When is comes to car repair there is always a fear. The crew at this location was upfront with all cost and repairs. Yes, there was an added repair to my original plan but when your vehicle is 15 years old something is bound to come up. We will be back for our routine maintenance without hesitation. Come to find out...I went to get a second opinion from a totally different shop...and I was told "Jiffy lube should have caught that issue...and either referred me to their sister shop right then and there...AND...not performed the oil change period since it had a chance of leaking unless they caused it by intentionally destroying my oil pan...." My car never leaked prior...I only mistakenly mixed oil with my radiator fluid..... I called levi back ...he stated he will give a discounted oil change...I called his mgr..."he stated it will be $1000.00 to fix...he'll give me a discount down to $800.00.... Representative was courteous. However, they were out of synthetic high mileage oil. Jiffy lube out of oil is like going to McDonald's and being informed that they are out of hamburgers. When I asked whether they could upgrade me to the higher step oil for the price of the high mileage for the inconvenience they were not able to accommodate me. Poor customer service. read more

Ben and his crew were excellent. Got me in and out in a very expeditious and professional manner, addressing all of my concerns, and providing excellent customer service. Ben noticed my Navy license plate and gave me their military discount without my even needing to ask. I was impressed with the communication between the staff, where they called out to each other to verify and ensure that all of the plugs and filters were in place, tightened down, and that there were no leaks before I drove away. Spent 2.5 hours there today for a 1 hour oil change. I walk out to see what's going on and I see three service techs in the bay trying to remove the oil filter to a relatively new car. Manager realizes it's a good time to tell me they're having difficulty. I tell him to stop before their clueless employees damage something. He agrees. I leave. No oil change, 2.5 hours of Saturday gone. I wouldn't trust these clowns with a 50.00 lawnmower. I drove it to a local competitor by kohl's, they had it off in 10 minutes and I was in my way. I called ahead to price check and they told me it was $80 over the phone for an oil change for my car's model. I show up and all of a sudden it's $90. Kept trying to pretend like I called another Jiffy Lube but I only called this one due to the reviews. By this point, they had already started. Buyer beware. Service was slow and major price gouging. Seriously, $90 for a synthetic oil change when the oil and filter are $30 at Walmart for actual brand goods rather than their generic bulk. Oh, and also, the guy before us was unhappy as well since he could also tell he was being ripped off but he chose not to make an issue of it. Go elsewhere and save your money. read more

So I give them a call today around 420 I ask him what time do you guys close and do you have any availability they said the representative that picked up the Fossett we close at five but we stopped taking cars at 4:45 I said OK cool I stay right down the street I'm on my way. I get there at 4:40 and one of the workers greeted me and said, I'm sorry but this is the last car for today. I said to him that I just got off the phone with one of your representatives and they told me that the last car that y'all stop taking is at 4:45, it's 4:40. He proceeded to tell me that are you sure you called the right location because I've been here all day and nobody has called here today (which is a complete lie). now when I called the location, the representative that picked up the phone said thank you for calling Jiffy Lube off of Bear Valley and Hesperia so obviously I called the right place. They clearly didn't want to service me so that's fine as I went to the Jiffy Lube down the street in Victorville off of Bear Valley closer to the highway and I got great service from them as usual. That was a very unprofessional move on their end so I won't make that mistake to ever go to this location again due to their unprofessionalism. read more

They explain in detail what they are going to do and even walk me out to my car to show me what has been done. There are no complaints from me. I went on a Sunday and after letting them know the nuances of my car they told me they had a few crashed cuz of faulty brakes on previous customers. Then after 20 mins of them trying to take out the drain plug the told me to go somewhere else cuz they couldn't do it. Next day went to a different place and was told the drain plug was no problem. read more

I've been going to this location for a couple of years, and I've always had good service. I bring both my car and my husband's car. I get regular oil changes and he gets synthetic oil. Other services I have done here: new cabin filter, tire rotation and new wiper blades. Everyone has been professional and courteous, especially Levi. I will continue to come here. Don't come here!!! If I could give no stars I would! Needed my oil changed so I came here. First I was told my head gasket pan has a leak then he said no it's not a leak it's a drizzle. Then was told my dip stick was broken but it was fine before I brought it in. Ended up going to another shop so I can get the gasket fixed come to find out it wasn't the gasket that was bad jiffy lube put on an oil filter that was leaking and with my broken dip stick cause my service engine soon light to stay on because for one the dip stick wasn't able to get a reading of the oil because it was broken thanks to this place and the bad oil filter that was put on my car that was leaking oil also by jiffy lube!! And all they can do is blame me for something they did and say they can't do anything about it!! I'll never come back to this place they have such bad attitudes and service their higher office will definitely be hearing about this! read more

The speed of the oil change was awesome. Price was kind of lot. The thing that made it bad is that went thru all my shit while working on my car. I keep ky registration and insurance on the top of the stsck in my glove box and it was on the bottom with some pages thrown around. My center console was all gone thru and pens and pencils and receipts everywhere. And they took my bud. Luckily they took the regs and not the danky jar, but still. Oil change good.
