If I could give this place 0 starts I would! Twice now I have tried to get an oil change at this…read morelocation but each time I am turned away because "my oil plug is leaking". Their evidence is caked oil around the plug. The first time I took it back to my previous provider they verified the oil levels weren't low and they changed the plug. I also monitored where I park my vehicle and I have never found oil stains. This time however after they turned me down again, I went home to verify what they claimed and when I looked under my vehicle I found one of their technician had tagged my vehicle "Fake 5"! If this is how they treat potential customers vehicle's I'm glad they didn't service me. Who knows how poorly they service other customers once they've already duped them into buying their sorry excuse of an oil change.

My wife and I have had one of our cars in here four times. It was a circus every time. I didn't…read morepersonally wanna take it here, but my wife likes to help family owned businesses so we gave them many times to prove themselfs. One time we need a battery swapped out it's pretty hard to get to under the fender when we came to pick it up the fender and the will well were not put back together correctly, so I had to tell the young man at the front desk that the whole unit is loose and he copped an attitude and put it back in his shop and had his guys fix it. Another time we were here our car kept stalling. I told them that it seemed like it was the security system that needed to be rebooted, but they had to try every other option and kept the car for four days charging us almost $1000 to reboot the security system and give us a new key pad. Another time I asked him if they could check the brakes on the vehicle, cause they were acting strange and would offer them to pay for a new brake job when I get there the young man at the desk tells me that they have to charge us to look at it. Who charges to look at a vehicle's brake pads to see if they're good or not. I guess this place does and the only place that I could find that does. At this point I realized all they care about is the money they don't give a crap about the customers. When I found out, they want to charge me this astronomical price just to look at the brake pads and give me an estimate. I told them that I would come get the keys and take it somewhere else and the young man at the counter said good take it somewhere else .real professional. To everyone that reads this beware.

They offered us water and the waiting room was quiet and cozy. One of the guys waiting mentioned that he brings his 3 cars in and they have excellent service. I didn't even realize that they did more than oil changes and inspections. The tech mentioned that they are a multi-point service facility. Sure enough, I looked outside and there was a sign stating that fact. Info that is good to know, as I didn't even know such a thing existed. I would definitely go back for any auto service.

Eventually a worker came to that part of the wash to rinse the car and start the wash but I would guess we sat there 5 mins or more. I tried to call inside but no answer. The equipment needed cleaned and maintenance and brushes washing cars need to be replaced. I won't be back just based on the equipment not being taken care of and lack of employees working, and it looks so ran down. But for $10.95 wasn't a bad price for the wash.

Was pretty busy today so oil change took a little longer than usual. Service was great. About 4 employees total messed with my car because they were so busy. Needed the 'service required' computer message to be reset. Sadly I bought my car used and it had no manual. One of the two female employees knew right what to do after three males didn't. We need more females in automotive positions. Overall great experience. Told me what services were recommended by the mileage but I hardly drive anywhere so I didn't do any of them at the time but did make a note of it so I could keep it in mind.

I went in for a routine oil check (which they took an hour and 40 minutes to do) they then proceeded to quote me for 300 Dollar drive belts, a $300 cooling flush, a $500 valve cover gasket, and $3000 to remove and replace a suspension control arm. Not even to mention the realizing that they said they didn't include in the quote. When I went to a dealership to get this all checked, the only thing is I was wrong was that my battery was a little bit slow, which is something they didn't even find. TLDR: they will up charge you to hell and back and not even spot the things are actually wrong with your car. They will take too long for the things that they actually do and don't make up for an quality.

I noticed their card today in my wallet and thought let me do this before I forget again, because they definitely deserve one. I have brought my truck here several times in the last few yrs and they have always treated me fair and with great service. The young lady up front I believe her name is "Cheyenne" is always very polite and informative and I have also dealt with a young mechanic "Dillon" several times, always polite and very knowledgeable. So to get to the point, there was nothing wrong with our vehicle after Dillon looked at it, they let me know what I could do at the house to address the issue and I left with a smile. The point here is they could have charged me to look at my vehicle and then for service and or parts, that we didn't need and so on. But they didn't! That's hard to find these days unfortunately...a fair, honest and client first type of business.
