I have been bringing both personal and company fleet vehicles here for many years and although the service has always been pretty blah and the prices are smudge higher, it's usually quick and less hassle than others who require an appt. drop off etc. The last 2 times I have gone in with my personal vehicles, the attitude, Over the top UP selling for things not needed and overall value caught my attention. Most recently, a FORMER company/fleet vehicle (which I purchased) was brought in for a routine oil change. Upon completion, the total came to $95.Xx. As a former fleet vehicle, the fees and costs associated with maintenance are never seen because the bill goes directly to the company. This gives these business a chance to PRICE gouge the heck out of routine services provided. This vehicle was in the system as a fleet vehicle (because it has been brought here before) but was NO longer a fleet vehicle after I purchased it. After a $95.xx total was presented and some "huh" looks at the "manager" he quickly offered the standard $15 off coupon (that is already online). Because this service was being handled by somebody other than me, the amount of $80.xx was paid for a routine oil change for a base model Toyota Camry. Absurd right! After hearing of the total, I immediately call the store and speak to the store a manager who all of the sudden had a case of the studders. We put the best oil available In the Car but we would like to offer you a free oil change next time. My account was pulled up and several vehicles were displayed but Why offer a free oil change if all you did was change the oil in "good faith".. Fishy Right? A 4cyl, Toyota sedan that is not brand new does not require a $95.xx oil change. My newer luxury SUV with a supercharged engine gets oil changes for roughly $120 from the high line dealer! Not a jiffy lube. This was an outright price gouge that would have been caught immediately by me (if I hadn't had somebody take the car in for me) and a $40-50 bill would have been paid. Not $80 after some bogus "coupon." The store manager was informed that I would no longer be bringing any of my vehicles to any of the jiffy lubes from here on out and I plan to notify our fleet company of the outrageous BASIC maintenance costs that should not be. Hopefully this will ensure better value and less of a GOUGE. read more

I take both of our vehicles here for oil changes. It has been a pleasant experience every time. On our older car they do try to upsell you on the oil and make suggestions but they are doung the 'sales' part of their job. We did have a taillight out the last time we had an oil change, however wasn't noticed in their inspection so we fixed it elsewhere. On a really stressful day with a time crunch my car battery decides to die. So I buy a new battery at Walmart on Los coaches (Never gonna do that again!) I ask them to change the battery because it's free. The guy told me he would be out in a minute to help me (from Walmart)...a half hour later he comes out to tell me there was a hour and a half wait time. Mind you a battery change takes at most 5 minutes. I'm livid. I had to take a far trip the next day so I head home but pass this Jiffy Lube. I pull in and hit a little curb that you can't see and am upset about that but why not it's already a bad day. Will comes out of Jiffy Lube to make sure I was ok. He then asked if I needed help. I pulled my car in and explained the situation and he dropped everything he was doing and changed my battery. Best service ever! I def recommend going! Great service. Great people! Thank you Will!! Fast experience. Was in and out. Originally I wanted to see Firestone because I've never had to pay for more than 50 bucks for an oil change but Firestone was busy. Jiffy lube left out our military discount the first time and I was amazed to see the whole total of an oil change and filter was $75. My mind was blown. I've been here multiple times for convenience. Usually always fast. Don't have to schedule an appointment, and can walk in and out within 45 minutes or less. Slight problem this time with a broken oil plug. But Will and his tech, instead of playing games, called a manager. He came down obviously from home, took his own time to fix my vehicle, and went more than out of their way to accommodate for the wait and issue. I took my Z in for an oil change on Sunday. It's not the first time there, they weren't busy at all. So I'm waiting for my car, there was a customer in front of me getting ready to pay, the jiffy guy said "I'm gonna give you $15 off because we are not busy. Hmmm, that's nice of him, maybe I will get the same. I didn't care because I have a $15 off coupon. Well when it was my turn to pay, I didn't get $15 off, because it wasn't busy. And they went down the check list of what's done, like what they do always. I ask if they reset my oil change notice light, they said "yes" and that was a lie. They said they filled my windshield fluid too, and I was wondering why my windshield fluid light still on....hmmm. Got home checked, I put over a gallon of fluid in. They never filled my reservoir. I don't know if I trust them to change my oil now. I even checked my oil level to see if they put oil in..lol. Do I need to keep an eye on them making sure they do their job? Or take my business elsewhere. They did say "they are slow today". But still, they can't complete a job. And went down the check off being completed. WORST SERVICE EVER. My husband and I have been going here for years, having 3 vehicles serviced..We have noticed the last few time their service declining. Once not cleaning the pan off after an oil change so oil leaked all over our driveway. And the last time my husband had an his oil changed they also changed his air filter when complete they said we topped off all your fluids checked tire pressure. As soon as my husband drove away his low washer fluid light came on. Wth? He went back the next day only cause all of a sudden our ac stopped getting cold so we asked if they could recharge it. Come to find out that wasn't the problem. We had to take to a mechanic for an electrical issue. The reason I mentioned this is because the mechanic asked where did you take this?? Cause they didn't even put the caps back on the ac. Then the next day his engine light came on, we have on star who did a diagnosis saying engine air flow problem. Went back to jiffy lube only to find out they put the air filter in wrong. And the diagnosis also showed that all four tires were low and oil life is at 53%. 53%?? I am not one to complain about most things and because I worked retail for 10 years I know what it is like to work with disgruntled overreacting customers...this is not me overreacting though let me promise you. normally I would have given them 5 stars, but after my experience there yesterday I'd give them zero. I gave them three because their service is starting to slip. I have been going here for 7 years, not once have I had a problem with any of their work. They've even helped me and taught me how to reset switches on my car and addressed any issues I had with much concern and fix the problem free of cost. However, those nice men no longer seem to work there anymore, this shop has been replaced with younger, more unprofessional staff than I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I even had a gut feeling that I went against to turn my car around and bring it back when I saw the more familiar faces. The horseplay of these 2 was not comforting...for good reason.... I am HORRIBLY dissatisfied even after leaving there giving the guy a piece of my mind after I calmed down a little and STILL having to pay for such terrible service. As I sat in the lobby watching my car from their window, their childish looking employee behind the wheel of my $50,000 car is pulling it into the garage and SLAMMING on the brakes every 2 feet, so hard I could hear and see my car slam forward numerous times, while the other unprofessional falsely guided him in every direction through the garage that I heard my tires grind up against the wall!!!!! Who does that?! While they both laughed. Once my car was finally stopped, the kid turns up my music so loud that I could hear it and he's DANCING IN MY CAR!!! After he got out it looked like he was going to start to get to work, the hood was up, he was looking down not touching anything and out of no where their redheaded obnoxious employee had taken my back windshield wiper off and started to chase around the other kid screaming his profanities of how he was going to shove it so far up his f*** a$$ and to quit being such a p**** and take it.....thank god I was the only person in the waiting room witnessing this and shaking with fury watching this unfold at my expense. Then they come in and try to sell me a new air filter, I have worked on cars before I know when certain parts need to be replaced and one complete white air filter is not in need. After telling him no 4 times he finally went back to the garage.... When they finished and this same kid got back into my car much to my dismay he AGAIN blasted my music, slammed on my brakes multiple times trying to pull out and grinding my tires again next to the wall before he finally FLEW out of the garage and slammed on the brakes so hard that they made a small burning of rubber on concrete sound.... Is this how you treat your customers?!?!?!? especially long time customer who has a business account for all of my companies fleet trucks to get serviced at ?? I gave the man a piece of mind once I calmed down and I STILL HAD TO PAY FOR THEIR LACK OF SERVICES!! Worst experience ever. Just to give every one a heads up, Went here for a synthetic oil change and who ever changed my oil decided to not screw that cap back on tightly enough. I went around a corner and saw that my oil light came on, something I have never seen in my life. How could that be when I got my oil changed a week prior to? Anyway, I took it back and explained the situation, so the guy there tightens it quickly then sends me on my way. UM NO, literally there is no oil in my car, You're going to have to refill it. He checks and says "wow you're right there's like none in here." Kind of annoying. read more

I only put one star on this review because I had to. The system won't let you post a ZERO! I will NEVER be using these hacks again nor let anyone else do something I am more than capable of doing my self. I now have two vehicles that I had to repair ruined treads in oil pans for the drain plug. The first was discovered when we got a coupon from the Ford dealer for oil change for cheap. They called me right after the tech pulled the plug and told me it had been cross threaded the last time it was "forced" in. The second vehicle I decided to do the oil change myself and found the same results after finding out what the jiffy luber had done to the other one. Luckily, I was able to rethread both of them with the next larger size tap and save having to replace costly oil pans. If the guys they have working there can't even screw a drain plug back it correctly, what else are the messing up. Change you oil yourself if you can. If you can't, hopefully they don't screw you crooked the way they screwed me Twice! read more

I went here for the first time today and I won't be returning. They changed my oil and then told me I was ready to go. They did not review with me my oil level, my tire pressure, nothing. They didn't even pull my car out. I go to start my car and it won't start. The guys says to me that's weird, it just started for us. A few of the guys start talking and then come back and say oh we forgot to mention that your battery is dead. Thats weird, it was working fine before. So then I have to get my battery replaced there costing me more money. I find it a little weird that they didn't mention to me that my battery was dead when they ran the test on it. The only reason I'm giving them two stars was that they were fast and the guys overall were nice although I did feel ripped off. I have used jiffy lube a lot in the past and really liked them. I took my truck here for an oil change just because I got a gift card from my old boss for $100 so since they don't offer anything else I went there. I would never of thought to go there and spend my own $ before because I hear how they take advantage of single women who don't know much about cars lol however, i'm glad that I decided to go there. I was helped quickly and I felt like they were very honest and helpful. I was told that there was nothing wrong with my car and everything was great except for the air filter, which he changed out for me for only $21. I got the more expensive oil change for $80 or something like that. with the air filter it came to a little over $100. My gift card was only for $100 so he gave me a discount and took off the rest to make it an even $100!!!! Very awesome... My boyfriend even took his car here after I did because I told him what a great experience I had. He has a power steering leak and they are so nice to put free fluid in for him when he stops by after his oil change. WOW... very nice place. Go here!!! read more

Came here for a quick oil change on my Mercedes, and as one of their employees comes up to me to charge for the service I noticed he had my hood emblem in his hand telling me it has broken off. Ummm...No. I've opened & closed my hood many times, have had oil changes done multiple times and not once has it just fallen or broken off. Not only was that upsetting, but to hear him ask me "IF I want them to fix/replace it just wasn't making things any better. OF COURSE I do. Why even ask me. How about you just do it. Fast Forward a few hrs later, they call saying they received the new one...took my car back and between 4 guys trying all together while another one watched a tutorial on YouTube 1 1/2 hours later I tell them I had to leave to pick up kids from school. Manager said they'd order the special tool needed and will call back. Almost 3 weeks later still waiting around...stopped in today since I haven't heard from them, and one of the staff members tells me oh sorry the manager has been transferred to another location. Never Again, We used to take our work vehicles here for service and they were always pretty good. We were recently told we can't got there any more and now i know why. I took my van in for a standard oil change and they tried all the usual stuff where they try and add on all the extras. I tell the guy no, just a regular oil change, no synthetic. He takes me inside to give me that paperwork and i show him my $15 off coupon. He looks at the coupon and tells me that it's fine but i pay afterwards. They perform the service and another guy comes in from the shop to ring me up. I hand him the coupon and he says it's no good. I ask him why and he tells me it says only participating locations. I ask for a manager's card and he tells me he's the manager. I say don't you think the other guy should have told me you wouldn't take the coupon before the service? He says yeah, ill talk to him about it. I didn't know that managers are the ones out in the shop doing oil changes. He then tells me that my warranty is now no good because i didn't use synthetic. I tell him that my manual doesn't say anything like that and he starts going on about how it has to have synthetic. At that point i was done and walked out. I double checked my manual and it says you MAY use synthetic oil if desired. I will never go to a Jiffy Lube again. Without the coupon the price was just as much as the regular price at the dealer. read more
