Horrible service overall. It was my second time at this location and second time getting poor service. I went in for an oil change. When I arrived (along with another customer), both oil change bays were in use. I waited for the other customer that got there at the same time as me, to be helped then let the woman know I needed an oil change, had been there previously, and would like the synthetic blend. She took down my mileage and asked if I needed a tire rotation as well. I declined as my tires were newly installed last month. Then I went inside and waited. 2 cars were serviced before mine. I was there for over an hour for a routine oil change and they were not even busy. They didn't even bother to check anything else in the car. Luckily I checked my own air filters when I got home because they definitely needed to be replaced. On my paperwork it also said when I arrived the car was a quart low on oil. They didn't say anything to me. And to add a cherry on top of my horrible experience, the woman at the end has the audacity to get rude when I answered that I would rate my service at a 5 out of 10. read more

My husband brought my car in on Saturday, November 10 2018 at approximately 1:30 PM for an oil change.  After about fifteen minutes the technician explains that the oil filter cap (it uses a paper filter) is spinning and it won't come off.  It is now leaking oil at the base of the filter housing and they can't change the filter.  He explains that the last person must have put the filter cap on too tight and that the oil filter base has become worn with repeated use.   My husband talks to a manager and tells them that they were the last ones to change the oil and the filter.  The manager counters that the car hasn't been there in almost a year and they can't be responsible for what happens over that time, ignoring the fact that this problem JUST NOW HAPPENED.  For what it is worth, I am disabled and do not drive my car often.  It had only been about 5000-6000 miles since the last change which their records show they did performed using a synthetic blend.  They've performed several oil changes in the past as well.  The manager tells my husband that the filter cap and housing appears to be secure but that he should have a mechanic check it out.  My husband uses a $15.00 off coupon and gets discounted the price of the filter, ONLY AFTER ASKING, of course.  He then indicates that the "Missus" will be calling about her car and leaves without incident. Upon his return home I see that the car is leaking profusely, clearly visible by the trail of oil going into the driveway, a trail that wasn't present before this incident.  Being a holiday weekend, I had to wait until Tuesday to take my car in to my trusted mechanic who told me there was no doubt that Jiffy Lube's service technician used incorrect technique and too much force in attempting to remove the filter cover which caused him to shear off the oil filter housing on my car (See photo).  As a result, Jiffy Lube caused $141.51 damage to my vehicle, in addition to charging me $53.19 for an incomplete oil change that essentially leaked out on the drive home thanks to their service technician's negligence.    To add insult to injury, after my car was finally repaired, as I was driving home, my indicator light went on for my windshield washer fluid, something that they said the ADDED on the invoice and is part of the service we paid for. This is, by far, the worst service I have ever experienced, EVER!  Though, I believe the situation speaks for itself, I have the receipts and I did take pictures.  Obviously, they have they lost a customer. Hopefully, this serves as a warning to others to steer clear, pun intended. read more

Once again, service is phenomenal here. Came here to check out my tires and Gerard is always willing to go not just the extra mile, but 2 extra miles to help a client out. I needed a synthetic blend oil change last weekend, and Peter, Conrad, and Matt were amazing and got me out of there so quick! Checked my tire pressure too and made sure everything was good. The only complaint is that they didn't reset the tracking system for oil in my car so I just have to have someone quickly press a button to fix that, or try to do it myself. I really appreciate the service here very satisfied. Alyssa, John and Marissa were very helpful. I brought both my GMC Yukon XL the same day and was in and out quickly. This crew was very polite! I was greeted and treated very nice. I was quoted for tires which I returned for the next day. After the tech finished it was 100$ more because I needed to buy 4 to pay that price. I told him, it would have been nice if you told me before the tires are on but OK. I will get the quoted price once I buy 2 more ? I guess I can explain that one to my husband LOL .
