I didn't know they refill propane tanks. They don't just change car oil. Best spot to refill on the way to Ventura for camping. Easy access and parking. The service is great and fast. After filling the tanks I went to the store in the same shopping center. This is better than exchanging because if you have some left you don't waste it. It was just under $6 bucks a gallon when I refilled. Asked them to top off both of my tanks off. Would recommend this place 100%. Will be my go to place from now on. Where do I start u been coming Here for a while. Things changed customer service is not that great takes a little longer. Thing what messed me up was that they broke the oil cap did not tell me and I was leaking oil had to take it back I was late to work they had to find the Part they did replace it free of charge and I told them I missed work and there's no integrity for at least saying they broke my oil cap on the bottom. They did give me half off next Time I go in that was nice of them but they need to get it together. I have friends that had awful experience here I almost called corporate on them. read more

So, was headed home and the oil change light went on. Saw the local jiffy lube (yeah I know, my first mistake) so I pulled in, paid their $146.69 oil change "special". You know the "synthetic" upgrade. They were nice and accommodating. As my car was done I drove home. And true to form Jiffy Lube included extra services for absolutely free...greasy fingerprints and hand prints all over my fenders and hood! Bravo for amateur hour Jiffy Lube. Negative 3 stars if possible, I called first to see if they were busy,they weren't, they told me all there services first, than i drive all the way out to fillmore from Ventura because I had a coupon, I get there , while I'm talking to a nice young man, another Paisa comes out and is looking me up and down, than all of a sudden the dude tells me there out of synthetic oil, like wtf ,ur jiffy lube and most cars take synthetic,so u won't take customers all day then? Brought my car in for an oil change the wait was long, but it was busy and I was ok waiting. Actual service was quick. However, techs told me 1) I need an engine flush because the recommendation is for synthetic oil and I have ALWAYS used conventional (my manual also calls for conventional, not synthetic) and 2) my engine and transmission mounts were damaged and needed repair/replacement. I said no thank you to the flush and I would take my car to my mechanic to check the mounts. Well, my mechanic said there are NO problems with the mounts and I do not need an engine flush. These guys were trying to get me to pay for unnecessary "repairs" by scaring me about the dangers of driving with faulty mounts. Additionally, they marked off that they replaced my filters and my mechanic showed me the "new" filters...Definitely not new. read more

I bring 3 vehicles here, a couple of them at least once a month. First off these guys are slackers, took my wife's car there for an oil change, tried to charge me over $130 for it until i showed them the previous receipt.. STRIKE ONE I came in for oil change in one of my company vehicles and they said i needed an air filter.... Nope i changed it like a week previous, lied to me. STRIKE TWO Today came in for an oil change in another company vehicle, as i pull up the normal guys standing around talking and laughing. I asked for a basic oil change and was told i had to wait inside the waiting room, I've always stayed in my car as i can do work etc and also hear what's being done (never have exited car for at least 30 oil changes)... i responded as i would like to stay in my car, was told that they don't do that here... lied again because on 3/6 i was there and had the same vehicle and same service.... STRIKE 3. This place needs someone to revamp, to care and to build a positive service for clients. Oh well, i will take my 32 oil changes elsewhere, out of this small town and wait for this place to go out of business and reopen later with new management etc. Corporate should do something. read more

Very professional service. This location has really improved over time and I am very happy with my most recent visit. I was in a jam and needed an oil change quickly on a late weekday afternoon after 5:00 pm while everybody else had already closed up shop. I basically drove right up, told them what I needed, and they started working on my oil change in a jiffy for real. The gentleman in charge was very cool, friendly, and respectful. No pressure for upgrades and just gave me what I asked for. Props to the mechanic who, after changing the oil, went the extra mile to show me the dipstick indicating the oil level. I bring my 1999 Honda Civic here for an oil change every 3,000 miles. I've never encountered any problems with the service. I usually go on a Saturday morning. I get my standard oil change, sit for a few minutes. The staff offer me water or coffee and are always polite. They tell me about the other services, but never push me to avail any of them. I've had a transmission flush here as well and had no issues. They do their job and send you on your way. It's always a quick and pleasant experience at this Jiffy Lube. read more

You should get. NO STARS!!! These guys that worked on my car had no idea what they were doing, they broke something off and then told us that it was already like that when the car was brought in. When it was time to check out they had there check off list and Husband told them if they checked the air filter they would have knocked of the Hose. And then they told him they never checked the filter but it was checked off on the paper work. Don't try to cover up your mess you when you have costumers that know about cars to. Don't go to these people they will check off all the stuff they are suppose to do and don't really do it. Save your money and go somewhere else! read more

You go to Jiffy Lube to change Oil right? I really don't care much about their 15 point or how many it is inspection. It's nice they top fluids and stuff. In this inspection for "Filters" they are not just checking the regular air filter under the hood but they are checking the cabin filters for the AC. These cabin filters can be anywhere, but normally inside. But it is different in every vehicle. Mine you have to remove the glove box. I don't know if anybody has tried to remove things like glove compartments or interior body panels but it is a pain. If you don't do it everyday for the same types or cars it easy to mess it up. Like breaking plastic pins or clips, etc. So now we have this kid taking 10 seconds reading how to remove my glove box. He has to dig in our glove box and dump everything out. We had no idea he was going through our glove box. He pull out the filter asks if he can replace because it is dirty. My wife says no. Then he tries what he can to put the filter and glove box back together. Oil gets changed and we are off. My wife then says AC is humming now and the JIffy Lube showed two filters that needed to be changed. I'm like what? How did they mess up the AC and what 2 filters did they check. I thought they only check one the air filter on the engine. After finding out it was the cabin filter. I checked my auto repair manual how they had to get to it. Then I checked their work. I open the Glove Compartment it just slammed open. It normally has air piston that slows the opening. I saw that it was pulled off and to a point where I had troubles closing the glove compartment. I couldn't figure out why there was a humming. The manager all he could do is make the piston arm not get in the way when it glove compartment is open, it still clunks open. So they broke my glove compartment. Then my AC they had no idea what was wrong. He was going to try to replace the filter to see if it fixes the issue and guess what they don't even have it in stock. So they pulled the filter for no reason, they couldn't even replace it if we told them to. Finally took my car to a dealership and luckily the mechanic looked at for free and found a leaf on the fan. So when Jiffy removed the filter they allow a leaf from the intake to fall through to fan. But now everything is working except for my clanky glove box. read more

I would give 0 stars, but this is the lowest I can give. A while ago, I took my moms Land Rover In to get the oil changed and have all the fluids topped off because I was going to be driving it back and forth from school. They charged about $80 which seemed high, but they claimed that they checked everything and that everything was topped off. The next morning as I was driving to school, it started over heating.. I pulled off to the side of the highway, and was trying to figure out what was wrong. So I decided to check the radiator, and what do you know! COMPLETELY EMPTY!! I had to buy my own antifreeze and fill up myself, which is fine, but if I'm paying for someone else to do it, it needs to get done. 100 % do not ever go here. Unless you're looking to get butt-fisted and have them lie to you about what they "did" to your vehicle.. :) read more

Your best bet is to drive elsewhere. The cost posted is not what you pay, my last and final visits they tacked on a 15 Dollars surcharge. When asked what this was, the on site manager stated I would have to discuss with the owner. Also the service was not great and they forgot to vacuum as well as clean my windows. Finally is they state $39 dollars for example you must add an additional $15 surcharge. If time permits I will scan and copy my final oil Change bill to this post so you can see the cost. Also the cost and way they figure propane will cost about 8 dollars more than elsewhere! They really do bad business! Flat rate for first fill. Unless you have here or more it's not worth is. The cost per gallon is also not great. I strongly urge you to stay away, how far can you drive in gas to avoid that place, I say 15 dollars worth! If someone else did not receive the 15 dollar surcharge I would like to know so I may contact the franchise and also seek the BBB. read more

If I could give this place a -- 0 I would 2 months ago I took my camper to get the transmission service. I should have never taken my car to them I payed $200 something so they could just fuck my car's transmission up. I contacted the manger and he didn't do shit not even a call back horrible service. I also contacted jiffy Lube corporate office field a claim and never ones did I get a call back they lady I spoke with told me that she would put in an emergency note on my claim and nobody ever called me back if you know what's best never take your car to get serviced at this location. I need up having to pay for a rental for 1 week out of my pocket and had to pay out of my pocket to have my transportation fixed a total of $4456. One of the employees at jiffy lube told me when I took it back to get checked when it started to act Ip after they serviced it told me it was low on transmission fluid how can that be when I had it serviced by them 3 days before they are completely at fault for the damages to my car's transmission and never contacted me to make to correct what they did to my car. I always tell everyone not yo go there now I wouldn't want anyone else to have to end up having yo pay out of pocket for the stupidity of them employees they have working there. And for the shot company that didn't even bother to contact me to correct the problem there employee cause on my car. Stay clear away from this place terrible service!!!!!!
