Worst business ever. Took my daughters car for oil change. Cost $120, long way from the $29.99 days. When done had my daughter pop the hood to examine engine cap. 2 other times jiffy lube didn't put the cap on, causing oil to go everywhere. This time same thing, oil all over the engine no engine cap on. I go get employee & he just puts cap on & walks away. I make them come crack clean it, check the level.... & they have to add oil. Surprise. This causes the check engine light to come on... & they can't turn it off. Good business... cast more then dealerships, takes longer, & they do a crappy incompetent job. Never never never will I ever go back & will tell everyone I know to never go there. read more

The technician that greeted me seemed irritated that I had arrived. As I was pulling in, he threw a rag at the oil pumps. As I was putting my truck in park he very loudly and sarcastically asked me "what can we do for you?!". As I was getting out I was trying to tell him what I wanted and ask some questions but he just kept talking over me saying again loudly and sarcastically, "leave the keys in the vehicle! Sir keys in the vehicle". He quickly herded me into the waiting room. They also changed my air filter without asking me first($30), which I know is fairly new and told me that I didn't have any leaks which I most certainly do because there is a large puddle under where I park every day. I will never take my vehicle here again and will tell everyone I know to steer clear off this shop. read more

On 5/2/2020 I had an oil change preformed on my car. The technicians performing the service did not clean the excess oil they had spilled on the under part of my car. I noticed oil spots on my garage floor and both sides of my driveway. The manager on duty confirmed it was their fault and had me schedule a cleaning and I was supposed to be issued a refund. I went back with the bill and was told to send it to corporate for reimbursement. First off that was not supposed to be the deal, he made it sound like I would get my funds at the shop. Low and behold it is now Nov 2020 and still no reimbursement. To make things better the stains could not be fully removed and I'm pretty sure my landlord will be taking part of my deposit. read more

I rarely think automotive places are good. But if you dont take your car here for a oil change your missing out on how car services should be. Nice , effectant, informative, I was in and out in 30 min and that just because they had to go to another store for one of my filters. No extra charge . They gave me a discount without me asking. Love this place! Normally I go to Walmart but this is close to work so the last three oil changes I have had done, have been here. Upon entering they let you know where the restrooms are and water and fresh coffee. Normally I drop off and come back so no issue but this time I called and they said 10 min wait, I got here they said 20/30 min wait, I've been here 30 mins and they just now ask me what type of oil and tell me 20 mins.. Went in for an oil change on my boyfriends charger a couple weeks ago. Should have left after a car caught fire....seriously? Then it took almost an hr before they even checked me in, but they already had the keys. I had to complain and I guess management hangs out in the back office and heard me. The boyfriend was not happy I took it to jiffy lube with their prices but I had a hankering for Joey's pizza up the hill....topped off the long unprofessional wait with my boyfriends wireless headphones being stolen from the car....and apparently this is not the first complaint of items being stolen from a customer's car. read more

Went to get an oil change on my VW Tiguan on July 29th. Got there at 5:50, ten minutes before closing. Not that I wanted to get there that late, but my schedule for that day got busier than I had planned. Anyway, got the service done. Employees seemed a little annoyed, I guess that I arrived right before 6pm closing. Employee who checked me out for payment thought it best to remind me that they close at 6pm and that it takes about fifteen minutes for the oil change. No kidding. I'm 60 years old. Not some 16 year old with their first car. It's not my first oil change, which by the way for the most part I did on my own for years until about a year ago. My reminder to her is this. I didn't arrive on purpose at 5:50. As sated, my day got busier than I thought it would be. You are open until 6pm, which means if I get there at 5:59 you should happily take care of your customers. Don't insult your customers as if you're talking to a kid. Jiffy Lube is not the only place I can get an oil change. You're not doing me a favor; I'm putting money in your pockets. At least I was. Service was an ordinary oil change, routine. Nothing spectacular. Two stars only because employee thought it was appropriate to remind me what time they close and how long an oil change takes. Got my oil changed, noticed puddles of oil under the car after they worked on it. Left the lot and also noticed gauge was still on for fluid levels. Took it back week later after new puddles continued. The guy who checked me in clearly tried to BS me. When I called him on it and left the lot to go somewhere else their manager walked after my car yelling at me to have a good day and see you next time. No cussing but the vibe was the same. AVOID! Next place took me under the car and showed me how the drain plug wasn't even tightened. Recommended I watch for compression issues which is a legit concern. But my car has regular maintenance and given it ran fine prior to these guys getting a hold of it, I think it's clear what happened. Again AVOID! UPDATE 3/10/13 Not a compression problem. Car's in primo shape. It was these idiots who can't tighten a basic screw. read more

You wouldn't think getting an oil change would be so tricky. I spent near $200 at the Trop/Mt. Vista location for a synthetic lube and system flush. They missed replacing the gasket resulting in an oil leak. I called and asked if I could take it to this location near Eastern/ Horizon Ridge to be fixed because it is closer to me. They identified the problem, and said they fixed it. They lied. Three days later, my car was heaving, convulsing. The check engine light was beeping and blinking. So I took it to the dealership. THE OIL WAS EMPTY! No gasket. All JiffyLube had to do was redo the oil change. They could have been honest with me, told me to go back to the other location if they didnt want to fix the other guys mistake. It would've saved me a lot of time and money. This place embodies every thing you've ever heard that was bad about a Jiffy Lube. Don't go here. I called ahead and was told the price for a basic oil change was $25. The assistant manager gave me that oil change and attempted to charge me $35 for it. When I told him I had called ahead and received the $25 quote, he changed the price immediately, almost like I caught him in a lie. When I arrived they asked me to get out of my car which was odd to me. All express oil change places I've been to in the past have you sit in your car while they service it. They shuffled me inside and stated there was water and coffee. There was neither, just sugar packets and a dirty table where coffee and water should have been. When I left, my car was making a distinct knocking noise. I immediately circled around. They took a look and said the guy who did the oil change forgot to reattach a hose/line of some sort when he took out a filter. They fixed it. Update: Manager saw my Yelp review and called to apologize. He also offered a free oil change. That was nice of him. I did not take him up on his offer. read more

It's been another 45 minutes and my oil change still isn't done. Don't come here if you're looking for something quick. The only extra things I had done were replaced a back light and refilled my radiator. It wasn't expensive at all. I paid the quoted $25 for my oil change. It was a great experience. Very quick service as soon as I pulled in they got right to me. The inside of the store was clean and the tv screen was big enough to see no matter where I was sitting.
