I have been going to his particular Jiffy Lube for years. I drive out of my way to get to it. They show you into their lobby which isn't hidden but the fact they walk you to it is a service enhancement. they let you know that you can drink as much coffee as you like and to relax while they ensure your car is taken care of. Once they are ready to service your car they bring you outside to take a look at some of the basics such as air filter, coolant levels, etc. They recommend services based on manufacturer recommendations and never pressure you into anything. They always ask if you would like the premium oil and explain the benefits. if you decline they don't ask you again. The gentleman asked how my windshield wipers were and I had forgotten to change them months ago, I asked him if he could replace them and the charge. He was kind enough to take $25 off the entire bill due to my loyalty. This was a big thing for me since I am in marketing and a good business provides great service but a great business rewards its loyal customers. In all I love this place and will never go anywhere else to get my oil changed or any other routine maintenance. Services paid for: Full Synthetic Oil Change ($91), New Windshield Wipers ($35), and Fuel cleaner ($34). Free services: Carpet cleaning, windshield wash, tire pressure inspection and fill, coolant top offs, air filter maintenance, factory recommendations, and more. So, first I will say that I had a very very very long wait. But still giving them 4 stars for how nice they were and how they went above and beyond for making me wait. I arrived at 12:45PM-- they told me about 30 minute wait, and then 10-15 minutes to change my oil after. I waited more than 30 minutes, but whatever.. When they looked over my car I also ended up getting transmission fluid. When they thought they were done they told me 10 more minutes (2PM at this point). Well they had to fix something with the drain, so another 15 but they offered to drive me back to work, but I declined. Then about 15-20 minutes later, they came out again saying something about my drainage cap or thread weren't working, and they needed a piece from a different Jiffy Lube location. They said it would take a while longer, and they offered to take me to work again. This time I couldn't refuse. I was a little skeptical, but I needed to get to work after being there for hours. They drove me to work a few miles away, and the tech was apologizing the whole ride. The things wrong were not an extra charge, but just something unexpected are their end. A little over an hour after they dropped me off at work, they dropped my car off and left the keys with the front desk. Nothing was missing, everything was there. They gave me $15 off coupon for the unexpected wait, and vacuumed my floor mats. They were very nice and did a great job. Thanks for trying to make your problems not my worry. read more

I went to jiffy Lube because of horrible customer service I have had at other places. when I went there it was my first time not to long ago and a man Richard was helping me. He was so friendly and actually didn't just tell but showed me how low my battery was. I believed him and I got a new battery. After his helpfulness, we went inside and he suggested a few things. There are truly no words to relay the level of disgust I feel toward my experience at this jiffy lube. With limited time before I needed to be at work this morning I called prior to arriving to see how long it would take to get an oil change, to which I was given the answer 15-20 minutes. Upon arrival at 8:25am, I asked again to make sure, stating that I needed to be at work at 9:15am. Same answer: 15-20 minutes. After over an hour and several pleas to the workers to just give me the car so that I could go to work--which were answered by "it will be done in a couple seconds"--I ended up being nearly 30 minutes late to work, which is located less than 10 minutes away from this jiffy lube. Oh, and what did I get for it? A mere $5 off for the "extra time." Needless to say, I will never be returning. read more

I've always gone to Jiffy Lube for my oil changes and been happy with their services. THIS particular Jiffy Lube really saved their reputation with me after I originally drove to another Jiffy Lube on Eastern and waited 10 mins w/o having ONE employee acknowledge me. Irritated and disappointed with their customer service, I drove to the next closest Jiffy Lube which was this one on Windmill. I was acknowledged and greeted IMMEDIATELY upon pulling up. Everyone was friendly, fast, and talked to me about the options I had with my car, as I was having air conditioning issues. The team leader even suggested for me to go get a diagnostic next door at Big O before they were to perform any unnecessary and unsuccessful services as to not waste my money! I showed around 430pm today, ( I've been there i the morning on the week end and it's busy ) I got to say the service was amazing I was in and out in a Jiffy ( no pun intended ) They even offered me some special promotions . I got my oil changed , tires rotated and even my air filter replaced . I was able to use coupons , and saved a lot on my tire rotation , and oil change . Logan's customer service skills were pretty amazing , I did not feel like they were trying to push you to buy anything . All in all a very pleasant experience ! My car is almost 14 years old and they stated I needed an engine flush. I have been coming to this Jiffy Lube since I moved to Vegas last year. The employees are always very friendly and look you in the eye, I appreciate that a lot. The last time I got the oil changed, I was very impressed with the service but they messed up the windows of my soft top when they tried using a cleaner and rag to clean them (big no-no for any type of soft top vehicle). I got one of those surveys after my service that time, and I mentioned the windows in my comments. Not only did the manager personally call me to ask about the situation and offer to rectify it, but the district manager was also involved with it. So today was when I had a day off for my next oil change a few months later! The service was fantastic as always, and there was no trouble with my windows or anything else. Called ahead and spoke to Micheal. Very pleasant and answered all my questions. I needed an oil change for my 2011 Mini Cooper and a lot of places do not carry the filter for my car. Micheal said they had it! This location is not too far from my house. I got there at 12pm. No line .. no wait!!! George greeted me and I told him what I needed. He walked me into the waiting room and Micheal remember me from when I called in to find out about the filter. After George inspected my car he let me know I had a few fluids low so I told him to fill everything up. It did not take long at all. I am a frequent flyer at this location and have been bringing my vehicles here for years. Although the location has gone through personnel changes over time the experience has never diminished. Currently it is Zoe, Tyrone, and Rick. No pressure sales, just what you ask for and a recommendation if your OEM suggests something is needed based on mileage or other factors. Fast and efficient is acurate as can be. I don't know if they train on this but you get a play by play on what's happining in "Bay one" or " Bay two" as it goes down which I think is a nice touch whether it be for the customers benefit or what I assume is a safety measure. None the less I think it's pretty cool. Highly recommend it and if you have ever had a bad experience here I would have to say it's a one off. Great place. read more

I went in on a day they were short staffed but if I didn't overhear somebody saying that I wouldn't have known. Although everybody there seemed friendly I was greeted by Jason at that same time he was being pulled in different directions by two other customers plus myself. He helped all of us efficiently and with a smile. He quoted accurate wait times which although longer than I hoped very refreshing rather than ending up waiting longer than expected. While waiting for my car I overheard him talking to each customer about their car in detail and really seemed to care more than most during your average oil change.
