I was kind of surprised that nobody had ever reviewed the place since it is right on West Atlantic. I got there super late, probably half hour before closing. Oil change was super quick, service was pleasant and nothing was out of the ordinary. I didnt allow myself to get sold on all the extras but I did get new wipers that now Scratch Scratch when the old ones never did... If I still lived in Delray I would continue using them. read more

Bring in for a simple oil change. I knew I was taking a short road trip and it was near time for an oil change. I requested and paid for synthetic oil. Not, read on. Twice they bring me parts to show why the inside cabin filter needs to be replaced. The cabin air filter they showed me was not from my car! Said no. Drive the car about 200 miles and the oil completely leaked out. They did not put the oil pan plug in correctly and confirmed it was not synthetic oil and not even the correct oil weight recommended for my car. If they thought I was a dumb blond easy mark, they tried to take advantage of the wrong lady. I did get my money back since I had an expert review. The towing was covered under my insurance. But this kind of error can kill the engine. read more

I had a tail light and a headlight out on my BMW. I first went to BMW thinking they had to repair it. After getting an estimate for $325 my head exploded. I went to Jiffy Lube and they were able to replace my bulbs for $21 each. Joseph the Manager was super helpful and honest. Hats off to a great staff and a well run shop! I should be a masochist. After more than 3 tries the only thing I can tell is that these people doesn't have a clue of what they are doing. Great smiles all the way it no clue about mechanics. Is a shame first for me to gave them so many opportunities and for them to keep working lik Update Jun 22nd: Upgraded from 1 to 4 star. Right after I put my review I received a phone call from the manager and he agreed to order the part and take care of the issue. Today they really took care and I need to be honest, the manager knows how to handle challenges. It took a a few months but was because of my schedule, they were willing to work it out right away. Last thought; they are just great people working under the pressure of taking the customers out as fast as possible and sometime is not a good combination when you are dealing with something as useful or lethal as a vehicle. read more

DONT GO HERE!! They said I needed brake pads, rotors, a new battery and brake fluid replacement IMMEDIATELY. $1300 or so in total. Then I took it to a place I trust and yes, I do need brakes and rotors but my battery is perfect as is my brake fluid. Shame on you for trying to rip me off!! read more

Recently took my car here for service. I'm an UBER driver and take my car in every 5 weeks. My previous Jiffy Lube (in Colorado) didn't offer all the services that this one does. So yay for me that i now only need to go to one place instead of two. Terry was my Tech to go over everything with me. He has amazing customer service and it wasn't just for me. I called ahead as I had issues with my 2014 Acura MDX surging at low speeds. After research I wanted to get the transmission fluid changed after several posts on YouTube suggested this was the remedy. I called and said I would be close to closing time on Friday. They stayed open late and waited for me. This was awesome! They did a phenomenal job in making sure the transmission fluid was clean and wanted to triple check that everything was correct. I. can not give them enough stars for this stellar service!! I have been a mechanic for years and did not believe this problem could come from dirty transmission fluid but my car is perfect now. And thanks to Jiffy Lube and they great staff it was done in a timely manner and with professionalism! Bravo and thanks again! I stopped in for an oil change and turned out my front brake pads were very worn, A/C filter was black and rear wiper blade was torn. They had all the replacement parts in stock and got to it immediately. I asked them to check the brakes as I knew it was time to service them. As with everyone, I have had my fair share of crappy experiences with a plethora of mechanic shops. So when you come across one that treats you the way you should be treated, well that's call for celebration, and word should be spread. Also, it should be said, I'm not your average customer at a mechanic's garage. I know every aspect and detail there is to know on how a car works; it is not a mystery to me like your average Joe Schmoe. I simply choose not to do the manual labor myself. So I can genuinely say that this place is honest and to the point. You will never spend money that you don't need to at this location because these gentleman are not trying to make a fast buck off of you. They are also intelligent to boot; I have witnessed them taking the time to explain things to people who have no clue as to how a combustion engine works. And to top it all off, there's free coffee and tea via a Keurig machine, so it's fresh and tastes wonderful. The crew was speedy and quick to take in my Toyota Prius. Then corporate strategy kicked in. $99 for a synthetic oil change. That's $25 a quart..with labor. About 33% more than at an independent mechanic. Then they tried to sell me a cabin filter and air filter..both of which I had replaced myself only 3,000 miles before. When I insisted I wanted nothing but the oil change, they insisted I consider a $99 fuel system cleaner. Toyota recommends NO additives. It took almost an hour to get out of "Jiffy" Lube because they had to tear out filters, work on me, then replace them. I got the same treatment at the Firestone next door. I will never return to either. They rolled out a little red carpet for me to step on as I got into the car.. but left greasy smudge marks on my glove compartment door. And the air piston that slowly lowers the compartment door was damaged and not replaced properly. I wish these corporate types would realize they'd make more money if they put repeat customers through more quickly, without trying to jack up prices selling needless services. read more

Worst experience. Went for an oil change. Told me $100, so I said do it. They came back and said $115 and told me my filter was ripped. I told them to put it back and just do the oil change. David at the Jiffy Lube on Atlantic in Delray Beach was great! I had put in a battery in January at another JL, and it was dead I kept having to charge it. I called this location cause it's now closer to me and David told me to bring the car and he'd check it. I got yet another jump and drove there. He started with "I'm going to check the alternator to see if it's bad and it's draining the battery". I thought to myself here we go. When they sold me the battery in January at what I think was a hefty price they said it would get replaced no problem. But here I was being told it was not their battery but my car having a more expensive issue. But I waited and he put the new battery and tested my alternator and what a you know... it was good!!! Somehow for once it was just the battery and I actually left a JL location without any out of pocket$$ I was very surprised and very pleased at the honesty and the speedy service I received at the Jiffy Lube location from David. read more

I went here initially because I found a Groupon for this location that was a pretty good deal. The wait was more than a little long, as I took 1 hr lunch break that quickly expanded to 2.5. I initially determined that it just a busy day and brushed it off... This past week I decided to give it another try. Fool me once, that's OK. Fool me twice... Not only was it busy AGAIN. The majority of the techs were standing around doing NOTHING. The waiting room was standing room only. When they finally got to my car, I made it a point to watch them. They changed the oil rather fast as I saw no one under the car. Did all of this as I was talking to another tech. So I think the oil is good, based off what I could tell. When they tried to get to the air filter, they took three screws out and pried the damn thing open. They didn't take it completely off. In doing so they cracked open another part connected to the engine. Which I now have to replace with money I don't have. I didn't even realize the extent of what happened until that night when the car completely stalled out on a city street. I managed to get it home and to another shop the next day and get the crack sealed (for now...) But by then it was Christmas Eve. Yes you read that right, Jiffy Lube fucked me right as the Christmas Holiday Weekend was about to begin. Do yourself a favor. Shop elsewhere. No one at the location knows what they're doing. They don't even deserve the one star I was required to give them. read more

$100 for an oil change? and that was with my $20 off coupon. they said that they filled my coolant but they didn't fill anything for me. i thought my car would be vacuumed too but nothing was touched. they tell me my battery failed when they tested it and i couldn't believe it so i went to autozone across the street and what do you know. the guy looks at me crazy and says there's nothing wrong with the battery and it's perfect. jiffy lube tried selling me a battery for 200$!!! honestly really upset about this experience read more
