This is the first time I leave negative reviews, but I feel other customers should know about my experience. I brought my vehicle to this Jiffy Lube for a routine oil change. Before the service, my underbody cover was not hanging or damaged. Within hours of leaving the shop, the underbody cover came loose while I was driving in FREEWAY! We can see sparks at the back in the car while driving because the metal part dragging the floor so we have to pull over 2x the plastic and metal underbody cover had been torn and was hanging down. I returned to the shop the next day since it's Sunday and they close early. During my first return visit, they replaced the metal cover but didn't properly secure the plastic underbody cover. I left with loose and hanging plastic parts, which was unacceptable. Because of that, I had to return to the shop a second time. They secured the loose plastic underbody cover, but they refused to replace the damaged plastic undercover, telling me there was no manager on site who could approve it. I then contacted Jiffy Lube Guest Relations and opened Case. I was told the District Manager would handle my claim. Despite following up and waiting for a response for 2weeks, I have received no communication and no meaningful resolution from them. I'm not asking for anything unreasonable. I simply want the damaged plastic underbody cover replaced if it was damaged during the service. Instead, I've had to make multiple trips back to the shop, deal with poor communication, and spend my own time trying to get this resolved. The most disappointing part of this experience isn't just the damage it's how the issue has been handled afterward. I hope Jiffy Lube improves its customer service and takes responsibility when customers report problems that occur immediately after service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Jiffy Lube. read more

ok, so let's talk about it now that i have officially gotten myself situated with my car situation. i would like to finally announce the bullshit that i went through when i just came for a regular service i came in for the service of an oil change maybe an air filter change not a problem that went swell. i stated to the texh i will have a photo screenshot it below all the techs that worked on my car that day and i have a time stamped if coincidentally this little business wants to get in contact with me. nonetheless, i came in for an oil change. i also stated to the female tech that i was speaking to regarding of my brakes. she stated to me that she will speak to the manager and see if they can do a free break check she did i got the free brake check. they stated to me all tires and all brakes are bad and they need to be fixed not a problem. i understand the situation and where my car is sitting at so i would like an explanation as to why i go to my cars dealership to get a second opinion on my brakes. they tell me the same situation about my tires. same thing about my brakes. the one thing these techs at jiffy lube at 540 lake murray blvd. did not state to me where that my two front brakes were on backwards after the fact that she stated to me that they did the routine break check and all that she found was that they were bad no notion of oh by the way, whatever mechanic worked on your car, put your brakes on backwards no conversation of that no statement i still have the invoice. none of that was ever stated to me until i went to the dealership and they told me the wholehearted truth. it's kind of fucked up that i trusted these people with my car and i really wish that they were honest with me because they acted and wanted to treat me like i was like oh so great customer but in reality they did me dirty got more money out of my pocket didn't go to them thankfully but i got myself resolved. i got myself situated. i would not recommend this jiffy lube to anyone especially these techs that i'm going to list below with this photo. i recommend y'all do your research when looking for a decent place to go get an oil change or even get a little check in with your car these texhs don't do the work. they wanna just take your money and bullshit you that was so rude and so unprofessional that these people couldn't sit here and tell me oh by the way, your life could be in danger because your brakes are backwards, never stated a single thing to me, but thankfully, i found somebody who could help me and it is actually better than this goddamn company read more

Joe and his team did a great job on my 2024 Grand Highlander. brought my own oil and filter and was in and out in 20 mins.

took my bmw to get a oil change the oil change paid for it half hour later my check engine light came on and my oil light came on took it back. This change sensors you know blah blah did that before and now now the oil level light is saying below minimum. I can't check my oil level because there's no dipstick and I was told if I bring it back they're gonna charge me another 160 bucks for another oil change 100 miles on the new oil change. It's totally BS and I don't recommend them at all. read more

It's refreshing when a business tells you they will do something, and then they just do it. I needed an oil change. I drove up, told them my oil, waited 15 minutes and was out of there. The guy in charge showed me my filler and that it was still clean so they didn't use deceitful tactics to upsell me. I've been coming here for years and I'll keep coming every 5,000 miles. Just go to the next one. Especially if you're doing an Uber inspection. Had Kevin H. do an Uber inspection they didn't even start and told me it wouldn't pass inspection because of a small ding in the front bumper bottom and a scratch on the side back fender/bumper pics included(Ubers rules below as well/which are no where on the checklist). I was ready to leave as they didn't even start the inspection but they proceeded to tell me they need to charge me. I'm asking for what they told me the labor. Mind you they didn't even start I did more work filling out the pad and opening the door for them. I just stomach it anyways. They continue to start the inspection. Get my paper back and the exterior had nothing to do with anything. I'm guessing they just threw in the tire depth for the hell of it not passing to save face on what the were claiming(tires are fine). Customer service was pretty bad neither employee Kevin or the manager on duty who was communicating had no people skills even the other guy who had to chime in while doing an oil change in the next lane over. Ofcourse a customer will be mad for someone doing nothing and telling them they're being charge ultimately got them not even to pass a vehicle. Pretty much messing up a work day. I had a 5 star experience and the service was great. The service crew was great and I was in out in like 10 minutes. I will make this jiffy lube location my go to for oil changes. I was able to use a coupon and saved 10.00 on oil change and not only that before I went to this jiffy lube I tried calling other oil changing business and got no answer from one business and another business wanted double what I paid at jiffy lube. I was really happy with service and all the employees were friendly and working together to take care of my oil change needs. I will definitely recommend this location to friends. This particular Jiffy Lube is convenient to my house. I have patronized it for a number of years. The staff keeps good records of prior visits, so you do not have to "reinvent the wheel" every tine you drive in. There are several points of access to the facility. On my most recent visit, I went on a Saturday so it was busy. A number of cars were already in line. You have the option of waiting in the comfortable waiting room [there are leather chairs and a television mounted on the wall] or taking an Uber home and then returning later. That is what I did on my most recent visit. Eric could not have been more kind and efficient. He is a stellar employee and I would hasten to state he would make an excellent regional manager for Jiffy Lube! read more

My second time at this location and sure enough Kevin and pollo service was nothing less than spectacular. I came in for an oil change and had them check the fluids during service. During their inspection, he mentioned he was going to take a look at my air filters and while they were mildly dirty; they weren't quite ready to be replaced and this was Kevin's recommendation. I was pleased he wasn't pushy about it and tried to sell me something that wasn't necessary. This is what leading with integrity looks like. I had plans on getting my spark plugs changed elsewhere later in the day for a cheaper price, but decided to get them done here because of my experience today . These guys have earned my business.
