I would give 100 stars if I could. I had no appointment, I rolled up the guided me right in all I had to do was sit there for 10 minutes while five people gathered around the hood of my car like I was stopping on the side of the road during a race track. They offered me a cold bottle of water when I got there. It was a lot of fun as they were yelling back-and-forth the psi of my tires and the levels of my oil was very transparent to me to the entire time. After they put the oil in they came over to me with a dipstick and showed me how the oil was filled all the way up as if a waiter was presenting a bougie bottle of wine. $25 off coupon. They're a tad on the pricey side but given the convenience, professionalism, transparency and customer service I will go to them in the future. read more

I usually don't have any issues here -- I'm normally in and out with no problem. However, today was a different experience. I let one of the employees know I was there for an oil change, and he told me to wait. I assumed that meant about 10-15 minutes, but no estimated wait time was provided. I ended up waiting 45 minutes without anyone checking in or letting me know it would take longer than usual. A simple update would have made a big difference. You pull in and they have their operation dialed in. There are multiple checks and balances that they go through and take pride and their jobs. Ok 5 star review because how was this the best oil changing experience I've ever had!? I'm still very in shock Normally my fiancé will do my oil change but when schedules are busy I just end up paying for it. Normally I'm weary of going to auto places alone because I have experienced being lied to just for being a female. But needed the oil change and we found out there was a Take 5 that can probably take me without an appointment. I pull up around 5pm and the place looks EMPTY. I panicked because Google said they were open till 8pm. I pulled up to one of the bays getting ready to park and walk up to the door and triple check the hours. Then a bunch of men came out the building and headed to their stations. One of them greeted me at the car and handed me a cold water bottle and helped me pull my car up and got me started. After he got my initial information and which oil service I'd like, he and all the other guys are communicating with each other THE WHOLE time and did not hesitate to ask me questions when needed. I was on the phone with a family member and even they said "WHERE ARE YOU!? THEY ARE SUPER NICE!!!" I never got out of my car btw The thing that caught me by the biggest surprise was a few years ago I noticed the pins that held the front bumper in place went missing the last time I got an oil change. Never got to replacing them (oops). The guys here asked me if I knew they were missing and I said yes but its ok they've been missing for a while. They looked me in the eyes and said "its okay we replaced them" I was not ready for that answer and I'm so grateful that I pulled up to this place! All the employee's were AMAZING, so sweet, honest, and never did I feel pressured to upgrade or replace anything that probably didn't need to be replaced. While the customer service was friendly, I left somewhat disappointed with the overall experience. They didn't have Mobil 1 in stock for my oil change, and when I asked what specific brand they were using instead, the employee wasn't even sure. On top of that, they didn't reset the maintenance light in my vehicle or top off my tires with air both basic services I've consistently received at Valvoline. For the same price, I'd rather take my business to Valvoline, where the service is more thorough and the staff is better informed about the products they use. Had a really great experience with this group. I needed an oil change the day before Christmas, was able to just show up. I did call beforehand and spoke to the friendly manager Cristian who offered a coupon over the phone. They were nice, even offered water, I didn't have to get our, they topped my liquids. I usually got to Valvoline, but was in a rush and Take 5 is down the street from home. Staff were friendly, but unlike Valvoline, it seems they do the bare minimum. Unlike Valvoline, they did not check my tires and put air or check all my signals and headlights to ensure they work properly. All they did was the oil change. I'll continue to go to Valvoline, but nice to know that Take 5 is right here as a second option. read more

Horrible service that did a lot of damage to my vehicle. Do not let Tyrell near your car. He poured oil all over the top and sides of my engine making the belts squeak and a burning smell that has lasted several days already. It was so much oil that it pooled onto the skid plate and was pouring out of it staining my driveway. Not even sure if they even really changed the oil or not. I do not trust anything they say and now I'm left with damages from something as simple as an oil change. read more

Came here to use my 50% off coupon for a basic oil change. You drive up to the shop directly into the garage and they have a list of oil change selections. There is someone to greet you and walk you though the options based on your VIN number. The tiers include either fully synthetic or partially synthetic. They also offer you a change of filters and will compare a new one to your current one, which is nice. As you wait they give you a bottle of water and are generally friendly to talk to. They also say everything out loud as they have a team of 3-4 people working together. With the 50% off it was a pretty good deal but I know regular price is on par with other places. They check your fluids and air filter and if your fluids are low they refill them no charge. I called to ask if I needed an appointment and they said no and even sent me a free 25% off coupon and one for next time! All the guys were communicating and working great made me feel like I was in a race and they were a pit crew haha. At the end another guy came and asked me if there was anything I thought they could improve and I said no everything was absolutely perfect.
