This was a decent time frame after going to a different location on transit who told me three hour wait. After about 40 minutes Sam drove my truck into a bay. I was told by the manager Marc to watch my step. I'm glad he said something because there is an unexpected drop off entering the waiting room. Sam checked in on me and was very polite and informative. It took about 20 minutes to get inspected. Jake checked me out and had me on my way. It was a great experience overall.

I can't imagine it's easy work being a mechanic, so I want to thank that team, too. I almost always come here for my NYS car inspection and I was surprised when my car started making a rattling sound *after* they replaced a part for me. I came back two weeks later expecting the worst- that I'd have to pay again for service to fix something that might be a result of their recent work. I am SO RELIEVED I was wrong! In an hour they stoped the rattling sound with a simple tightening of my heat shield and sent me on my way- didn't have to pay any service fees. THANK YOU for keeping my trust! Ideally the heat shield would have been tightened properly the first time, but I also recognize the convenience and luxury of having people work on a car for me. These guys are always busy, so I still want to give 5 stars again just for keeping my trust! Who can blame them for having to work fast to see as many cars as possible in a day?
