For the love of god don't go here. If you want your next tire rotation and oil change to cost over 1,000 then go for it. I have presented these people with direct proof how their incompetent technicians cross threaded and over tightened my lug nuts. Resulting in damage to a wheel bearing and multiple studs. They're doing everything in their power to not pay. They offered $200 out of 1000$ worth of damage for "good customer service." This place is garbage. Not worth it. They have no integrity in their services. go anywhere else. Some place that will atleast back their work and not make you fight for damages caused to your new vehicle. All this because some idiot can't change a tire. Absolute joke of a place. Mind you my car is serviced regularly at Ira Honda and was only purchased a year ago. It just received a state inspection. It is very regularly looked over so there was zero issue before. But I made the stupid mistake of stopping into this location for a quick service. Take your money elsewhere where. read more

Avoid at all costs!!! Got an oil change on a Friday, took a roadtrip, and by Sunday car was dry. They are refusing to accept responsibility (" We think it was something else". I experienced harassment and was almost physically assaulted by the manager today Keep in mind I've never been a customer. I got Taco Bell and did not park in a parking space but completely off to the side. (Both businesses are in the same building and share a parking lot.) I was merely taking five minutes to eat my food. Within two minutes, the manager of this Jiffy Lube had come out and aggressively confronted me, asking me angrily if I knew how to park and so on... after a few heated words exchanged I just left. He decided on company time to follow me in his own vehicle and relentlessly pursued me tailgating down two different roads. I was forced to call 911 as when pulling in to multiple parking lots on the route he pulled in behind me. And then he tried to hit me with his vehicle before driving away. When I responded by swinging at his vehicle that was coming at me, he got out with a wrench and started walking towards with it up in the air. The only thing that stopped it was a witness yelling that she had 911 on the phone. With no video evidence of his actions the police were unable to do anything. The way this man was unhinged and left his business to speed after me because of a parking dispute is almost unbelievable, but it happened. I have reached out to their corporate offices who said each location is independently owned and they can also do nothing. Be careful if you visit this location, you might get hurt if you upset the wrong guy. read more

I received an oil change. The next time I drove, my car broke down. Over the course of the next month I had my car towed multiple times and went to three different mechanics. The last mechanic noticed there was twice as much oil in the engine. read more

I had an issue with them. Contacted corporate 3 times. Each time they said the location would contact me. They never have. They are crooks and won't even make a call or send an email to inquire about the issue. Buyer Beware! Worst oil-change experience of my 53 years on Earth and probably top-ten worst customer service I've ever experienced. We didn't let it ruin our Maine summer 2018, however. I left a complaint on the national Jiffy Lube website but heard nothing back from them or any local/regional agent. Horribly deceptive up-selling tactics which made a regular oil and filter change into a $90 nightmare for my wife. The manager convinced her our Honda CR-V required "special" oil service, which is a complete lie. When I went in to complain and request a credit for the unnecessary "extra" they conned her into, the manager was a super-jerk. STAY AWAY from this place or you too will be "Jiffy Screwed." read more

We asked that our son to take his Toyota Corolla in for an oil change today after noticing over the weekend what looked like a leak on the ground. Also thought they might notice if something was loose, wrong, leaking etc. They actually found the issue, told my son they could have it fixed in a JIFFY, My hat goes off to the Jiffy Crew on 460 Alfred Street in Biddeford Maine. I'm one of those people who's afraid of falling into that big hole (even though it's not that big)when you pull in to have your oil changed! Anxiety overwhelms me. So when I found out that Jiffy Lube will pull your car in and I didn't have to worry or have a pep talk before going I was sold! It was a Sunday morning not busy at all, I was greeted by Mike who after finding out what I needed done escorted me to the waiting area. It was very nice and clean. Coffee, TV, plenty of seating. It took about 15 minutes or so. When Mike was cashing me out I told him I had a coupon for$5.00 off he said I've got a better one....$10.00 off! Wow!! Thanks that was great customer service. When you ask for the signature service which is an oil change it also comes with them vacuuming your carpets, topping of fluids and tire pressure check. I will be back for sure. read more

I've tried to get an oil change at the location in Biddeford on two separate occasions...and left both times without having the service performed! 1st attempt: approximately two months ago, pulled up to the oil change bay and there was no vehicle inside (I could see this because all the doors to the garage was open). A worker came up and asked me what they could do for me. I informed him I would like a basic oil change. He proceeded to tell me that it would be about an hour until I could get this done because "the guy that runs the register went on break and won't be back for an hour." I asked if he could start on the oil change and I would pay when he got back and he said "no". 2nd attempt: today 11/17/18 I pulled in and there were two cars waiting outside of the oil change bays and there were no cars inside the oil change bats getting service done. The two cars in front of me had just pulled in and we're getting out of the vehicles to go inside and wait. I figured it may be a wait for these cars to be done. The worker came up to my vehicle and asked what he could do for me and I informed him I'd like an oil change. He told me it would be quite a wait due to "only running two people." I asked how long and he said "about an hour or an hour and a half." I inquired that the two cars in front of me would take an our and a half and he said yes and I gave a call getting tires too. I'm not sure if this location is poorly managed or if they are chronically short staffed, but Prompto up the street is managing to do quite well by performing the same tasks! Either hire some more people or fire the manager because he is incompetent! read more

Came in three separate times in one day in order to try to get an inspection. Was told the first time, at 1:30, to come back at 3. I came back at 3 and was told the guy doing inspections was on break and to come back in an hour. I came back an hour later and was told that he was finishing up an inspection and was clocking out at 4. I never ended up getting my inspection. This is the second week in a row that I've tried and failed to get an inspection here. read more

Horrible People My wife was driving her 87 year old mothers car. The oil was low so she stopped to have it checked. No service stations do this now. The "on duty" manager was unkind. He refused to check her oil and she offered to pay him to do it. He basically told her top go back to whoever changed it last. She did but the station was closed so she went back but he still would not check the oil. This car is not used often due to the drivers age so it had been changed previously in the summer. She went to Prompto where they were very kind and added two quarts. Guess Jiffy Lube has enough money. I am beyond upset because if my 87 year old mother broke down I would not be doing this on line but driving from Boston to see them. read more

If I could put a negative star review I truly would . I went here July 12th 2018 for a Basic Synthetic Oil Change . I noticed a couple of weeks ago I had an oil leak . Didn't think anything major until the leaks had gotten bigger and bigger within the day... I work 12 hours days and don't have the time too go back and ask them why this had happened. So I called corporate. Told me that someone would be in touch . Still have yet to hear anything , reality sets in when a business doesn't want to make it right . I here other people in my area have had several issues with this New Opened location and that the regional and store manager isn't fair too deal with . Well I haven't heard from either so I guess we'll see when the time comes that I get a call . Long story short I brought my truck to a local trusted shop and had them look my vehicle over . They stated that not only was the oil filter the wrong one but they didn't even tighten it all the way .... seriously ? This place is a joke . Luckily it seems thus far no serious issues to my vehicle but crossing my fingers .... From one human being too many others reading this . PLEASE DON'T GO HERE !! Staff seem friendly and knowledgeable when your there but who knows a month down the road you maybe in the exact situation I'm in or worse :( read more

Get price in writing ahead of time. My daughter stopped there yesterday to get a synthetic oil change. She was told it would be $60 (typically $50 at Prompto) but it was near her work so the extra $10 was worth it. They drained her oil then decided to tell her the synthetic oil change she needed was actually going to be $90. From what I have read online it is a common problem for some at other Jiffy Lube locations. She ended up with a synthetic blend, not sure what problems that can cause because it's supposed to be full synthetic. Just make sure you get your fees in writing before they decide to drain the oil because then you don't have a choice!! read more

Took my car to get inspected here, took about an hour, they seem to be all out back smoking, then told me I had some sort of leak and it would be at least $2000 to fix plus a broken rear sway bar. Wouldn't give me a paper for why it failed and eventually hand wrote a note. Took my vehicle to a garage today very worried about the safety of my vehicle. They could find no leak. Checked by one mechanic and then the owner of the AAA shop I was at looked at it. Said there was no leak, normal residual build up and it's not a reason to ever fail a car. There was a clamp missing on my sway bar. Cost me a total of $97. Jiffy lube is a joke. Don't take your car to these over priced clowns. read more

Fantastic service! Needed some unexpected emergency work done, walked in with no appointment and within 5 minutes my vehicle was on the lift getting repaired. They didn't even charge me as it was minor quick work but still was very pleased and appreciative! read more

By far the worst place ever to go ever. The manager is lazy and the workers play around while you wait for your service to be finished. I wouldnt bring my vehicle there for work ever do to how they pressure and lie to you about needing things done. read more

The first time I had my oil changed here, they didn't secure my oil filter (or the housing...I'm not sure) and all the oil leaked out of my car. I was stranded and had to be rescued by my boss (who is knowledgable about cars) and a bottle of oil. Once I was back on the road I took my car to a dealership to have the oil re-changed, etc. I went back to Jiffy Lube to request a refund for my oil change (not the additional charges) and they assured me I'd receive a refund but said it might take a while because it had to go through their corporate office. Maybe 10 days letter I got a call from the local manager...He confirmed the details for the refund (he was annoyed). After several weeks, I hadn't seen a refund so I disputed the charge with Visa and Visa refunded the charge. Today, Visa contacted me to let me know that Jiffy Lube in Biddeford had re-charged me for the oil change. Lesson learned, and I'm out $90 and a big headache. Jiffy Lube's employees aren't ASE-certified like employees at dealerships and auto shops. Buyer beware. read more
