Shady shady shady business practices. My 18 year old daughter came in for an oil change and was upsold and extra $900 of unnecessary add (oil filter, spark plugs, etc) They did NOT communicate the cost to her and she did NOT realize she had agreed to any additional services. When we called they replied that they had her on video authorizing the work. When getting ready to check out, she was surprised with a bill over $900 - which she did not have funds to pay for. I think it's poor business practices to upsell and accept questionable authorization without explaining the cost of the add ons. read more

This was the worst experience I've ever had with any shop. I went in for an oil change and they somehow while putting the top of the oil filter housing back on severed the wires that run along the top of my engine next to the housing. They caused $2800.00 in damage to my car and still took my money for the services. Even though I was told I would be reimbursed for the money, I never received it back to this day. 10/10 would recommend. I came in today thinking I needed a transmission flush as my car was making loud sounds every time I drove. I talked to Luis and he asked me what problems my car was having and he figured out it was a rear wheel bearing that needed to be replaced after a test drive. I agreed to replace the rear wheel bearing instead of the transmission flush and he also managed to bring down the initial cost after seeing my hesitation. Waiting for the service was also very pleasant as the cashier Gerard checked in on me periodically, offered water, and let me know about the free wifi so I don't have to use my data while waiting. Very friendly staff, and my car doesn't make any noise now! read more

I called them an hour or so after dropping off my car because they never took my phone number down. They told me it was done and to come pick it up. When I went back they said it wasn't finished they just needed a signature to begin work, at this point my car already had its wheels off. When I came back to pick up my car they didn't tell me they scraped the paint off my back left bumper. I had to come back to point it out and all they did was buff it out and said no body damage was done and the mechanic went home already. And now my steering wheel shakes when I drive it. All I wanted was my brake pads changed and now my car is worse off for bringing it here. read more

Gerard had great customer service and was very detail oriented. Me and my daughter and I received very fast and efficient service.

First time I came her to get my oil change the also told me to change my air filter. Second time I went to get my next oil change at 3,000 the lady also sold me again the air filter me not knowing I didn't need to change it because I had just done it the last time I was there. They're a scam. Every time I go to get my oil change they always try to upsell me and lie about needing to change this or that. Perhaps it's because I'm a female they automatically think I'm naive and stupid to not understand what needs to get done. Last time I went they couldnt do a transmission fluid change understandably because transmission is sealed through Lexus. So because they wouldn't be able to sell me that service they started telling my breakpads/fluid needed to be changed and my spark plugs that supposedly were in bad condition. I went to Lexus dealership to get the transmission fluid exchange and they checked the car and said nothing else needed to be done. As I said this jiffy lube location is full of scam artist who will literally sell you someone's organs for profit. Scum bags. I will never come back to give you my business. read more

I must admit, I really don't like going to car maintenance places because I've often found them to be rude, but this Jiffy Lube location made it so easy for me to want to bring my car back for any problems or concerns I might have in the future. Not only did they do an outstanding job with my car maintenance, but they also went above and beyond in providing me with information about my car and answering any questions I had. Numerous issues: unprofessionalism by Robert - he would not answer my question - instead redirected and avoided the question- very rude to me. He lied about my car needing new brakes and rotors, tells me I need 5 qts oil but tells mechanic to put in 4.5 qts, fluid levels not checked or topped up as was specified as part of the service. Had to add 2 qts oil next day! I had my brakes done by a different mechanic a few months before the Jiffy Lube Oil Change, and verified with a 3rd party that my brakes and rotors were not in need as Robert stated. I am not a fan of scammy service. We won't be back. read more
