my light is not working" she said to the girl that worked on my car "did you check it?... get another bulb....It must be an electrical problem" but what happend was she changed the bright light, that was working fine, but didn't change the regular light, that was the one that was out. I dont understand why she changed a bulb that was fine, and not fix the one that was out?? and they couldnt explain it to me. then when they figured out which one was supposed to be changed she said "i changed both lights for the price of one" like she was giving me a deal, after she wasted my time and pissed me off. And they didnt know how to put everything back together, finally a guy came and put it back and said sorry. Im never going back there again!!! read more
