We came here on fathers day. There were only 3 people in front of us. So not to long of a wait.. my complaint isnt about the service its about the cleanliness of it! Horrible! Omg we were in the waiting room, my daughter dropped her water bottle on the floor. My husband reached down to retrieve it and gasped! It was absolutely disgusting!! There were huge spider webs that have been there awhile as there was built up dust on them! And yes alive spiders and dead bugs stuck in them! All over this place! So filthy! The coffee station is packed with dust and the machine looks like it hasnt been cleaned in awhile! So disgusting! Rolled in with a flat tire and was turned away and told they don't fix flats. I asked if there was anything they could do since the website for that location said they do flat tire repair, and was told no. I'm a regular here at this Jiffy Lube. Customer service is always on point. They always tell me what they're going to do to my car and show me the new items they will add to the car, such as filters etc. My wait is never that long since I seem to come at the right time. I get their coupons in my emails so I am able to save some money here and there. I highly recommend this place foe a quick oil change and other car things that need to be done. read more

Read the earlier reviews and decided to try it despite some of the negative ones and I was glad I did. Since I needed an oil change, off I went to this place. From the time I pulled up, the manager greeted me with a cheerful voice, and once my truck was in a stall, he explained what the process and the service would be as well as the cost. I went here for convenience for quick service with an oil change but found this location charges a $45 labor fee on top of the price of the oil service. Disappointed in the price as this trip cost more than most expensive oils. I would not recommend this location. read more

The Cypress location is the best!! I can always count on a good experience with this location, but today they went above and beyond. They fixed an oil issue that the Los Alamitos location had caused, and had me in and out in no time. So I've been here a few times and each time I feel the service has gone down. Today was the last straw for me. Something little but after spending money here customer service matters! The last 2 times I've come in for an oil change I notice they no longer vacuums my floors, clean the windows or show me the new oil put in the car. I figured its cause I have added services besides the oil change such as changing my battery and this last time my air filter and windshield wipers and i think I let them change my transmission oil... Both times they did not put stickers for when the next service is due. I call today to ask when my last oil change is to see if I need to come in for an oil change. Geo answered not a good morning or a how are you just "Jiffy Lube this is Geo" Then asks for my license plate. I don't know the number and he just keeps repeating "I need a license plate" i say "that is the only way you can look me up? Not a phone number? Address? Name?" He said NO...License Plate. I say ok well thank you so much, I wont be going to you guys any longer. And I hung up. I guess I have to find a new jiffy lube or another company all together. read more

How do you rate Jiffy Lube... Hmm.. If you're kinda familiar w/ cars, these guys can not try to take advantage of you. If not, just get what you came in for.. ie, oil change... They have speicals on certain days & I belive it was 19.99. In & out within 20 min versus taking it to dealer for 4 hours of wasted time. Bring coupon & sometimes, they will even further reduce ... sometimes.. I think the owner changed couple of times here.. Different faces every time.. Also, if you ask them to have a look at certain things like Fuel filter, Air filter etc, they will tell you how much you have until replacement is required. They do tranny oil change if required per owner's manual. Compare price w/ dealer & it's usually cheaper. read more

All bad. The crew that worked on my 2004 impala was very unprofessional. Pointing out all the bads while yelling random ass prices for everything they see that needs servicing. Bro...I'm getting it serviced for a reason. Don't need to tell me that I need the oil changed when I'm getting an oil change. Not to mention...the guys didn't even rotate my tires. Or even offer it. But they had no problems telling me that I'm out of coolant. I hate haters. Also, my check engine light is still on. Where's the old squad? These dudes were lazy and running way too many employees. Ok I have to admit I was a lot worried when my visit started. I had just given them my car and checked in on Yelp and saw the scary reviews. I was thinking this all I need today. I am happy to report they now have their act together. The entire time I was there they were very professional. The manager Brian helped me and he was great. So many unhappy campers frequent here. If your familiar with oil changes you should know different types of oil can increase the cost of your oil change. If your car takes more oil than the average car it will cost more. Hence the * saying most cars. People come to Jiffy Lube because they don't want to do it themselves or take their car and leave it for a few hours. I needed a quick oil change because my car was due. It was my lucky day since they had a manager special going on. The only thing was my car is a V6 which means more oil. No big deal since it was only a few extra bucks. They did not try to sell me any additional filters of any sort, maybe because I had my husband with me. He did inform me of a special $300 package which included multiple services/air filters/cabin filters/ect But no pressure. Jiffy Lube of Cypress were quick and efficient. We were in and out in about 15 minutes. Staff was pleasant to speak with. Floors were vacuumed and windows cleaned. I am good to go for another 3000 miles. read more

A little disappointed by this location. I've been to other Jiffy Lube on Lincoln in Anaheim and had a really great experience there. The man who helped me out was very professional and friendly. The staff here seemed just okay. I waited for about 20 min which was good, not a super long wait. I got into my car and drove away. Came here 6 months ago for oil changes on 2 cars. I was able to drive it in myself and stay in the cars. Today I was told i had to wait in the lobby and they would drive it in. No thanks. Don't want grease on my leather seats and why would I want to wait in the lobby for a 10 minute oil change. It would take longer to do that than the actual labor. Don't go to this jiffy lube. Find another. They are part of a different franchise than other jiffy lubes in the area and they charge labor on top of an oil change (which is supposed to be included in the oil change as that is the service you are paying to have done). Would have saved $45 if I went to the Los Alamitos location. Highly don't recommend going here, unless you want to pay nearly double the price. read more

Went there a few weeks back and it was a total.ckown show. The dudes working are more interested in working on their cars and smoking cigarettes. Went in for an oil change and I don't know why I paid 90 bucks for a synthetic blend without any other service. No vacuum or tire rotation. I think they do a great job dont get me wrong but they over charge for unnecessary stuff and your bill comes out hella fat.

2 bad things happened charged me for extra quart oil for 6 quarts when my car only takes 5 and had to pay double because online they dont accept it there on Lincoln but I told them befor they took me and did oil change he said I'm good they scanbarcode at end they said I came in on a Sunday I was excited to get my oil change done I pulled in they had no wait no cars now I know why and 6 employees as I pulled in I let the guy know I had a Groupon voucher he said that's fine we will scan it at the end I said ok come to find out after they were done they don't accept those no big deal I paid 175 out of pocket I'll save my paid online oil change for another participating jiffy next time even this he should have told me that when I pulled in when I told him I would have probably just went to one that accepted but any ways not gunna argue he said that that guy is new there and didn't know but I'm so upset that they over charged me and couldn't give me a refund he said I'd have to come back when Bryan the manager is there so my car only takes 5 quarts google said there technician also told them after I payed he said kus my car does have a dip stick that's why then I also got a up charges for oil filter was 175.00 total they got me I didn't want to argue or fight just paid and I will never go back again they knew what they were doing they were slow bait and hook took my money because he could have told me befor the preformed service also read more
