If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. Because of this location, my husband no longer has a vehicle. He went in on Sunday for a simple oil change and radiator replacement. By Monday, on his way home from work, his car was blowing thick white smoke. When he checked under the oil cap, it looked like chocolate milk which anyone with basic mechanical knowledge knows is a major red flag. They acted like they were going to take responsibility. They towed it to a mechanic, made it seem like they were investigating, and then suddenly claimed they "can't say without a shadow of a doubt" that they caused the issue. That's convenient. So instead of fixing the damage, they towed the car back to my house and washed their hands of it. Now we're stuck buying another vehicle just so my husband can get to work, scrambling to figure out a rental in the meantime and Valvoline has done absolutely nothing to make this right. This isn't my first bad experience with Valvoline, but it will absolutely be my last. The lack of accountability is unbelievable. Signed a disabled mother of two young children, whose husband used this car to get to work to provide for my family. Shame on you! read more

Brought in my jeep wrangler here for the 1st time at this location. The sticker I had before was printed inaccurately from a different location. Our oil should be good until the minimum of 5,000 miles and other Valvoline have told us to come in every 3,000 miles which is super inconvenient for us because full synthetic is not cheap. I stopped here this morning to get an oil change in my truck because I saw they open at 7:30am and others were not open yet. While waiting in line, I noticed everyone was sitting in their vehicle as their oil was being changed. I'm not sure how that works, I'm only familiar with a vehicle being raised and stuff. So, I was not comfortable with this new way of doing things, and I did not have them change my oil. However, I spoke to 2 different employees here. One at the time, and then another on the phone after I got home ,and wanted more information about this process. (I'm old school, lol) I can tell you, both interactions with employees here was so very pleasant, these were 2 nice ladies, and I appreciate their time in telling me how this works. I may not have stayed to get my oil changed this morning, but I would recommend this place to anyone because they are nice, informative, efficient, (oil changed in 15 minutes) and do offer coupons online.
