Let me start off by saying what a blessing it was to reach this Jiffy Lube they had 3 cars in front of me and still managed to get me in and out within 45mins they saved me from a busted head gasket which would have cost way more than just draining the excess oil out of the engine these guys are the best they were very outgoing and understanding read more

Came in looking to get and oil change and the price was a lilts bit higher than I was willing to pay at the time. Upon denying to get the oil change, the gentleman informed me that my oil was severely low. And topped it off with a quart of oil so I would be able to drive off safely without changing. This was my second time at Jiffy lube, the first time I paid about $80 for my synthetic oil change. This franchise charged me $110 for the same exact service and when I asked to look at their prices the worker couldn't even show me anything, he just went off the top of his head. It was obviously too late for me to leave as they had already started working on my car. On top of the $30 extra they did not even vacuum it due to COVID even though 2 months ago my other Jiffy lube did! The manager was pretty respectful but they couldn't explain why it was so much more expensive. read more

So I woke up this morning dreading the day because I needed to get two of my vehicles serviced for an oil change. I just knew I would be waiting for a few hours if I went to my regular service location. I decided to check out this jiffy lube #3185 near my home. I'm really glad I did! Both of my vehicles were taken in immediately and oil change services were completed within 45 minutes! Andre greeted me and helped from beginning to end. This is the only jiffy lube location I'm willing to trust. The reason for a 4 out of 5 instead of a 5 is because during my last visit they attempted to try and stick me with a $90 bill for extracting broken spark plugs that were broken by the professionals at this location. I was forced to explain that this issue wasn't my fault and unfortunately the district manager (Luis) had to get involved. Between him and Alfred, they agreed that this issue wasn't my fault and iy would be unfair to attempt to bill me extra. I'll continue to trust my car with them and i applaud them for eventually doing the right thing. I would have given 5 stars had this simple issue simply been handled in house, and i didn't have to be made out to be the bad guy about that issue. I'm confident that all involved were simply following their direct orders. read more

Pretty good deal I ended up combining coupons from my Yelp plus a gift card. Let me just say very big thank you to the workers especially Darren who handled my transaction thank you very much. My old change was long overdue popped and it drove for a few miles it feels just great definitely looking forward to coming back to Jiffy Lube again when it's time I know that everything will be done correctly and checked. They offered me water and free coffee TV and remote work bailable I think I only spent about less than half an hour there. So in the end I really can't complain for the speedy service and the quality and definitely generosity and respect that these guys have. My total came out to 142 are use the yelp coupon of $12 and had a gift card of 16 so not bad for saving few dollars. So once again another great review and another great opportunity for service I'll definitely come back. read more

Quick, friendly and helpful. This is my go-to place for an oil change. Good prices, friendly guys, quick service and I enjoy the included extras such as vacuumed carpets and checking my tire pressure. I will neeeeeeeever come here again!!! I went to get my sparks done back in March 2021. After my sparks were done a day later my car started jerking and i brought it back to Jiffy Lube. I was told nothing was wrong with my sparks. my car proceeded to jerk but got worse over a few weeks i came back again and was told the same thing. So on my way home from a funeral a few weeks later my car started shaking really bad and i ended up taking it to the dealer. When they worked on my car I was told that the 2 of the sparks in my car was high octane and didnt belong so it caused a coil to burn out also and once they pulled out the sparks they seen some sparks were cracked. I ended up having to pay for another tune up and coil to get replaced due to there mistakes. I wouldnt recommend anyone come here ever! If i could give negative 5 stars i would read more

My car battery died this morning and I was desperate for help. I called so many places (Kia dealership, AAA, Auto Zone, Pep Boys, Kragen, Walmart, etc.) and either they didn't have my car's battery, had a wait time of two hours or more, or wanted to charge anywhere from $199-$350 just for the battery and installation. Just before I gave up, I called this Jiffy Lube and spoke to Andre. He was so calm, helpful, and had such a kind spirit. He gave me a quote of around $150 and there was no wait time! Andre greeted me when I pulled up and my car was taken care of in a Jiffy (I was in and out within 10-15 minutes)! I can't thank Andre and the Jiffy Lube team enough for the excellent customer service and I've already told co-workers and family that if they ever need assistance, this is the place to go! read more
