I've been to different types jiffy lubes but this one provided the quickest service. They helped me clean my dirty windows. They offer to vaccum the vehicle, but I refused since my car was filled with dirty landaury. They also let me know where my car needed repairs and the severity if I don't change the part. read more

I came to Jiffy Lube for the first time not expecting much as most places I have gotten my oil change at in Alhambra were mediocre in service at best. It's usually just about getting you in and out as fast as possible. Jiffy Lube was the same in terms of in and out, but I was pleasantly surprised by the service. When i first pulled up Wonda helped me out right away directing my car and showing me the facility even before asking about what services I needed. She fantastic and clearly enjoyed being here helping guests out. Ricardo helped me out next not only with the oil change needed, but he went through and explained to me the differences in oil products not to up sale me but to just give me informative information. This was easily the best service for an oil change I have had. 5 out of 5 for the workers. read more

I hesitated in posting a review for this business but customers and management must be made aware of the unprofessional behavior I encountered. I went on Thursday to get an oil change, they were extremely busy but that's not what made me leave. I saw 2 employees, a male and female inappropriately touching each other while working. I'm not sure what their situation is but if they are in a relationship the work place is not somewhere where it should be on display. I recommend everyone to take their vehicle elsewhere! read more

This Jiffylube is local and that is why I have gone here b/c of its convenient location. The staff is OK but don't seem too too knowledgeable or intelligent about cars. The prices are not that reasonable and the work could be done for cheaper elsewhere, but it's close to my home so I forgive the slighly higher prices. I was most annoyed that during my last visit they recommended that I change some fluids as I was LEAVING the place and after I had already paid - I was like, "Uh, you might want to tell me BEFORE you finish my service next time that the xyz fluids need to be changed because I'm ready and wanting to leave now." Its great for convenience because of the location but that is about it. And don't go here is you need ANYTHING more than the basics done. read more

I had a great experience today at this Jiffy lube. The gentlemen that helped me told me exactly what I needed and wasn't pushy. He made my experience comfortable in letting me know that there was fresh pot of coffee, water and chairs inside and to wait that it would only take 20mins for my car to get done, I wasn't there very long. Raised prices!!! For $25 you got an oil change, air in tires, top off of all fluids, windows cleaned & floors vacuumed. Best deal ever!! BUT now it's $25 for oil change ONLY. :(. Be prepared to pay $40+ to get all the other things. To top it off the signs say $24.99 but its really not & they don't tell you about all these extra charges until they already get started on your car. So disappointed :( I guess I'll be looking for a new company for next time. read more

Bad bad bad, I brought my new honda to there do the oil change like 3 month ago, a stuff told me that the only type oil fit my new style car is around $80, I can't remember the exact number and the oil can last 5000 miles. Since I didn't know much about car, so I did the oil change. After all, I realized that they paste a reminder on the window of my car indicate the oil only can last 3000 miles. Today, I went to Honda Service the oil change price was $54,88. I am so sad. read more

Came in for my routine oil change and the gentleman who helped me alerted me to things I wasn't aware of. Needed spark plugs, tire rotation, both my Air filters, and was able to bundle most of the things for a great deal. Great service. Fast efficient and straight forward. They have a waiting room with a/c (perfect considering it was 92 degrees today. Complementary coffee and water. --------- Staff was amazing, but there was one problem... Staff didn't properly close my hood and it caused a problem on the freeway. Great thing about my car is that It has a spring lock so there were not major problems, other than trying to find a safe area on the 710 freeway. read more

This is my probably my final oil change ever in jiffy lube anymore! I will not ever recommend anyone coming here for oil change... jiffy lube always looks way to rip off the customers anyway they can because when I went there it was pretty slow with only one car... anyway back to my story I went there to get oil change today because the one that I usually go to get oil change they close early so I thought ohh jiffy lube close at seven o clock so I decided to visit for once and give them a second chance because I used to use jiffy lube for oil change but I stopped going there because they always have a idea to rip off lady like me.. but I went there because I didn't have anywhere to go to.... ok my my I wasn't wrong!!! They asked me which kind of oil I want and I said synthetic oil and I saw the price it says 69.99 ok so I thought ok my price is 69.99 that I am gonna pay for it... and guess he charged me 89.99 tax after the oil change and I said wait look I thought my price was 69.99?????? And I even pointed out that price as well???? And the guy I think he was a manager he said he did asked me if I wanted the full synthetic blend or regular??? Which I didn't even heard if I knew that I was paying for 89.99 I wouldn't even bother to get that one!!!! He didn't even bother to give me discounted or try to fix my issue with the price of oil change!!! Thankfully I realized now I can not trust jiffy lube anymore and also I wouldn't be coming here for oil change!!!! If anyone like to get ripped off please come here!!! They are kind of slow and they didn't vacuum my dam car when I got my oil change so what else aren't they doing that they said they did went on Sunday usually go on weekdays was a different staff but weekend staff sucks ass. Go on the weekday the Black American gentlemen is really good. read more
