I must say these young men don't skip a beat. I took my truck in today for a complete oil change. I was able to sit in my car. Daniel offered me a whole lot of info while Dillon and I'm afraid I didn't get the other young mans name where working on my vehicle. I shared with Daniel how happy I was at the previous visit work. I let Dillon know that when he aired up my tires last week on my wife's truck they were perfect. That truck drove smoother than ever. Nice to have people work on your vehicle that know what there doing. Also I just found out by talking with Daniel as he was filling out the paperwork that they do Head Light repair. And the best is after they clear them up you have a life time warranty. And they clean your life time K and N fuel filters on Toyota trucks as well. So if you have an issue with your vehicle after your oil change know that they actually care. I had an issue with my car immediately after my oil change and Daniel really took care of it. We weren't able to figure out what it was but he gave me 3 locations to take to for a Mechanic to look at it for free and if it was caused by the oil change they would take care of it. The missing was probably caused when some oil spilt on the engine so they did a little steam clean and after I drove about 50 miles it stopped. But knowing that they checked everything out and were willing to take responsibility was very reassuring that Daniel is an excellent manager and Jiffy Lube is a fair place to do business with. read more

Daniel and Robert -- what a team! From the phone call for an estimate to the payment, these two worked seamlessly together. During the call, I mentioned the outstanding reviews and Daniel remarked that their reputation is very important as they conduct business in a small town. Word-of-mouth advertisement is very important, he said. I mentioned that is why I was calling as my friend (a farmer from Illinois) suggested I go there for my much-needed service. I was not disappointed as these two had me in and out in a hurry, which wasn't necessary as I'm retired -- it's just how they roll. Upon driving up, I asked for a standard oil change. Daniel quickly stated that he can not do a standard oil change as the car requires synthetic oil -- 6.4 quarts to be exact. Horrible, they use power tools to tighten a drain plugs. They don't accountability for the workers actions. Was told I was going to reimbursed for the damages they caused to my 2023 car and didn't. So I had an oil change and tire rotation done at this facility in August 2024. Then today January 2, 2024 I took to Hyundai for 24k service and they found that there was 2 missing lug nuts and all the lugs on all the tires were lose. I have a statement from Hyundai that is was due to previous technician negligence and could have caused an accident and this my daughters car.. Josh the assistant manager was very helpful with my oil change since I brought my own oil and filter, (I have a Ram 3500 Diesel and I use Mopar filter and recommended oil). since I was allowed out of the truck and watching them work. Very helpful was Johnny in the pit showing how low the fluid in my rear differential and was very concerned to let me know. The service Tech Andrew was also great to work with. Ali in all a very good experience at a franchise shop. One more thing I witnessed Johnny in the pit with a customer in the next bay was very concerned about his truck about loose bolts on a bracket holding up his trans axel and did the best he could to fix that and recommend to see a mechanic as soon as he could, he's a very conscientious employee!! read more

I have recently moved to the desert and am learning first hand that the climate change will affect the pressure in your tires. Happened to me in May and I put too much air in my tires causing a flat.
