Good quality service. We were in and out in a half hour and they applied a 15 dollar coupon to our bill. Definitely going back.

They don't do refunds. I came in to have rotors and brakes replaced but the brake pads wore down after less than 24 hours. Came back and asked about getting a partial refund on the parts, and they refused to refund me. I came here after work for convenience but it ended up being a much bigger pain and financial setback. I took it to a local body shop and they replaced the brake pads and machined the rotors for half the price! read more

I have been taking my car to this Jiffy Lube for oil changes and smog checks for the last three years or so. They have always been reliable and efficient. The staff has always been very friendly and accommodating. They are on the pricier side when it comes to oil change, but they do give you several options/packages to choose from. They also wash your car windows and vacuum the floors, check fluids/top off if needed along with an oil change. They will try and upsell for sure. Main upsell point is the air filter...unless you've never changed it, it is a negligible thing that really won't make much difference in your gas mileage, and is something you can do yourself. Overall, they aren't pushy with the upsells, when you say you are not interested it's left at that. I have not had any issues in years of dealing with them. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Not only did this location lose my car's registration after emptying out my glovebox to take out my cabin filters (not to mention sent me home with SOMEONE ELSE'S), but after I got home and inspected the air filter, I noticed they didn't even reconnect the hoses - they just lashed it down on top of each other!! When I called about the registration they said they wouldn't have emptied the glovebox, but on a Honda you have to to get to the cabin filters - which they take out to show you if you want replacing. Will never go back, have never had a worse experience just trying to get a simple oil change. read more

I come here to get all my cars (we have 3) done for over 10 yrs and these no matter who the personel has akways been very good. Just today went early when they first open and Charles got me in and out in no time. 5 yrs earlier my car need its breaks fixed and Charles (same guy) got them done right. It did take a little longer, but after Charles got do e with them, to this day still work very well..highly recommend! thx Charles for doing a great job! read more

I won't be back. They offer the different oil change services including the 24.95 basic and the 34.95 signature service. I got into my truck after purchasing the more expensive signature service only to notice the floors weren't vacuumed and the windows weren't washed. I imagine the tire pressure wasn't really checked and all the other services that go along with the more expensive option weren't really completed. As a consumer, I feel like I did not get the value for what I paid for. This does not make me want to be a lifelong customer! read more

There is no grade low enough for the level of customer service experienced here. Pulled up for smog check...repeat customer...told few minutes...when vehicle in front of me was done the tech took paperwork inside and never came back...i called after 15 minutes was told about another 10 minutes..tech went on break and never mentioned as he walked paste AND made eye contact. Bunch of inept slackers on sunday I suppose. Calling corporate office over this too. read more

This place is fast yes. Efficient yes. But triple the price of anywhere in town. $70 for a simple oil change. The dealership charges me $24.95 and I've taken it to a Big "O" Tire, it was $35.95. But $70 because allegedly I use a premium factory oil filter and synthetic blend oil. If they want to overcharge for their service because they are mainly an oil specialty place. Then charge more because you get it done fast, and be honest with the customer. Don't lie and say they need special filters, etc. it's bad business. read more

Said it might take an hour but I was okay with the wait with how much I need to get done, but was out of there in 30 mins ! Very effective and polite, they really take care of veterans which is appreciated. I thought I would need my brake pads changed but they didn't try to rip me off like most places would, they said they were fine as well as other things I had concerns about! read more

Basic maintenance is essential snd these guys work quick. I dropped my truck off went for a light jog and by the time I came back I was ready to go. New belts, valves, oil, and filters. The manager gave me a pretty decent deal and squared me away. They were nice and efficient what more can you ask for from an automotive place. read more

The prior review was my car, I just have not had time to add in my "two cents". Very disappointed with the service, here. It's very unprofessional to not put the clips back on my engine cover and I lost all the clips as a result. I have yet to contact the RM, but that's next. Probably won't be back. Because I don't know when my oil is due to be changed again. This the third time I have left this Jiffy Lube and later discovered that they did NOT put a sticker on my windshield. Simple step. Makes it easy for the customer. Without it makes it difficult. Not all Jiffy Lube locations are created equal. This location is at the top. I've been to this one multiple times over the last few years. The most recent visit was for a last minute smog check. They were very kind and efficient in their service. I appreciate businesses like this and am grateful this is so close to my house. read more

I will never take my car there again. They broke my air conditioner, second time in 4 years. It just is not a coincidence that the ac quits working right after an oil change. They are incompetent people working there. When I was there they were cutting down terrible hear st to a customer. I used to take my car to terrible and never had a problem. read more

After only a few days from my review I was contacted by Jiffy Lube. They sincerely wanted to know about my service. I was able to recall the situation and tell them my frustrations.
