Here's the coupon I received via email yesterday. I went to Jiffy Lube here in Hiram. After showing proof of my veteran status, the lady tells me "Oh that's a new one. I haven't seen that one." Then she proceeds to tell me "I talked to my district manager this morning and he said the best we could do is 50% off". If this is a new coupon you haven't seen, how did you talk to your district manager about it? They refused to honor the coupon, advising the best they could do was 50% off. Why email out a coupon if you have no intention of honoring it? I would be happy to show up with a 50% off coupon if that's what you email to me. I just don't understand this type of nonsense. read more

I went for an oil change on my break. I was greeted by a male and female. The girl was probably in training because she was getting directions from the guy. There was no one ahead of me so it should have been fast. Before I was escorted inside, I reminded them to vacuum. (They failed to do it last time.) When I went inside, I was offered coffee or water. My oil change took about 30 minutes and they vacuumed. I was pleased with my overall visit because the staff was friendly and efficient. read more

This was a while ago, and I'm finally getting around to posting. I had a promotional offer for a signature oil change and tire rotation. I couldn't get the tire rotation as their lifts weren't working but at least they did give me a raincheck. The "signature oil change" includes a long list of various small services. It was extremely clear that they did not vacuum the inside of my vehicle which just leaves me wondering, what other services did they not complete that are as noticeable? This was my first time going to this Jiffy Lube since moving to a Georgia and I will be sure to find a different one the next time I need an oil change. When I arrived they did seem somewhat busy but I was told it would take an hour or less to complete. From what I counted they had at least 6 people working, and at least 5 times I saw them all just standing around staring at the cars in the bays. I was there almost 2 hours before my car was completed. At one point when they were all just standing there, after I'd been told it would be 5 more minutes and almost 15 had gone by, I went into the shop area and asked when my car would be done because I had an appointment in 20 minutes. They all kind of just stared at me and still took forever to get my car completed. They told me they reset my maintenance light, and surprise surprise they didn't. The only reason they are getting two stars is because they brought my car in in the order that everyone showed up, which sometimes doesn't happen if there is more than one bay. read more

Went to a Jiffy Lube in Hiram and the Lube tech named Jacob was rude and unhelpful. He seemed to be angry about something that happened with a pervious customer and had punched the wall. when I asked to speak with a manager a women named Jessie came to talk to me let's just say she was just as rude and unorganized as the Lube tech. I bought my car and because they were right down the street i used them to change my oil. First time I went, i drove home only to find oil all over my garage, i took it back up there and they did NOT tighten the oil filter. I stupidly went back, and found a tool under the hood , i kept it . Then my engine started to sputter, my check engine light came on, took it to Dealer, and wrong oil code popped up. So they told me whoever changes your oil is using the WRONG OIL TYPE. $4200.00. Of course they denied it when they are the only ppl who ever changed my oil. HORRIBLE place, GOOFY kids who tried to tell me things about my car and were ABSOLUTELY wrong. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. We are in the process of suing them. I've heard of Jiffy Lube before but had never tried them until recently. The staff was very friendly and the maintenance process was quick. I didn't have to wait very long for my oil change and then I was on my way. I think they did a great job! read more

Called ahead to check if they were busy, they weren't. My car was driven right in the bay. Across the parking lot is a BBQ place. They were finished with my vehicle by the time i was done eating. Friendly staff, good experience. read more

I can't decide if he was trying to rip me off or just had no idea what he was talking about, neither are acceptable when you're working on my car. I was told my car requires full synthetic oil per the manufacturer. I informed him that I worked for the manufacturer for years and happen to know that full synthetic is not required. He made a face and informed me that I was going to blow my engine up. With my fifteen years of dealership master certification I just laughed and told him to put standard 5w30 in and leave it at that. I noticed on my receipt when I got home that it states, "customer refused manufacturer recommended oil". I also read that my rear brake pad on the right side was at 0mm. Why would he not mention a safety concern? I would not recommend this place to anyone. I should have known better. read more

Absolutely rude employees and charge more than the Groupon "deal". Charged $16.70 more than the Groupon I paid for claiming it was for taxes and fees. Strongly recommend not using jiffy lube since they are the thieving liars. read more

I will never forget what Jiffy Lube did to my 2005 Suzuki Forzena and it was run in great condition until I brought my car for oil change before I drive back to Boston, MA for my final year as graduate student. When I leave Dallas, GA and arrived in Boston, MA. Then engine exploded suddenly! I took to local auto repair shop. They asked me who did oil change and I told Jiffy Lube. They said Jiffy Lube is hold responsible for inappropriate oil change procedure. I had this car towed to Hyundai Dealership in order to get new car. I asked Hyundai Mechanic to take look at it. They asked me same question who did oil change. I said Jiffy Lube! They said Jiffy Lube is responsible for that. I took case to Jiffy Lube customer service and they REFUSED and DENIED doing to my car. I will never trust Jiffy Lube even again! I'm blessed to get new car at reasonable monthly. Don't go there they will do oil change sloppy and screw it up! read more

Not supper thrilled about the service I've received at this location. Had service done to my car for a new battery and they suggested I needed my front breaks replaced asap, so I went ahead and got it replaced. My breaks had not been squeaky prior to them working on it, but now it's terrible. Took my car back to have them fix the noise and it turned into something bigger than before. Now it's something wrong with my back breaks. They shouldn't have even touched my back breaks. When they did it messed up my car so I couldn't drive it. I then had to get it towed. Took my car to another mechanic shop and they fixed the back break issue but now my front breaks are still sounding terrible. I don't want to take my car back to these same people because I don't trust their work now. So now I have to pay another company to fix what they screwed up. Just wasted money on these people. Very quick. Very thorough. Very friendly service. We showed up 15 minutes before closing hoping they could squeeze us in and they were happy to help us where other places would say "no" or roll their eyes at you. We were heading out of town the next day and forgot to take care of the oil change before the long trip. We appreciate them taking care of us last minute and for vacuuming all the French fries out of my son's side of the van. read more

Stay away from this place. Took a perfectly functioning car to get an oil change there. Broke down 3 miles down the road. They sent a technician out to assist, apparently some manager named Austin. He was just sent out to say "we didn't do this." And he went right on his way. Didn't bring jumper cables or anything. Stay away from these idiots. They shouldn't be touching anybody's vehicles. read more

I wish there was a negative option because it would be true. called in the morning to make sure i knew what i was getting and what i would be paying for exactly. left that afternoon paying the price i was given but half the work.and when i confronted the workers about it, i was basically told i was lying. very unprofessional. will never be back to any jiffy lube ever. very sad and lots of hard earned money down the drain. hard lesson learned. read more

Nothing "jiffy" about this Jiffy Lube. Took a solid 45 min to get a simple oil change and there was only one car in front of me that was halfway finished when I pulled up. On top of that, they tried to up-sale everything despite my insistence on JUST needing an oil change. Will not be back here. Only stopped here bc my usual oil change place didn't have my oil filter and I couldn't wait until they had it available. read more

Favorite place by far to ever get any and I mean ANY service done!! I didn't feel pressured to get anything done that I didn't feel comfortable doing because the staff was very descriptive about any and everything concerning my vehicle! They have customers in and out all the time! Every time I bring my car I get excited for the learning opportunity they bestow, for the simple fact they constantly tell you the value and quality of owning a vehicle. Every make model and year car I have brought they are very on top of it doesn't matter what it is! Or what it needs they know!!! Fantastic customer service by far will only be using them from now on!
