I stopped in here at the recommendation from another store because this location offers AC recharge service. The technician I spoke with (Jesse S. ) was friendly, polite, knowledgeable , upfront about the potential cost and able to get me in quickly. The lobby and bathroom were clean and cool. It didn't take too long to service but was deemed a bigger problem .. but they were so helpful. They even let me fill my water before I took off, a much appreciated extra touch. I visited this location for a quick oil change and ended up with a massive headache. The wrong size oil plug & gasket were used and my vehicle leaked oil all over the garage floor when I got home. I tried to return to the location, but apparently a fleet of vehicles was checked in and it was going to be a very long wait. A dealership in Tempe was able to see me faster and rechanged my oil for a bit less than Jiffy Lube. I submitted a complaint about the ill fitting parts through the Jiffy Lube website and was connected to Jodi who didn't reply to me for over 2 weeks. When they finally did, they cut my "refund" of services on a paper check via snail mail. When it finally arrived, I saw they were too cheap to return the amount I paid ($100) and only paid the cost of the cheaper oil change that fixed the issue ($65). Jodi did not mention this when we talked, so I was surprised when I opened the "refund" and it wasn't full. Between the poor quality service I got at this location and the bad customer service I got from Jodi, I can't return to jiffy lube in good conscience. I wasn't going to leave this review, but this "refund" is my final straw. They worked so hard to earn this 1* review, I'm going to take the time to provide it. Save yourself the headache and pay less at a dealer. Edit: Jodi reached out this morning to confirm that she doesn't know the difference between refund and reimburse. She blames me for not specifying the amount I wanted refunded after asking to see my invoice for the fix. You can't refund money I spent somewhere else, that's called reimbursement. The time was quoted to be 15-20 minutes. I had 45, so I thought I'd be good on time. Turns out, this was incorrect. Maybe my guy shouldn't have been hanging out on his cell phone so much. As a side note, a full synthetic oil change was 125 dollars. Should have walked out when I knew that the cost was this high. Hopefully the oil change was done right. Totally insane. read more

Went for the first time. Tried at least. Got there 5 minutes after opening. Was told 45-60 minute wait. Because there were 2 vehicles in front of me. Either they don't know what "Jiffy" means or they're using it ironically. I don't even mind paying $80 for an oil change, but I can do it myself, with an adjustable wrench, a small bucket and a funnel in 15 minutes, in my driveway, for less than $30. And I'm an old man. I try to pay a premium for convenience. But I'm not spending time and money to be up sold on things I don't need. Every place up sells, that's fine. I'm just not going to spend unnecessary time for it. Oh, and the employee I spoke to, kind of seemed like he was trying to discourage me from staying. Been coming to this location for a while, not regularly but always this location. Apparently when they increased their prices they also decreased the services provided. They no longer clean your windshield. They no longer vacuum your floors. You no longer get a reminder sticker. And to be honest I'm not entirely sure they actually changed my oil.from the time I told him what I wanted to the time my car was done was about 5 minutes. I don't know how they could have thoroughly drained all the oil and added new during that time. read more

Went in for a service, the invoice stated they checked the tires and filled the washer fluid. Tire pressure gauge on the instrument cluster shows they did not check the tire pressure. I opened the hood when I got home and the wiper fluid was empty!! Makes me wonder if the actually changed the oil????? read more

Simply put: RUN! Seriously - take your vehicle to the dealer (which used to be know as overpriced) and get a way better deal. I've been coming to this location for a while since it's close to my home. It was convenient but that's about it. I'm writing a review now because I've had two positive experiences since the new management. First, the place is cleaner than it's ever been. I went once for a tire issue and complimented them on the cleanliness and was told it was due to new management. I met the new manager Jace, who listened to my issue and worked with Will to get it fixed quickly. I went back again for an oil change and it was still in tip top shape and all the employees were wearing masks and actually took the time time to speak with me and talk about my issue. I'd now recommend this location to family and friends. The new management is definitely working and he's turned this place around and is knowledgeable about vehicles and the customer service is now 100%. read more

Since our Versa is no longer under factory warranty, I have been taking our Versa here for its last few services. I do however only get conventional oil and always use coupons there and have never been forced into an up sell. I always know what I want and I know what materials would cost. I like them for convenience. Their prices for higher mileage ($74) or full synthetic ($89) oil changes are not in line with current oil prices and therefore I probably would not use them when that time arises. The filter type and labor is exactly the same ($25 flat fee). A 5 gallon jug of Mobil 1 or Pennzoil Ultra runs about $35-45. So I don't see where the extra $ goes. read more

RIP OFF! My 2003 Toyota Corolla a/c started blowing hot air, so since I usually took her there for oil changes, I figured I would get well taken care of. NOT! I was informed that my Corolla was at 2 and it should be between 14-18. She was recharged and freon added but still continued to blow hot air. I was told it would be $1,300 to RESEARCH. Get out of town! I left! A reputable auto shop recharged and added freon and I was on my way! GET A SECOND AND THIRD OPINION BEFORE LETTING THESE GUYS DO YOUR AUTO WORK!!! read more

I stopped in without an appointment, and William got me in immediately and also right out so I could get home for a work phone call. I was so impressed with the service at this location (they solved an unusual request for me) that I will be bringing both of my Honda CRV's (1998 and 1999) back for oil changes on a regular basis. These cars have 360,000 and 260,000 miles on them, they don't even burn oil, and I believe it's thanks to the regular Jiffy Lube oil changes they've had over the past 20 years. Very slow services. Workers looked like they wanted nothing to do with customers. No vacuum. No window wipe down. The Jiffy Lube website says that is included in their signature service oil change. Have been to this site once previously. People are very friendly. The price is high, but I was past due so I needed the oil changed. Drove it home and didn't drive it again until the next day. I get home and noticed a gap between the hood and fender. I think Jiffy must not have pushed the hood down for a full locked hood. Push the hood and it won't stay down. Open the hood and realize the problem immediately since someone left a socket wrench in the way. The hood could have come flying up and I got lucky there was no accident. Jiffy got lucky too since there would have been a lawsuit for sure. read more

SO OVERPRICED. The only reason I even considered giving it two stars was because I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. However; The base oil change was $40. NOT including oil, which was an extra charge. I brought my car in with barely 129k miles, so I opted for the high mileage oil which was an additional $25. A $65 oil change is just asinine. Plus to change the air filter they wanted $20. For what? Popping it out and slapping a clean one in? Please. I'll do that myself and save $15. read more

I stopped at this location to do an oil change and I swear will be the last time that I do! The good was that I when got here they quickly got me in and proceeded to do the oil change. I was in and out in a matter of 20 minutes. I was never asked what oil or service that I wanted. When I went to pay the bill was over $80! The guy told me that he asked me what I wanted which in fact he never did. I told him that is way higher than I expected to pay and if I was given the option I would have chosen a lower price service. He argued with me that is what I told him. He assumed that is what I wanted and he was clearly wrong. they did take off $15 from the bill for the "miscommunication" I would suggest to him since I was never at this location before, that he take the time to listen to what the customer wants before he assumes he knows. My husband needed the oil changed on his F150 truck so we stopped in and he was told it would be $45.99 and take 30 minutes. We usually go to Walmart but the wait was three hours so we figured we would pay a little more for the convenience. After 40 minutes they charged him $79.99. They argued with him and he was stuck paying the bill. Be sure to get your quote in writing they are truly scam artists! They seemed to do a good job with the oil change on my 2019 Camry. They were friendly and got me in and out within about 45 minutes. I'm now having to take it back because they broke the clip on my plastic undercarriage. It is now hanging down, making an awful noise because it drags on the road and no way for it to have a quick fix because they rushed and didn't finish the job correctly. Not happy and I know it's from the oil change because the broken clip/flap is right where the oil pan is. Seems like something stupid to be upset about but I don't like having issues with my vehicle when it could have completely been avoided and was charged over $100 for service. read more
