When I pulled up, I said I had a coupon and they said that you do that when you pay at the end. So I said OK and they changed my oil. When I got to pay at the end, I mentioned the coupon to the person that I was paying and he said that they've been having trouble with Jiffy Lube coupon lately. And guess what? We got our brakes changed on our Jeep a little over a week ago - while driving today, the break completely broke off of the left side because it was not attached back properly. It took the full force to stop the Jeep on a downward slope with only one working brake. My boyfriend wasn't able to go to work and had to immediately take it in, where they offered him a free oil change for the accident and possible hurt, plus loss of wages at work, to fix this. They let me know that 2 of my skid plate bolts were missing and that my transfer case for my 4x4 had a slight leak but nothing to be super worried about yet. They were honest, caring and thorough. Came here for an oil change. They attempt to remove the drain plug and stripped it. They told me they couldn't replace it, and that I would need to go to a different location. After 30 minutes from back and fourth I convinced them to add "Attempted to remove drain plug," to the notes. I came back the following weekend. One of the staff told me you need to come back during the week, our manager isn't here. We can't go during the week-- we work and go to school. I asked if we can call the manager and he said no you can call corporate. I asked for corporates number and he said we don't know their number-- you need to find it! We normally go to PepBoys (and will continue to do so). This is like the 4th time we've gone to JiffyLube for convenience, and evidently their team doesn't know how to rotate tires. Like isn't that WHEN you're supposed to get your tires rotated? We even specifically make sure to say "we need the tires rotated" they say "sure no problem" and never do it. Called around 7am and asked if I could bring my car in because when I was replacing the battery the j-bolt from the battery holder fell down into the engine compartment. They told me they could put it in the lift and look for it. I towed the car there and within 30 min, the tech had it on the lift..took out the tire and removed the wedged j-bar. I had stopped by to have a bulb replaced on my car and they replaced it at no charge and did it quickly.

Came for oil change and tire repair. Waited an hour and a half and when I returned the spare was still on. I asked what happened with the tire and was told the damage was too close to wheel well. I went to a tire shop and when we looked, the nail was visible in the center of tire. They never even looked at it and told me they did after the fact. Now I'm waiting one and a half hours or more at a tire shop to repair because they never even looked at it. Thanks for wasting so much of my time today. Won't be back. read more

Hello Everyone, I've been taking my 2015 Nissan Altima to this location for a little over 3 years and have always been impressed with the reasonable prices, quality technicians and genuine customer service. Just recently My check engine light came on and I lost 50% of my power. Cesar diagnosed the problem and quickly provided a solution. The throttle body and leaking axle needed to be replaced. Sam and the other techs worked together to reduce the wait time which was much shorter than I anticipated. Cesar did a walk through and took the car on test drive to ensure all components were functioning properly. I'll continue to show support for this location. read more

Took my Tahoe in for an oil change. While waiting they walk up and show me my air filter and cabin air filter. They needed to be changed but I did not ask for them to do this. They removed them without my permission and they expected me to pay almost $100 for two $20 air filters. I told them I would do it myself. They gave me an "oh, really?" and some attitude, then proceeded to dump all the leaves from the dirty filter in my car. Tonight my AC system makes a terrible rattling sound when I turn it on. So I got my oil changed but who knows what damage they did jamming the cabin filter back in. How about you stick to the requested service and not take things apart without asking? Ended up taking my truck here for the convenience and location. I regret it. I usually park my truck on the street next to my sidewalk. I started noticing a good amount of oil in the same location I usually park. It never even occurred to check my truck since is still pretty new with less than 30k miles on it. I was blaming other trucks and the utility trucks who service the neighborhood. Well fast forward to one night I left my truck on a slight incline parked in my fresh nice white clean driveway of my house. Let's just say the next day when I moved my truck there was a large black stain left on my driveway. Immediately I checked under my truck and saw that it was leaking from the filter installed by jiffy lube. I went immediately after and all I got was "we got a bad batch of filters." It was replaced but that's it. I really hope my truck wasn't damaged with low oil. And now both my driveway and street in front of our home is ruined with oil stains. :-/ read more

We initially went to another oil change shop, but they didn't have conventional at the moment. They confirmed Via Princessa had conventional on hand. We headed to Via Princessa and they said they didn't have it and wanted to do a high mileage change that wasn't necessary. This was an hour before closing, but at least 5 guys were working, with no cars in sight and the garage doors closed up! No sense of urgency, or interest in performing the standard conventional service. Lame! We found another location that confirmed having conventional over the phone and after 10 minutes, the service is now complete! read more

Called to get an oil change & tires looked at. Chris was the guy on the phone , got there within 20 minutes a few minutes before 5:00pm, they close at 6:00. Guy at the counter said no one talked to me "maybe a different store" nope , Chris was right there, he said he talked to me an hour ago, nope wrong again, 20 minutes ago. They then said they close at 5:00 & were no longer taking cars . Wow! If you close at 5:00 change your hours on your sight & don't try to lie about not talking to someone especially when we remember your name! Such bad customer service in the end.
