Not impressed. I needed an oil change and inspection. I know that convincing customers that they need things they don't is the name of the game in this business, but I felt particularly taken advantage of here. I had gotten new wipers a few months ago, and they try to convince me that I need new wipers to pass an inspection (among other things, but this is most ridiculous). After I made a big deal of saying the wipers were new, they "re checked" and suddenly my wipers were fine. Also, I observed one employee getting very frustrated with another employee---in front of several customers. Not professional. I am giving 2 stars instead of one because initially they were friendly and walked me to the waiting area. read more

I went to this Jiffy Lube about a year ago to get a state inspection and was failed because of the tire tread. My truck had only 23,000 miles on it so I was shocked. I went to buy new tires and the tire expert told me it should have passed but it was pretty close so I went ahead and bought new tires. Then I went back to the same Jiffy Lube to finish the inspection, arriving 15 minutes prior to their scheduled closing time. First they told me they couldn't finish my inspection because 'the guy who does the inspections had already left'. Apparently it was the guy I saw peeling out of the lot just as I was arriving. There were no other customers there and they all the bay doors closed. It was obvious they were trying to get out of there for the day but I needed to finish my inspection so I could get the registration submitted before it was late so I was assertive in pointing out that their scheduled closing time was still 15 minutes away. Then they tried to say 'the system' was already shut down and it couldn't be restarted. I remained firm that they needed to finish their inspection. The manager angrily opened the bay doors, took my paperwork over to the computer and 5 minutes later brought me the 'passed inspection' paperwork which he thrust at me impatiently. It STILL was not the scheduled closing time. This morning I went reluctantly went back to the same Jiffy Lube for this year's inspection since I was in the neighborhood and had the time to do it. I arrived about 25 minutes before opening time (scheduled at 8 am) but saw they were still not open but there were people inside preparing to open. I left and went through the drive-thru at McDonald's next door and came right back and parked right in front of the bay door for the inspections. I saw the same manager walking around inside preparing to open and hoped he didn't remember me as well. I didn't mind waiting because I had my breakfast sandwich, music on my stereo, and a nice morning breeze to keep me occupied while I waited 20 minutes for them to open. One of the techs opened one of the bay doors right on time and came out to see what I needed. I told him I needed an inspection and he said it would be about a half hour wait because they had to wait for 'the system' to 'come up'. I asked him why they hadn't addressed that issue while they were in there preparing to open for the past 25 minutes so they would be ready for business when they opened, and he repeated it would be at least another half hour. I said I couldn't wait that long and left. I went straight home which took less than ten minutes and I called that Jiffy Lube at 8:14 AM and asked if they did state inspections and he said yes. I said that's great but could they do one right now as I'm only a couple of blocks away. He said they could but it would be about 45 minutes because they had one car in the bay now and two more waiting. I said "So, you are doing them right now?" and he said yes they were doing them "right now". It is obvious to me that the manager remembered me or remembered my truck because if had a distinctive flag plate on the front and decided to stick it to me by making me wait or go away. I will NEVER use this or any other Jiffy Lube again as long as I live. That goes for my wife and daughter as well and I will make sure all of my friends hear this story so they can avoid Jiffy Lube too. Jiffy Lube SUCKS. read more

Terrible customer service!! Came here after my car stopped on the highway and my battery light came on, so obviously my battery is dead. I asked them to test it to make sure and the worker looked inside the hood and said it was fine and sent me on my way. Two miles later it happened again....took it to Advanced Auto next door and lo and behold my battery was dead. They did not take the time to check my car and put me and my passengers in danger. Prior to this experience, I came here to get one headlight replaced and they blew the other headlight and then tried to make me pay for their mistake. NEVER GO HERE. read more

Just stopped by this jiffy lube, and it's by far the best I've ever been to. Fast service (even though we were coming so close to closing time), and really nice customer service. The employees know what they are doing and don't try to hoodwink you into paying more than you have to. Will definitely be visiting again. read more

I have had the best experiences at this location with my two vehicles. The staff was courteous and efficient, and I was in and out in no time. They didn't pressure me to buy anything extra, and they accepted my coupons with no issues. I highly recommend this location. read more

I'm not sure why this place had such bad reviews. Everyone was very nice and helpful! I have 0 complaints. I had the Groupon deal (I recommend buying), and they even traded out the tire rotation for the better oil (since I recently had my tires rotated). The waiting area was nice and clean. Drove my Prius in for an oil change- it has less than 90,000 miles and has never ever had any Mechanical or battery issues. They changed the oil and then pulled the car out and now it won't start. They said the battery "spontaneously" died. Ironic that it died while in a Jiffy Lube. All the lights on the dash are on, nothing is working. The manager is unapologetic and denies any responsibility. This car has never ever had a glitch and has now "spontaneously died" in a car shop. Take your car here at your own risk, it could "spontaneously break" while you're here. Do not ever ever come here. read more

They were very quick- even on a Saturday afternoon. They try to get you to do the expensive "gold" synthetic oil.......which is crazy expensive. I'd go to a more independent place or get a friend to do it and save 50 bucks. read more

My oil change cost almost $50. I have never paid that much ever for an oil change. And I didn't know that was how much it was going to cost until afterwards. Maybe I should have asked but the other place I used to take my car to until I moved only charged around $20. I don't know what they did but it was a big surprise. read more

First, I like to support local businesses, so despite an earlier negative experience with this location (bait & switch on an oil change) I gave this shop another chance for a state inspection. Why not? What's to screw up on an inspection? Despite having 0 customers ahead of me, the usual 15-minute inspection took almost a 60 minutes! During the process, they lost my registration card -- which made me delay my out-of-state trip and take time off of work to get a replacement card. Never again! This business doesn't deserve anyone's patronage. read more

Most friendly people I've ever had the pleasure of being helped by! My mother and I took our car in for an oil change and it took only 15 minutes and we were helped by an extremely helpful person named Jeff Black. This man definitely deserves some sort of raise or should be the spokesperson of the company because we had the most pleasant oil change on this planet. The only downside during the short trip there was that normally our oil change is $20 but this one was $50, but that ones on us because we didn't say anything when we chose the baseline one. They will not explain your options and will automatically charge you the most expensive option no matter what you tell them. I repeated several times I simply wanted an oil change (I need synthetic in my car), and said no when I was asked if I wanted anything else done, and they charged me their premium service. I had to pay $100 for an oil change! I will never go back here and will make sure no one I know does either. What a rip off. read more
