Jiffy Lube has always been known to be scammers. Well my car was leaking oil, I took it to a shop and it turns out jiffy lube just took off my stock oil cap and put a cheap one with a hole in it (-: so all the oil I paid for was leaking out. Bought a new cap from my shop, everything was fine until I needed another oil change so I decided to give this location another try and it happened AGAIN. Avoid jiffy lube. Amazing customer service! Oil change took less than 10 mins and that included checking on a lot of stuff on my car already. The receptionist was so patient and explained everything the best he could. They even gave me a complimentary windshield fluid. With the coupon they provide in Yelp, the price becomes very competitive with other local mechanic shops. Recently I was in the area and I found this jiffy lube and said hey why not it was time for my oil change and I walked in I was treated by Theresa, she was great!! Explained the prices and procedures that would take place and be done to my car she was really knowledgeable also made me feel like I was home gave me a drink of water while I waited.. I noticed that she would take care of all her customers with a smile and made sure we had a good experience at the end of my visit when I got my car back it was running like knew and it was cleaned! I had a good experience with Chris at this jiffy lube. Here is my experience. I was test driving a car I was interested in buying and I decided to stop here. I wanted them to look at the fluids to get an idea of what kind of condition the car was in. Chris called me over once he was done. All fluid looked like they were recently replaced with the exception of oil. Car didn't have any leaks or signs of an accident. Looked like it was well maintained. I ended up buying the is300. After my purchase I brought it back to Chris and changed my oil changed. Got all my fluids toped off, windows cleaned, vacuumed. Great customer service. Would recommend them to my friends. read more

I have came here on two occasions and unfortunately this is the last time that I will come here. The First time that I came there was great service and it was fast and easy. They pulled up my previous records and just asked if I wanted the previous service done and finished in about 15 minutes. They gave me recommendations on what needed to be done and left it up to my judgement. They also vacuumed my car from the inside and cleaned my windshields as well. I was expecting the same service this time but it was half assed. I showed up and there was not a car in sight. A jiffy lube with not 1 car? Bad sign right, I proceeded anyways. I asked for the premium oil change and the mechanic comes in and tells me that I needed to have my filters replaced. I saw the quote come up on the screen and one was for $14.99 and the other one was $24.99. I said no to both since I could've done it my self but then he goes outside and comes back five minutes later and shows me what the filters looked like. Grant it thay he did say one might last me a little while longer but he insisted that I switched the other. A little pushy? Maybe, but I'll say it was curteous. They tell me that my bill is ready so I go check and I see a charge for a filter of $49.99. I am not paying 50 dollars for a 20 dollar filter. I said no and asked if it could be taken out of my bill.The receptionist was nice enough to go and ask the mechanics to leave the old filters in. The lead mechanic came back in and said that it was the priced he had showed me and that there might have been some miscommunication. Up to this point I was fine with the situation since mistakes and miscommunication happen here and there but what really pissed me off is the comment that he made when I asked him to leave my old filter in. He tried to get me to change the air filters by offering me a coupon but I refused. He said "Man I just put the fucken new filter in and threw your old one away but I'll go get it out of the trash for you" and walked out. I stood there amazed at the level of professionalism shown here. My oil change was done and my window cleaning as well as my vacuuming looked half assed. It's not a car wash so I'll let it pass but if you're offering a service might as well do it right or not do it at all. The only reason why this place gets a 1 star is because the receptionist was empathetic and professional and still let me use my $13 off coupon. read more

Terrible! I went in for an oil change and when I came home my car was low in oil! I don't have any problems with my oil. The mechanic just didn't put enough oil and when I went back to tell them they said ,"there is nothing I can help you with." I will never come back! read more

I went to this location late September, to get an oil change on my lexus is250. Paid about $120 for the most expensive full synthetic oil I believe it was because they recommended me to do that one and i know nothing about cars. So a week ago or so my car oil change light came on again. I honestly thought to myself "wow its only been a month and already needs it again?" I dont drive the car that much which is why it was odd. Then i ask my dad of he can take it for me and he asked me why if i just had gotten it about a month ago and should last me about 3 months. Told him the car is requesting it. He was really upset and i was also after he explained it to me. With the pandemic going on and loosing my job those $120 were meant to pay for an oil change that would at least had lasted me 2 months based on the car not driven so much. I feel like i got ripped off or lied to because it shouldnt be asking me again for a oil change so soon. At this point i dont even believe they even used the type of oil i was charged for. I was told that I was going to get my recipe via email which in never did so i can't even check my recite. I do have the charge on my debit card tho. I recommend not going here. I feel cheated. Now i have to somehow find the funds to get another oil change done. Not cool jiffy lube. :( read more

Wow, the people here were so helpful and so incredibly nice. I came to Jiffy Lube thinking I needed an oil filter change, but the mechanics told me it was not necessary and that simply being topped off with oil would be enough. I appreciated the honesty and not being taken advantage of to pay more for what I did not need. When they rung me up, they very sweetly did not charge me for the few quarts of oil I needed, which would've been $40. As a poor student, I greatly appreciated this generosity. I wish I could've tipped more to express my gratitude. For any of your quick mechanic needs, definitely come here. They will be honest, take care of you, and get you out of there quickly! I got my oil change on 2/18/17 we spent 107.28 I have a jeep Cherokee 2015 so my boyfriend takes the car and he was done super fast so we thought nothing of it so two days later my car started to over heat and I could not figure out why it was happening so when we got the car to cool down we opened the hood and saw that my cap for the coolant was off and low so when I called I could not speak to the store manager they said that they don't deal with customers so on 3/19/17 my car was leaking oil I call my mechanic and I can't look at my car to have a look at it my car was not driver able I have to pay to have it towed their and to be looked at by the mechanic it turns out that my oil filter was loose and when the mechanic looked at it I only had one court of oil left so I had to pay more money for them to add more oil when I call jiffy Lube they say that I had someone else look at it they're not liable for my vehicle now we finally got them to give us our money back now on I'm just going to pay the dealership to do it and to do it right read more
