Have been a customer of this Jiffy Lube for years. Never again after today. Went in for an oil change and wiper blades. They charged me over $60 for 4 wiper blades. I would not have had them replace the old blades had I known the cost. They said they had to cut one blade because they didn't have the right size for the rear wiper. When I complained the answer was basically, too bad buddy. When I got in the car to leave the cabin air filter was lying on the passenger floor. One worker said they should have given me a $20 discount and wrote on the receipt I should receive a $25 discount toward my next oil change. Tires Plus is across the street. read more

I went in to get my oil changed and the manager (I think his name is Julio or Julian) was yelling and screaming at his employees. I looked over at the people I was with and my daughter, we were ALL wide eyed! Other friends who have gone there say that this guy is crazy! Always yelling at employees calling them idiots and things like that. I'm sure it's worse when there are no customers. I hope they fire the manager or something cause that's horrible work condition's. If the world is ending and I have to go there, I'm gonna say something to that crap manager. Ok so it was To busy the day before so i decided to come at 730am the next day waited 30 mins but i was the first one in guy was very detailed in everything that he could do to upsale me.... after declining everything i could tell he was ready to get me out took care of bill but once i got in my car the first thing i checked for was washer fuild because i knew it was out completely empty when i came in so i checked the paperwork and it showing that he added but obviously he skipped that so i turned back around ask was it suppose to be included he said i mustve forgot smh yet he had on paperwork that he added it smh hope he added oil and topped off everything else im a girl who doesnt know much about cars but that was a dead give away that he didnt do what was written on close out reciept read more

This place is well-run. I was surprised when they met me at my car and guided me into the waiting room that had fresh coffee and a nice selection if magazines. I dint come in for the magazines, I came in for speed. The turned my lube oil filter in 15 min. I will be back. read more

Absolutely the worst. They screwed the oil pan drain plug so tight that they warped the washer, causing a massive oil leak. I had to go to a local Acura dealer to get a new OEM drain plug They have no clue what they're doing and always try to sell you services you don't need. One visit my battery level was low. Next visit, it was fine. My advice, if you have a newer vehicle, dealer service it. Well worth the extra $ and having dealer service tecords on a Carfax report means better resale value read more

I wanted to come here, not because it's close to me, but because of the good reviews and I love a fast oil change. I've been to other places like Midas that change the oil while you sit in the car and it takes less than 10 minutes because they have a whole pit crew waiting on you hand and foot. This Jiffy Lube sounded like that Midas. However, when I called this morning to find out the wait and get the price, they said they START at $41.99. 41.99!!! For a 10-minute oil change?! You crazy?! He said I could find coupons online but the only one they had was $5 off and I'm sorry, but that's still ridiculous. The tire kingdom across the street does it in an hour and a half because it's so busy, but there it's only 17.49, and I drop it off while I get my hair colored in the same plaza. Maybe if they dropped their prices big time I would come here, but for the drive and that price, it's not worth it for me. read more

I needed an oil change and since I have a slightly older vehicle with high miles the price can get expensive, so I decided to look online for some coupons to use. I came across one for Jiffy Lube and when I googled their location, some less than favorable reviews had come up. I was hesitant to go. My first concern was driving all the way from east Boca to West Boca (we're talking US 1 to 441) and them not taking my online coupon, so I called ahead just to be sure. Tyler is the gentleman who answered the phone & said it would definitely be honored and then proceeded to ask me if I needed directions to their place. When I arrived, my car was seen pretty quick. Trying to be succinct without going into a rant. I was given directly opposite information by employees on three questions I asked about my car. Either someone was lying or they did not know what they were doing and chose to make up answers. I think that the guy taking my order just wanted to pad my order. Great customer service here. Christian was very helpful and if he isn't the manager he really should be!!! We had an oil change and our A/C filter change. When we left, A/C was making a funny noise. Went back and Christian fixes it. There were leaves that were inside. Been here 5 times and I have had a great experience every time!!! read more

The "upsell" at this location is unreal. I had new cabin filter, new wipers, new air filer, a six month old transmission.....they were relentless on my having to replace my tranny fluid, and all of other items mentioned above. I just wanted to get my oil changed. They obviously work on commission. I will NEVER go back here again. read more

There are plenty of 'instant" oil change locations, and most of them you tend to go in there expecting to be ripped off. Not so with Jiffy Lube here in Boca. Having used them for all scheduled services, they keep a record of what was done in the past and what needs to be done now. While they to like to make sure to schedule the most for revenue, they are honest in explaining very clearly what they recommend and allow you to decide. If they recommend a filter they show you the dirty one first - things like that. Overall, these are the pros amongst others of their ilk. They are courteous, relatively fast and generally professional, and I feel that I have never been ripped off for their services. I think thoughm, as with all services that perform things most people do not understand, it is good to get an idea before you go there as to what is expected for service with the mileage on your vehicle. read more

Do not waste your time. Used to be friendly, fast, and affordable. Prices for oil changes have gone up over 30% and the service time has tripled. I routinely wait an hour for an oil change. Today it took them 90 minutes and they laughed at me when I complained about the length of time. I literally watched the technician change the filter and fill the oil in just under 8 minutes. Not sure what they did for the other hour and twenty minutes, but I will be taking my business elsewhere! read more

Well friends i am sad to say after a poor experience at the Jiffy Lube and its corporate behavior of my concerns, after 16 years i will be seeking a new "oil co". Those who know me, know i am handy, but changing the oil and disposal is cumbersome. I liked that jiffy lube was fast, convient and cheaper. But upon my last visit not only was it NOT cheaper, almost a 50% increase in price, they no longer "cleaned" anything. That special touch side of service i aslo appreciated. When i asked about it the staff was less than "helpful" by referring me to the neighboring carwash and saying it is a corporate desision. When i tried to contact the corporate offices in texas, there was no email of sorts but a mail in form, a phone number that encourages you to fill out that form and a voice mail. Where you should have a case number. I do not. I found they had messenger on Facebook. Terrific. I send my experience, concerns and question of its validity and on the chance it was untrue what they wanted to do about it. I gave them three business days to reply before i proceeded with this review. Thats fair. I dont wish to be ignored. Would you? I got a message reply within the hour saying a case number was being created and how would i like them to contact me. I gave my email. Better recording and i do have a job and cant be guaranteed to be able to answer a call. Well, someone was bright enough to use the invoice numbers i provided to look up my information and retrieve my phone number and pawned the situation off on the local store manager, whom was there the day i was. I tried with 4 more messages via FB messenger that this is NOT the person i am looking to speak to. I expressed the reason why i wouldnt trust the guy who was present on day of incident and let it happen and didnt want to speak to him. He is not one from the main Corporation with authority. Not to mention i asked for an email, not a phone call. No reply. This guy called again the next day and left a message again. If i could put his casual, disintrested voice here....well use your imagination. A local kid trying to stay out of trouble with "hey man" "i am trying to call you about your problem" type vocabulary. At 11:40am on the 4th day, i have recieved a "reply". Frantically given a case number. Told the vp has tried to email me, i have three days of proof that is not true, and that the local kid has tried as well. That needs no further explaination. So now perhaps it will be easier to answer my questions here in this review. Is it or is it not true, you no longer provide "cleaning" touches to your services? Obviously the prices have increased. Is it normal practice to charge a customer for products without their prior knowledge or consent requardless of cost? And if anything that happened was "untrue" what would the company like to do about it if anything? read more

No appointment necessary. There is a wait time but nothing unreasonable. I waited an hour for my oil change. The staff is attentive and efficient. They always have coupons easily accessible so check their website. I recommend this location. read more

Jiffy Lube is great!! They have fast, efficient service, and all the employees were so nice. They did my oil change right away, and had nice little touches, like coffee in the spotless waiting room, and even rolling out a small carpet next to out car.... Which I thought was funny:) read more

Went here for an oil change, it was originally supposed to be $69.99 and that turned in 309.49. What an unscrupulous bunch of misfits.
