If there was an option to give a -5 for a review, I would've selected that. This is by far the worst service location I have ever dealt with in my lifetime. The staff are rude, abrasive, nasty, and terrifyingly abusive. From the moment I arrived, they were rude and obnoxious, when following their directions, which apparently I was supposed to have been a mind reader, they began to scream and cuss at me. When I attempted to calmly speak to them, they continued in their abusive manner. I warn anyone, but specifically women, do NOT ever come to this location. It is unsafe, and the staff are horrifyingly abusive. The owner of the franchise seems to be a nice person, but she needs to do something about her staff, because apparently they felt it within their purview to abuse & frankly terrify a client. Bought a battery in Feb 2023 and in Jan 2024 it needed to be replaced. Less than a year!! When I called to have it replaced the receptionist called me crazy and hung up! I called back 3 times and no answer. I've never been treated so disrespectfully by a company for something that was their fault! Sold me a defective battery!! I have been a Jiffy Lube customer for years, but I will no longer do business with them because of their poor business practices. I received a coupon from Jiffy Lube for a $25 discount on their signature oil change. However, when I arrived at this location, they pulled (in my opinion) a classic bait & switch - they said the coupon was only good for a synthetic oil changed. Firstly, the coupon does not say this - it says Signature Oil Change, which is NOT synthetic. Secondly, I've used these coupons previously at this location. And the $70 charge for the oil change isn't worth it. I get a better price going to the Jeep dealer. The service was fine, but I won't go to Jiffy Lube again because of the things I stated in this review. read more

Had to send my girlfriend to get her oil changed as she was in desperate need of a change and I was unable to perform it. $92 is ridiculously over priced. Go to any family owned shop and pay less than half of this Update: oil is leaking all over the driveway for the past week, engine bay is an absolute mess. Absolutely terrible service. If I could give zero stars I would. I have been a loyal Jiffy Lube customer for probably 15+ years and have always had a great experience, this review is specifically for this site. I had a routine oil change and the technician asked if I wanted the same as before and which I said yes. However when I was rung up my total was $30 more than what I am typically charged and even pulled up my previous invoice. There was a $34 labor charge which I was unfamiliar with and have never been charged for that before. The on-site manager was not able to resolve and I was told to call back in which I did today. I spoke with Eddie the manager and he was great over the phone and explained the differences. However when we ended our call he thought he hung up but he did not as I was still on the line. Eddie proceeded to immediately tell his colleagues about his call with me stating " get the fu*k out of here dumb b*tch" And then he called over the cashier who rang me up by, his name is Fox. Fox said how difficult I was the other day and what a dumb b*tch I was and I just was trying to get money. Eddie then said " well I hope she calls corporate and then they will just tell her to f*ck off". I actually tried to interject that I was still on the line but they could not hear me. I called back and asked to speak with Eddie again and when I told him everything I just heard he said it was not him saying it and it was Fox. That was not the truth as there were two distinct voices and Eddie continued talking after he thought he hung up with me and was talking poorly about me. read more

Their technician Trevor put my brakes on backwards and they still charged me for the service even though they had to pay my real mechanic to fix everything they messed up. Sent me on my way with no packed bearings and my tire started the day after I left. I was going on a road trip and was delayed a week because they messed up my van so much and couldn't fix it themselves my real mechanic had to order a bunch of parts. Their corporate office didn't seem to care about the time I lost or the serious accident I could have been in seeing as they, in their words, "did everything the law required of them to do." Terrible customer service. This situation could have ended a lot worse due to their incompetence and they don't seem to care because they got lucky this time. read more

I went to this Jiffy Lube for an oil change. As the name implies, the service was completed quicker than most oil changes I have had. The employee I interacted with was also very friendly, although he did try to get me to purchase extra stuff I really didn't want. Where the experience really fell apart was the price. I paid more for the basic oil change here than I paid for the same oil change and air filter at the two other places I have received service; Wal-Mart and the dealership where I purchased my car. Compared to the two other locations, I paid around 25% more for fewer services. Overall, not a horrible experience, just a little too overpriced compared to the competition. read more

Extremely top of the line service. Technicians were all very knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to pinpoint that I had a bad battery even though I wasn't having any signs and allowed me to get a free battery replacement from the place where I purchased it before getting stranded.. Don't piss them off, even if by accident. I went to Goodwill next door today to shop, since it is their sale Saturday (this event occurs every other Saturday). Being as there is limited parking and it's busy during this event, you're thankful whenever you can manage to get a parking spot. I parked in front of an old beat-up sign that was white and had old crackled paint. There was absolutely nothing written or printed on this sign. At first I thought I was pulling into a handicap-spot, but after surveying the spot, realized I wasn't occupying a handicap spot, and locked my car, and went inside. I was in there maybe 5-10 minutes, came out to leave, and saw a hand-written sign now taped to this beat-up empty sign that says "Jiffy-Lube Parking Only", and a massive truck parked right behind me, unoccupied. Realizing my mistake, and fearful that I had been blocked in so that they could tow away my car, I went to address the issue with the manager Keith at Jiffy Lube. He said, "Oh yeah. There was nowhere for my employee to park, and he's at lunch. He'll be back soon." My question is why would an employee have to move their car from wherever it was parked before to go to work, to behind my car to go to lunch, and move it when they come back? This makes absolutely no sense, as most people take their vehicles with them when they leave for a lunch period. I waited in their lobby until the truck disappeared, and no one bothered to come tell me that the truck had been moved... I left and looked at the manager, noticing he was laughing with an employee and going back and forth between looking at the employee and me as I was leaving. I then called at my next destination and I asked Keith who the employee was that parked behind me, and he refused to disclose the employee's name. He was very dismissive, and had told me, "Well, he was only gone maybe fifteen minutes. It was only a short time." I advised him that a "short time" was only relevant to which side of the conversation you were on. Had I realized beforehand that I was in a Jiffy-Lube parking spot, I would not have parked there. If the action of taking up their spaces were such an issue, they would ensure that their parking is clearly marked EVERY sale Saturday (which rotates on a bi-weekly basis). They have been there at that location long enough to be fully aware of when Goodwill's sale Saturday takes place. They should have proper signage marking in general if they don't want people parking in their spots. For some reason they felt the need to make an example of me when I wasn't around. Had someone noticed me attempting to park there and come up to say, "Hey, you can't park there" I would have apologized and moved. It was a mistake, but they attempted to humiliate me in front of their customers, and apparently got a good laugh out of it in the process. I have been a Jiffy-Lube customer in the past, but not anymore. If they're only customer-service oriented when you're there to pay them money, and not at any other time, why would you want to give them your business? Common courtesy goes a long way. read more

Very fast service! I went in at 1:50 to get an oil change and was paid and out of there by 2:10. I went in knowing they'd try to upsell me seeing I am a young female. To my surprise they actually didn't try to sell me a million things. Yes of course they told me what they think I should fix but it was no pressure at all! I will always come here for oil changes. They didn't put my plug in correctly so I went to work and leaked oil all over my garage and my work garage scared to get on the highway and drive back to superstar to get the problem fixed I pulled into this awesome jiffy lube and all the guys there were so nice and fixed my plug no problem and topped off my oil!! Not good. Have had my car serviced here before and it was fine. Brought my car in today at 1:30pm. I asked how long the wait would be as there was only one car being serviced in front of me, and none others waiting. Was told "not long at all." Went in and had a seat and was told that someone would be out to talk to me in a minute. 30 minutes later still sitting there and my car was still sitting outside not even touched. Danger Will Robinson, Danger!!! $50.00 oil changes when competition charges 20.00 for same type of oil! High pressure up sale tactics. I went in for an oil change and they conned me into a brake fluid change saying my brakes would go out. When I had a chance to speak to my regular mechanic, he said that he had just changed it 10,000 miles ago and checked it last month when he replaced the pads. What concerned him the most is that they showed me a strip pad test showing replacement was needed. They either mixed up my results with another customer or, more concerningly, have a container of bad fluid handy to run the test to show negative results for selected marks. I certainly played the role of the mark that day. I was the sucker and they saw me a mile away. My mechanic says there was nothing wrong and that I was, simply put, ripped off. Bottom line is I needed an oil change that should cost $19.99 or $30.00 tops and was swindled into paying $180.00. You are much better off going into the dealer. Total lack of integrity and/or competence here. Buyer beware! read more

Brought car in for transmission flush and fill a week later took my car to my regular mechanic for another issue. He checked the transmission fluid and it was black with debris, I was told by him they did nothing as I could see for myself. Talked to the manager at jiffy lube he explained it might still be black with the service, bs not as black as I saw. Rip off company I will never go to another jiffy lube. On Friday I looked up the closest place to get an oil change because I didn't want to make the drive to where I normally go. After driving it once I got it back my car was acting strange, my cruise control wouldn't work, gas gauge was going up and down, couldn't tell what speed I was going. I took it to another auto shop and they told me some wires had been cut. Now I have had this vehicle for a year and I have not had anything done but oil changes and buy new tires since I've had it. Paid them to install a serpentine belt per their suggestion. One week later I incur $500(pricing from another of their franchise stores where I broke down) in damages when the pulley gives out, in my opinion due to improper installation of the belt. Between 2 different store managers and the customer service rep they refused to take ANY responsibility for warranty of the labor they improperly performed. Then to top it off, after some research I find that they are charging over TWICE the retail price on parts!! That's retail NOT large customer leveraged pricing that they are most likely paying for it. read more

And they lied to me about multiple things I "needed" to get done, and in reality my car is almost brand new. Said I needed brakes and I just got new ones a month before. This location sucks! The guys are rude and very unhelpful! The line was long on a hot day and so I parked and walked around the motorsports parking lot in the same complex. They left my vehicle sitting and wouldn't do anything until I came back. Since there were so many guys standing around, I found it difficult to believe someone couldn't get my info. I told them I thought they didn't handle the situation very well. The guy proceeded to tell me "too bad". And when I asked for his name and the number to corporate, another guy said "why, he was just telling you how it is". Which only pissed me off more! They proceeded to talk amongst each other about me so I could hear them. As soon as I pulled around the corner, my vehicle died. They wouldn't help. I called AAA and my battery cable was conveniently lose. He tightened it with a wrench. Funny since they had just checked the box on my receipt that indicated it was in good condition. I called corporate and they insisted the employees would not do this and I had to be making it up. I've gone to the location 1 mile from this one and had no problems! Pass this location and go to the one on 67th! The prices are better, faster service and kinder helpful employees! read more

This place is a joke. I called to ask how long the wait would be and I was told that currently it was 30 minutes however it could change since it was first come first serve. When we arrived they said that there was two cars and a half cars ahead of me and that it would be about 30 to 40 minutes. I agreed and my niece and I headed across the street to eat. We were gone for about an hour when we walk across the street. The car was moved to the other bay and was at the 'enterance'. I was told that they had not worked on it. When I asked them why, the guy rudely said, there is only three employees working. I completely understand however when I asked why there was TWO new cars ahead of mine, he said he got confused on who arrived first. Keep in mind, when I arrived, they had a car in each of the bays and another car at the enterance of one of the bays and mine on the other. When I came back, they moved my car to the enterance of the other bay and had two other cars in the bays. DON'T GO HERE, GO DOWN THE STREET TO THE JIFFY LUBE ON 67TH AND BELL. THESE GUYS ARE RUDE AND DO NOT CARE. read more
