I frequent this location often for my oil changes, and the majority of the time I'm greeted and helped by Anthony. He's always professional, respectful of my time, and goes out of his way to make sure I'm comfortable during my visit by making sure I have cool air when my engine has to be turned off. Honestly, if I pull up and see Anthony isn't there, I almost want to leave and come back another day. It's refreshing to receive service from someone who genuinely cares about doing their job well. I came with my 2020 mercedes gle350 for an oil change, jiffy lube over filled my engine with oil when the car came out was smoking heavily with white smoke burning oil they tried to deal with the problem by turning the engine and burn the extra oil, I told them to stop cause the causing damage to the engine and I tow the car to mercedes dealership, mercedes clean the engine from the extra oil almost twice the amount the where supposed to put. 500 miles later of driving my 2020 mercedes had catastrophic engine failure and the engine need to be replaced 19000$ in damage!!! read more

My car showed a sign on the panel and I felt concerned about it. So I stopped by at Jiffy Lube at this location at almost 4pm. I had no expectation and was ready to be turned away. To my surprise everything went quite differently. I was greeted my Jasmin. I explained my concern, she assured me that it is tire pressure and explained that it could happen because of the weather. She offered to fill up the tires and check for the pressure with no charge. Within 5 minutes I was on my way happy and relieved. Run....fast, and far from these people!!! They Lied!!! They tell you the Groupon is $24.99 for 5 quarts, but if you require more than that, let's say (2) they don't tell you. They just FILL it and BILL you afterwards. That's what they did to me today. It could be $10/quart!!! Plus the, $9.97 delivery/disposal/energy fee, and then the tax is only 6%, but they don't tell you how much it's going to be, and the word tax is NOWHERE on the bill. So you think you're going to pay a total of $30-35 with all of these fees and taxes? NOPE. They hit me with an additional $27.37 out of pocket cost!!! I asked the young lady for the subtotal 3 times. She couldn't, or wouldn't do the math in her head. She could only tell me what the machine was saying. Did I mention that they tried to charge me $74.58, even after I told them from the beginning that I had a Groupon. I even showed it to the guy!!! And I won't mention how they try to up-sale you everything from wiper blades (at a huge mark-up), to gas, and Canadian air for your tires... I've been a happy customer her since 2006! The staff is super friendly and helpful. They always offer the "extras" that my car needs when I bring it in for an oil change, however they are not pushy and they are understanding if I only have enough cash for the basic services. One time before an Orlando trip, I took my car here for an oil change. I went home, packed the car, went to start it and....it was DEAD! I was so upset, thinking the staff did something to mess up my car. I called over there and told them my situation. One of the staff members drove over in his own personal car to come take a look. Turns out, it was my battery that was dead and it was purely a coincidence that it happend hours after my oil got changed. I've read a couple of reviewers had bad experiences at the Dania location, but my experience has been very different. I've been coming to this location on Stirling Road for more than 8 years and was never disappointed, I've always had fast and good service. Full synthetic oil changes ARE expensive, but there are plenty of coupons available online and they always accepted coupons from their own site or Groupons without any issues. A couple of months ago I found myself with a very low tire on a Sunday afternoon and after going to 2 gas stations to put air in it but neither machine was working. I went to Jiffy Lube and asked Jasmine, the manager, if she could help me with that. She told me to just pull up and in a few minutes I went out with all 4 tires checked, good pressure in all, and no charge. Another time I went there thinking I was due for oil change (the sticker fell off) but after checking the fluids, mileage and the records, she told me not yet, to come back in a few months. How is that for honesty? I do hope that they continue with this attitude, because that's how they get loyal and steady clientele. And keep Jasmine :) read more

Saturday, my brother who is only 17 years old and just got his driver license. He drove my car to this place to do the oil change. A guy opened the hood, take out the cap to check the oil and said they couldn't do that. And then, the guy just close the hood and forgot to put the cap back. When my brother drove my car back, terrible things happened. He smells the oil burning and the engine temperature was on the highest level. He was afraid and stoped his car on the side of the road. When he opened the hood, he found the oil has spurted to everywhere. And this shop only offer me an oil change? It business indicates that it is a professional auto repair shop, but it's staff even forgot to put the cap back to the engine which almost cause a accident with a minor. I'm really angry about that and I don't suggest any of you guys come to this place. I already contacted with my lawyer and let's see what will happen. read more

The people are so busy trying to upsell you with all kinds of stuff and then not even do the job they are supposed to do. For example they never checked the air pressure in my tires. My car low tire pressure light was on and it was still on when leaving. So I had the manager check the tire pressure and the light went out after propertly inflating the tires. They charge $30 a piece for windshield wipers. Two x $30 = $60 plus $15 for the rear wiper for a total of $75. They did the service so fast I am not sure that the oil and oil filter was even changed. Then I had to ask them to put the sticker on my windshield which they did not do. Somebody needs to come in and straighten this place out. They try to upsell you on radiator flush, transmission fluid flush, new air filters when not needed, tire rotation, and so on. Customers beware! read more

My sister had hooked me up with a coupon for an oil change at Jizzy Lube, it was that time of the month so I thought why not take advantage, right? I was pleased to see no other customers there as I pulled up. I hate to wait! About five servants were on shift at the time, just standing around waiting for their next lube job. I was greeted by one of the larger servants as I exited my automobile and asked if I was here for the signature Jizzy Lube oil change. You betcha, and with a coupon to boot! They directed me towards the waiting room where I was promised coffee to drink and magazines to read. This is when it got really exciting. I walk inside to find none other than the lead singer from P.O.D., a Christian alternative rock band that rose to prominence in the early 2000's nu-metal upheaval, standing behind the checkout counter! He appears to be some kind of manager there. Just a mortal man doing God's work. I didn't say anything because I'm sure he gets bothered all the time, didn't wanna be "that guy." Although it would've been a dream come true to have him sign my well-worn CD copy of Satellite, released in 2001 on Atlantic Records. Instead I sunk into one of the human stained seats in the modest waiting room to admire their ample magazine collection. I was quite impressed with the magazine selection which included back issues of Marie Claire, Glamour, ESPN, Florida Sportsman, Entrepreneur, Fortune, Import Car... a little something for everybody;) Lead singer of P.O.D. called me over to the counter, I struggled to keep my cool in the presence of such rock royalty. I showed him my coupon for the $24.95 oil change and he informed me that it would actually cost somewhere around $60 since I needed some special "more expensive" oil for my car. No worries, lube er' up jizzy boy! Yeah, I guess u can say I enjoy the finer things in life;) The back side of the coupon offered 10% off. Now I'm not too good at math but that sounded like a deal! While I was waiting for my lube job, a few other customers started pulling in, all males. Two of the customers were chatting away in the waiting room, they knew each other from somewhere, probably a bath house. The older of the two was telling the other about how he used to change his own oil when he was a kid. OK, cool story old man. I did also overhear them say that they "do it quick" here. I'll be the judge of that. Lead singer of P.O.D. came over to show me what my air filter looked like, it looked really dirty which I like. He must have been impressed too considering the distressed style of his uncompromising nu-metal assault. "Don't change it, I like it the way it is," I told him. I have to say I was completely nervous going here and to be honest I only went because I had a coupon for an oil change. I have to say my experience here was very positive and would recommend them to anyone. What I don't love about Jiffy Lube is the constant up sell they try to get you on. I hate telling them no constantly but stop making my $20 oil change now $120 because you want to sell me new air filters. The oil change took a little over an hour. Not really a jiffy if you ask me. The guys in the shop were very friendly and tried their best to speed me through the process. They took my coupon with no question. They went through their recommendations and I was out the door. I knew my car needed an oil change and I was new to the area, but I found this Jiffy Lube and found the manager very friendly and helpful.

This is specific to the location in Dania beach on Stirling rd. I went in there as usual and asked for regular oil change. They said ok no problem. Once pulled in they tried selling me an air filter which didn't need to be changed. Then they proceeded saying that my coolant needed to be topped off and they'd charge $7. I said I'll do it myself cause I have some at home. Then they said we will top off your wipers fluid for $7, I said I have some at home too. I asked them, can you please check my tire pressure because the light is on. They said, yea we do that as part of the inspection. Once done, I pull out and wait till they cash me out and I asked the gentleman, did they check my tire pressure? I didn't see them do it. He said let me ask and left...never came back, so I had to ask someone else, get off the car and verify they're doing it. When I got home, I open the hood to top off the liquids, they're all practically full. 1/2 a cup. Makes me wonder how many old ladies/men these people rip off? They even asked me if I wanted to top off my a/c Freon, without checking the gauges. Big no no. I have mechanic background, can't fool me. If you don't like what you do, quit. Owners need to evaluate employees or look at the cameras. read more
