DO. NOT. GO. HERE!! They do not pay attention to the little things. I am not usually a bad reviewer but these guys ruined SO much on my car! I will never go back let alone go to any jiffy lube again!!! I was hesitant to go back since I've been there before, but due to the fact we were in a hurry I decided to go get a quick oil change and that cost me HOURS of fixing their mistakes! They left a large hand size dent in the front of my car when they were shutting the hood and multiple other minor things that my husband luckily could fix but took us time. When I told them what the had done to the front they didn't take any responsibility and said it was my own problem. I am so disappointed in how the manager treated me. I know this is the last time i will use this place! I've been bringing cars here over the past 10 years on and off. Yesterday I drove in and as usual I requested SAE 5W20 standard oil. My wife and I always use that oil in our new cars. I did some research and found that Thom Smith, Valvoline's vice president of branded lubricant technology says standard oil does not void a warranty. My experience went like this: Kevin, the assistant manager processed my request for SAE oil and he did give me the warranty pitch and I said I understand. No problem. When some guy named GILL raised his head from my engine bay stating "YOU NEED SYNTHETIC!!!" He went on complaining to Kevin about my selection is wrong and "...He needs SYNTHETIC!!!" I asked Gill "Do you have a problem with me? There is already SAE oil in the car from three years of oil changes!" Gill said "Yes!" (Answering my question Do you have a problem with me. I said "Do you want me to just drive home NOW without the oil change?" Gill said Yes!" He let me get in the car and i was about to start the car when Kevin asked the technician below my car "Did you DROP?" meaning remove old oil. It was determined YES the oil was dropped and Kevin told me "DON'T START THE CAR!" Gill acted irresponsibly and emotionally and DISRESPECTFULLY! He is the wrong person at this shop and I feel SAD for the people he works with. A customer that was in the waiting room advised me to use Ted Weins shop down the street. Rudy is the main person that helped me. But, I am very impressed with the entire store's culture. They're honest and good people there. It's never easy going in to do car maintenance; especially if you're no mechanic! Well, I'm definitely not that mechanic (lol). I was in zero worry of them lying, or telling me I needed a service I absolutely did not need. They were quick, professional and gave good advice. Miranda is the representative who checked me in and she had excellent customer service and made me feel very welcome because of her I upgraded to full synthetic. They also only took about 30 minutes to finish the job which was amazing especially since Chevy stated it would take half of a day, I definitely will be coming back here after 5000 miles. I'm going to give them a 4 star review because at the end of the transaction the GM made it right. I took my van in for an oil change and possibly a radiator flush. After I dropped the van off Rudy called me and updated me what needed to be done. When I arrived to pick up my van Kevin, the Asst Manager, rang me up. I had 2 coupons. 1 for $15 off and the other for 10% off. Kevin gave me my total of over $400 after using the coupons. The original total was $436. I explained to Kevin that the total didn't seem right. The 10% coupon should've brought the total down to under $400. Kevin did not want to hear. Instead he tells me "well that's what the computer says so that's the total". I kept calm and still tried to explain it to him. Kevin says, while pointing to the computer, the 10% off is right there. I told Kevin that it says $10 and not 10%. Kevin still didn't want to hear it and his I DONT CARE attitude is what did it for me. I told Kevin it is simple math. 10% off of $400 is $40. Kevin says "I went to school I know math". I said obviously not because you would know that I'm right. It was at this time the GM walked up and saved the day. Kevin....you need to understand that your attitude reflects the business you work for. You don't argue with the customer instead TRY LISTENING and work to find a solution instead of being the problem. To the managers...I would reconsider Kevin acting as a Asst Manager. Had no appointment and needed to get some stuff done on my car before I went on a road trip- great experience started from the phone call before I ever came in. The staff was so exceptional! They made me laugh, they worked with me to get what I needed within my budget AND they didn't try to get me to replace something unnecessary just to charge me. I come over here to change oil. Every time, I receive a five-star service here. Even though this time a complementary service of washing exterior windshield seemingly was not performed (I still had a smear on it), I still give a five-star review for a five-star service, because washing windows is complementary and I never leave tips anyway. I like how they always pinpoint any issues or potentially alarming signs on my car. Today, every customer in front of me in the line had some sort of a coupon. So I opened Jiffy Lube website and got a coupon for myself. The lady at the front honored the coupon and never gave me a hard time with all my questions and comments. This is not the first time I have left a review for this location and sadly it was my first negative experience. They always received five stars from me in the past and I recommend them to everyone, despite people's reservations about Jiffy Lube's poor reputation. I also want to be clear that this location has some incredible staff who have been very helpful in the past to me. Today was not a five star experience. I arrived at 12:45pm and waited to be signaled as to which lane I should enter into since there were several workers there. That didn't happen. I took my chance in the middle spot and waited for someone to come by and check what I was there for today. That didn't happen. 20 minutes pass by and I finally got the attention of someone to ask how much longer the wait would be. He said about 10 more mins which was accurate. I officially pull up for my turn and I told them I needed an oil change and my tires rotated. (Not only was I past the date and mileage on my reminder sticker, but the car's warning light had been on for a few weeks at this point.) The worker said that according to their system, I wasn't due for an oil change. So I proceeded to show her the sticker and the warning lights. They said someone must have entered the numbers in wrong and left it up to me as to whether or not I still wanted to have the work completed. Trusting my car's warning, I went ahead with the work. This part went wildly fast which was great but also made me wonder why I had to wait so long in the beginning. They did try to sell me on some stuff as well which I'm used to from them. So by about 1:45pm, I was all wrapped up and on my way. I get home and realize that my driver's floor mat was covered with oil foot prints!! Totally bummed! THEN, I went to open my side door to get things out of the car and the door will not automatically slide open like it's meant to. I realize that none of the doors are opening. I did what little troubleshooting I knew and then called Jiffy Lube right away for help. Over the phone they said nothing they did would have affected my doors and that they were willing to take a look at it if I brought it back. But they also mentioned they can't work on any of the mechanics of the car so they would be unlikely to be able to help. They also made no apology or comment in regards to my ruined car mat. Well yay for YouTube, because sure enough, when they popped my hood open, they pressed the power door lock button by accident and it was turned off. They are located right next to each other! The video clearly showed how to locate and fix the problem. You would think that this would've been something Jiffy Lube knew about as a possibility and could've at least suggested some ideas. The entire ordeal was so frustrating and not what I have been used to with them. I know we all have our good and bad days, but this experience has changed my opinion of them and whether or not I would use them in the future. Ultimately, I would ask for better communication and maybe wear some of those plastic booties for shoes so the car mats aren't ruined! If you choose this location, I hope it's one of their good days. read more

I had the best service here. Everyone was welcoming, didn't rush, went over things, NEVER tried to upsell me anything & only took about 20 min. 3pm on a Wed, but it was 2:30pm at Meineke on the same Wed (more about that later) I didn't know my newer car only takes synthetic oil which is much more expensive. She gave me a great suggestion to help save me money next time. Jiffy Lube also has good coupons on their website. I'm only including Meineke in this review to warn people not to go there. I scheduled an appt online, but when I got there it was all BS. Straight BS & they were NOT friendly. There was a 45 min wait bc it's who comes first. Then WHY do you even have schedule an appointment on your website?!?! The price was wayyyy higher than website listed too. So I said F Off & went down the street to Jiffy Lube. Thank you to all the staff. I mainly dealt with a very nice woman, she was extremely knowledgeable & helpful. My best advice is GO TO THIS JIFFY LUBE!! read more

Extremely disappointed in this location. I went in for an oil change this morning and pulled up. I waited... and waited some more. Meanwhile, 3 different employees are walking around and not one thought it was necessary to acknowledge me. Not a simple, "We will be with you shortly." Nothing, and I was in plain sight. I finally got out of my car, and one of the employees who had already seen me waiting in my car says, "Can I help you?" I said, "Is there a reason I've been waiting for 10 minutes in my car and not one of your employees has even acknowledged that I was here?" The guy stumbled on his words and didn't know how to answer me, and I told him I was going to go to another location. His response? "Ok." REALLY?!? I took my van in for service as I have done for years at this location, but the next day it was leaking oil like crazy.. My van never leaked before and never had a problem until now. I took the van back and spoke with Mario, who became very hostile, made accusations, and denied everything. A complete reversal as to how a customer should be handled. They also checked off the work they did,,,, brake fluid was low, power steering fluid low, never checked the air filter, did not vacuum the front floor mats, never added windshield washer fluid that was empty and for this it cost me $173.26 and they NEVER filled the low fluids. AND above all this Jiffy lube location,according to their service, to which I agree, shows that they are the only people that have ever touched my van since I purchased it new. HOW CAN I GIVE THEM A GOOD REPORT? THEY TOTALLY FAILED. I have tried to get in touch with Jiffy lube several times with no response. I took my van to the dealer where I purchased it and the repair bill is going to be around $2,600.00 to replace the damaged oil cooler. My invoice number is 246555514 with a card approval # 01866R/068202 and I am hoping Jiffy lube will read this and contact me, but in the mean time I can't and won't go back to them until they honor up to the damage done to my van. read more
