While I was unsure because I pulled up and all of them were on their cell phones (tisk tisk) they immediately pocketed them and began helping me out. The young man who helped me, I think his name was Vough, was very respectful and had no problem explaining some issues to me. I didn't feel pressured to do a whole bunch of stuff to my car just a simple, quick oil change and top off and go. Probably will go here for all my future oil changes. read more

They'll pull your car in, immediately empty the oil then call you into the bay and try to push you to get synthetic oil...at the cost of almost 80 bucks. When you don't want to pay that price they'll try to get you to get different kinds of motor oil...all expensive. When you say you don't want their services and try to leave, they get attitudes..SURPRISE, your oil has already been removed. I've read the reviews and still took a chance. Next time I will believe the reviews! I scheduled a tune up a week ahead. I get there at 7:30 am, they didn't start working on my car until after 8:30. When the car was finished I took it for a car wash, looked under the hood and found tools and a bolt. When I brought it back the mechanic said the bolt must have been from something else because he didn't see where it would have came from. Then what I told the mechanic how unprofessional this what he started to give me an attitude. I asked to speak with the manager, there was a heavy set assistant manager who was acting all nonchalant about the whole situation. First off, I'm starting to think that Groupon only offers "discounts" for companies that struggle. Take this Jiffy Lube for example, spent over an hour at this place mainly because their system didn't work when it came time to print the receipt. They called Desk Support and it took forever and once they finished, it was still not fixed and I still didn't get a receipt, but I will be watching my account closely to make sure they do not double charge me. Groupon "discount" is really not a discount. I will be going to my dealership for oil changes because this turned about to be a little more than it should have been. $10 for Rain X windshield wiper fluid!? Really? Very poor customer service. I parked my car in the lot and when I tried to open the front door, it was locked (this is understandable due to covid). I saw 5 employees in the garage. I tried to ask where I check-in by saying "excuses me sir." I said this 3x and one employee glared at me and still did not acknowledge me. I quickly turned around to take my business elsewhere. 5.25 hours for a tune up..ridiculous. Hard to leave when your engine is opened up 2.5 hours in and they continually get the "wrong parts". The workers showed up late to open the shop and took their time. I unfortunately had an appointment at 8AM. They are supposed to open at 7:30. I sat in my car for 30 minutes watching them take their sweet time to open 30 minutes later than advertised. This is my second bad experience with this location. If I could give them no stars I would but I have to rate so I gave them one star. The service was quick and I was out of their pretty fast. However when I was leaving service light was still on the man who I told about had to come reset the settings on my dash, he didn't know how to do it took a while and another man had to come help. After that I pulled away I quickly heard a rattling noise under my car and I turned around went back to let mechanics know they said it had nothing to do with the service I had gotten done with them. Fast forward a week and a half later the noise just keeps getting louder and my service engine light is back on. Took my car to another mechanic and was told that the oil change service I had gotten done a week prior was never completed and my car was completely out of oil which was causing the rattling sound! Either I got ripped off or its pricey. I purchased a groupon for $21.00. That's for the conventional oil. I wanted to upgrade to synthetic so the guy said it would be $35 more. Since I drive a 2013 Camaro I didn't want to be cheap especially since I have no car issues so far. Any who my car was ready within 40 mins but I noticed it was just sitting there and no one came to get me so I can check out. I didn't want to be that angry customer because they guys working there were polite. So finally it's been an hour and some one let's me know my car is ready. So I paid an additional $35.86 plus $21.00 groupon. I only went there because I saw the groupon and it's conveniently located near me. I normally go to Auto Nation where I purchased my car and only pay $44.29 and includes a courtersy wash and I'm out of there in less than an hour. I have a hectic work schedule and my oil change needed to be done asap. Auto Nation galleria is further away but from now on I will just have to make the drive. I will never go back to jiffy lube in Euless. On top of that they didn't reset my oil in the settings, I had to check it and do it myself. This place can kiss my assets. Never come here. Never let a friend come here. Don't let a family member even consider, however fleetingly, using this establishment. A friend of mine needed to have both his oil changed and his inspection done. He had a coupon for the oil change at this location but due to his work schedule wouldn't be able to take it in before the coupon expired. So I offered to do it for him. I have -NEVER- had a worse experience getting either an oil change or an inspection done. First of all, the oil change. The prices were rather competitive, particularly considering the coupon, and the bays were empty when I went. There was absolutely no waiting. They started off by saying that due to the mileage on the vehicle the manufacturer recommended a complete engine flush and cleaning, and that they would happily give it to me at a discounted rate. Ummmm, the manufacturer specifically recommends that you do not, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, perform an engine flush and fill. They state that it can permanently damage both the engine and the cooling system, and that any damage caused by having this procedure performed will completely void your warranty. After telling them this, and showing them the manufacturers actual recommendations in the owners manual, they got to work doing the oil change. It didn't take ten minutes before they came in telling me the air filter was absolutely filthy and needed to be changed. There's a little problem with that. I'd changed both the engine and cabin air filters for him about 30 minutes before I brought the car in. The filters were brand new, spotless, and top of the line. Five minutes after this they claimed that the transmission fluid appeared "cloudy" and that it needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, my friend is almost religious about following the maintenance guidelines recommended in the owners manual. The transmission fluid had been replaced, by the dealer, just a few months prior and logged in the service history. Finally, after completing the oil change they moved onto the inspection. They tried telling me that the brakes were "a little soft" and were "heavily worn", so they weren't sure they'd be able to pass it. They recommended I have them do a full brake service to make sure they'd be able to pass the inspection. Just before Christmas my friend had made a trip to a snowbound state. He'd gotten his brakes replaced at Firestone right before the trip to make sure everything was safe. I was with him when he did it and the brakes were absolutely fine. After finding the receipt in his glove box and showing it to them the car readily passed inspection. So, to sum up, they lied about the need for a flush and fill engine cleaning, they lied about the air filter, they lied about the transmission fluid, and they lied about the brakes all in an attempt to sell additional services. And to top it all off one of these services could have damaged the car and voided the warranty. It's just not worth it. read more

I stopped by because I was on may way to work and some time to kill. They promised me they could have it done in about half an hour. They delivered! They also let me know that my other fluids were fine. They vacuumed a little (not the best job), but I was kind of in a hurry. Got my oil changed their, week later brakes started to squeal, checked fluid it was low, power steering fluid was low, they didnt check any fluids, i checked my oil and it looked clean so i think, i think they changed the oil, but since i have oil changed every 3000 im not sure how dirty it should be, of course they tried to sell my wife everything short of a face lift. Today I was completely overcharged for a lube and a cabin filter (54.99 - 21.00 there before and I was promised it would be lowered to that) and air filter (17.99 - 13.99 online) with a coupon from them for $20, for which I was charged 39.99! Jiffy Lube in Euless is bad. They left my power steering fluid cap off the reservoir and now I have to pay $653 for a new pump. Giving me the run around just because I pulled into the nearest mechanic. I couldn't turn my wheel. Manager Brendan did the "ignore it and it will go away" act with me and then passed me on to District Manager Nick who did the same. Missed two, possible three days of work because of this hot mess. I went there because it was in my neighborhood and had a coupon. I should have read the other posts that listed here on Yelp before going to this establishment. Don't go here! This place needs to be demolished. They're constantly trying to screw you over. Tried using a Groupon voucher here and they refused to give me an oil change b/c I had taken it to Wal-Mart previously. The mechanic's excuse was that the Wal-Mart mechanics had put the drain plugs in too tight and he wouldn't be able to get them off without damaging my car. What???? Been to this location a couple times. First was for diagnostic information on the car along with a standard oil change. Cost a little more than expected but got information on what was reading from the car so figured I'd at least hones in on those items that needed to be addressed. Second time came for another oil change this time along with a coupon and after discussing what type of oil change desired and what type of oil, was led into waiting room and offered coffee while waiting. While the coffee was a nice offer, the waiting room is unbearable tiny. There were already 2 gentlemen in seats (there's a total of 6 in the room), and it felt like the room was possibly shrinking. Thankfully there was something interesting on their wall mounted TV that made basic chit chat to pass the time, but as each name was called from the service area you can see the need for freedom written on each individuals face. Came in for an oil change and tire rotation yesterday. Every time I go I get pitched on an up-sell. This time it was my brakes. They talked me into changing the brake fluid, and said that my pads need to be replaced immediately. I said no, and went over to my brake guy and he confirmed what I thought and showed me pictures. My brakes were just fine and looked almost new. Good thing I stood my ground and said no, otherwise I would have been out over $400.
