I went in and shared what I thought was the issue on 2 occasions a week apart. Each time, they correctly and quickly identified the issue. Anthony was very stand up about the work that needed to be done and didn't just tell me, he invited me back into the shop to show and explain the issues. All told, I had my alternator, struts, sway bar links and tires replaced quickly and without issue. Additionally, for those worried about estimates they might give, they may say estimate, but that ended up being what I paid both times. There wasn't additional cost and there very clear about being greenlit before doing any work. And on top of it all, Anthony offered me a ride back home while the work was being done and then picked me up upon completion. I LM at 1:30, he instead called my husband back at the very end of business day at 4:55 with "diagnoses" and quote for repair and was upset when phone was handed to me & I spoke to him even though it is my car and I am dealing with it. The very end of next day was my when my car was released to me, over 400 bucks later. He refused to hand over the starter, All this right before July 4th weekend when no one was available to look at it and confirm this supposed repair was needed. I have a new mechanic looking at it next week after he gets off vacation because now I have no idea what he did to it as it was perfectly fine when we pulled in other than those couple of cosmetic repairs I needed a quote on. Avoid this place, He preys on older people and that is why I suspect he gets all these great reviews because that is all I saw in his waiting room. I am so angry and upset I was taken advantage of. Oh and a nice touch is being yelled at by the owner because they couldn't do the job (they said the part I had was wrong), but the mechanic down the street had no problem installing the same part. I suppose he was upset because I bought the $150 part online vs the $700 for the same part he was trying to sell me. The other item that needed repair that was supposedly fixed (and I paid for it) and just a few weeks later I had the truck back into another shop to fix the "repair" this guy had made.
