If there was an issue with my vehicle, they made me aware and told me what needed to be done along with a fair price. They are respectful and have a sense of humor. Tip of the day: Take pictures of your car before going to this Jiffy Lube on Lee Hwy in Centreville. I took this place to court because the oil assembly door opened and dragged for 20 miles before I could get off of 95. It had only been 15 hours since they changed my oil. I didn't run over anything. Yeah, they messed up other stuff with my car...didn't rehang the glovebox right.... The technician noted damage about my oil pan door etc. on the receipt. Because I couldn't prove the "good condition" of my care before I went in to Jiffy Lube....I lost my case. If the technician notes damage on your receipt you are screwed. BTW, doesn't the underside of every car have damage? Funny, the owner told me afterwards "oh, we deal with lots of complaints"... So here is my damage: $110 for the oil change $250 for replacement parts to fix the damage Now that's an expensive oil change. Ouch! read more

I've taken my cars to this location since they moved from the old location down the road. I never really had any complaints other than the fact they are always trying to sell you something that really isn't needed and over priced. However, over the past year there were a number of times I discovered they didn't check all the fluids (e.g., brake, power steering, etc.). I brought this to the managers attention and told me they don't check the fluids. I asked him again and he looked me straight in the face and said "that is not our responsibility." Many years ago when I was much younger I worked at a dealership and it was always expected of you to check the fluids! Since then I have taken my business elsewhere. read more

They asked if I wanted to have my tires rotated even though it was in the computer that I had it done last service and they weren't due to be rotated. No vacuuming which is supposed to be part of the Signature Service. No cleaning windows which I typically see done at other locations. Still don't carry an engine air filter for an American made car that is at least one year old. Franchisee made a point to tell me that my $8.00 coupon may not be good at his location because it may be specific to another jiffy lube franchise location. Bad customer service! There were at least 4 discounts listed on his computer screen that he could apply. Why make the customer feel bad? Don't you want them to come back to your location? I'm sure you make plenty on your $85.00 dollar oil change, especially when rushing through and not providing all the things that are listed as included in the service. read more

Initial service was decent. Drove the car away and noticed it was making a weird sound. Looked under the car to find plastic zip ties hanging down. Promptly returned to the facility where they brought out a manager. Turns out they had neglected to put the bolts back in to reattach the skid plate underneath the car. Based on the whole bucket of leftover bolts they had in the back this may happen often. They had to install approx 7-8 bolts that they had taken out and didn't even bother to attempt to make up for their mistake. Apparently the "quality inspection by M. Ramroop" wasn't very good quality after all! read more

I went to get my oil changed and there was no line and it took about 35 minutes and then when it was complete they parked my car out front, windows done, car running as it was raining outside. No one came to check me out until 10 minutes later after I started looking for someone. And my car was all wet... read more

Normally I do my own oil changes, but this time I took it to this Jiffy Lube because it was too cold outside for me to do it. I recently changed my oil at home, seeing that it was nice outside, and I could not get the lugnut off my oil tank. The guys here tightened it so much I had to get an impact wrench to get the thing off. Luckily they didn't crack my oil tank. They also filled one of my tires with so much air that the gauge was reading 50 PSI! My tired only requires 30 PSI and 40 is the max. Bottom line is this place is bad. read more

I came in for a routine oil change, and I asked them to check out what seemed like brake drag. They took off all four tires, checked the brake pads and brakes, and told me they couldn't find anything, and the brakes and pads were ok. They could have easily upsold me a brake replacement if they wanted. They didn't charge me extra to remove all the tires and take a look, either. Funny thing is, after they checked all the brakes, i didn't have the problem anymore. read more

Came in due to the fact I had a slight flat and battery issues... Let the employees know my car has not been starting without a jump start... they insisted I shut off the car so they could run some tests. I advised them that I didn't think it's a good idea considering that the battery consistently dies... I was told "don't worry we have a jump box".... after they failed to run diagnostic, they couldn't even jump my car to get it started again.. The manager, Jose Rodriguez, blamed me for draining his jump box... then he proceeds to attempt to jump start my car utilizing one of supposed brand new batteries that was lying near by. When that wouldn't work Jose went on to say " your not going to kill my new battery".. and went on saying how his jump pack always works... I went on to say" if it always works, then why is it not working now".. Jose then continued to argue and tell me to get my car the hell out of their bay... at that point, I had to get a co-worker of mine to pull into the other side of the bay and jump start my car (This worked better than his methods)... It was really unprofessional and these guys work on cars all day and couldn't even Jumpstart a car... New management is necessary... I will never return and I live right around the corner.. read more

Came in here just to get a quick oil change and I noticed 2 of the 3 bays were empty. I pulled right into one of the two open bays and was brought inside. As they got started they brought me out to ask the usual questions about what I needed. When I was called up to the counter and payed is when this story gets somewhat more interesting. I was called up about ten minutes after sitting down, paid my bill and was told I was good to go. At that point I walked out front to wait and noticed my hood still up, one tech with my dipstick in his hand, nobody under my car and nobody in it. 5 minutes goes by and still nothing so I took a few steps into the bay. 5 more minutes and still nothing. I took those 5 minutes to observe one tech working on the car beside me and one tech in the opposite bay with 5-6 other techs just wandering around while I stood there waiting. The manager must have noticed how anxious I was getting because he looked under my car and asked multiple employees where my tech was. The guy went to the bathroom before he tightened my oil drain plug, the final step of the simplest process in auto maintenance. Finally the manager sent someone to find him and he walked out of the break room, looked at me, slowly made his way back downstairs and gave my drain plug the slightest amount of torque to snug it down. If you really want a quick oil change Id recommend the valvoline right across the street over this Jiffy Lube. read more

They were super fast and efficient. The place was also relatively empty for a Tuesday morning (a few people came in shortly after me, but they were all seen very quickly as well). When I parked my car to enter the office, one of the mechanics actually greeted me at my car, asked what I needed (oil change), and asked that I pull my car around so they could start their work immediately while we worked out the pricing and extra services I might need. They gave me the whole diagnostic test and recommended I rotate my tires along with a few other services I couldn't afford at the time. Though I couldn't pay for the other maintenance services, they gave me a timeline of when I should have them completed and a printout of everything they thought I should do. I had called ahead to my office to let my director know I might be a little late, but I actually arrived to work on time due to how quickly the mechanics worked. They also didn't mind that my car was a bit of a wreck. I'd come back here for car maintenance in the future. read more

This place is the worst jiffy lube i have ever been too they stripped my oil drain plug and when i found out cause oil was leaking and took it back to them they did nothing but try to blame it on another part after we brought in the oversized plug that they put in and had obviously been stripped u could see the thread from oil pan in the plug plus they did not clean my battery terminals like they said they would and caused my car to break down... After calling corporate and filing a complaint they offered my a free oil change and thats it but after dealing with the stubborn managers i never want to go there again i just wanted a refund and money for the cost of new drain plug and oil i ha to put in it... Unbelievably unsatisfied i would not recommend this jiffy lube to anyone they dint care at all just rush u through and the run around i had to go theu over $70 was unreal ive contacted the better business bureau as well i say go get it changed somewhere else before u have to deal with an unnecessary situation like i did read more

Worst ever oil change $70 for a basic oil change. They took my air filter and put leaves in it and said i needed a new one. I dont mind up selling but when they mess with my air filter that is just wrong. read more

I took my volkswagen in for an oil change, and when I came back, the manager informed me that my ignition was broken. I had to have my car towed and the whole ignition replaced. On top of the fact that they BROKE MY CAR, their service was extremely slow. Take your business elsewhere--this place isn't worth the time or the risk to your vehicle! read more

The techs at this jiffy lube has always treated me well. I am EXTREMELY skeptical about car repair shops due to the fact that they always try to rip you off, especially women. I recently went in for a drain and fill for my transmission and left with no problems at all. I listen to the upsells but I don't budge unless I have too. I do know how to say "no". They were willing to stay open while I was stuck in traffic to replace my battery. Honda believes my car start problem is for sure related to the battery but the guys at Jiffy Lube and I agree that it can't be since it was replaced back in October. But just to give me piece of mind they replaced my battery (which was under warranty). They were so nice and understanding about my concern with possibly getting stuck somewhere and they got the job done quickly, even asked me questions about the problem to try and figure out what the real issue is. I've always been a dealership sort of customer but as life has gotten busier I thought quick in and out sounded appealing. So for the past tear or so ive used jiffy lube for oil changes, various locations, all seemed fine. At the time of this last oil change the air conditioning was not producing cold so I thought I'd have jl check that too. They did their diagnostics and determined all that was needed was a recharge. The next morning the ac was hissing like an aerosol can. I took it back to jl in hopes that they'd make it right. Nope. They stood by their diagnostics. Claimed they'd done nothing wrong. Would not refund my money but suggested I get the repair done elsewhere but no recharge; I could come back to jl for a repeat job free of charge. I went to the dealer who said such a suggestion is bad practice. Without a recharge they cannot check their work. I've written to jl but still no response. Clearly repeat business is not their concern. Don't go there! read more
