Recently, I went for an oil change / Howard noted (and advised) that the oil drain plug was damaged (as if the last mechanic - at the dealership) had used the wrong size wrench) and will difficult to reinsert. First time visiting this oil change company. 2 days later I have oil all I've my garage. Ok accidents happen but not happy. Go back and guy comes out and talks to me like I'm a complete moron. "You see ma'am this an oil change stick and this right here says you're fine". I know what an oil stick is and I also know I have a ton of oil on my garage floor. Fine pull in. Oh well the oil pan wasn't tightened properly so sorry for the inconvenience. I get accidents happen but don't talk down to me because I'm a women!! Don't waste your time. We arrived and there was one car in the bay ahead of us. The second bay had 5 cars go through. The only reason we were able to leave was we had to get out of the car and ask the young man to stop visiting with the same person for almost an hour. Needless to say we won't be back! read more

I had an enjoyable experience. I'm going to call this place "the stay in your car oil change place" They do have a small waiting area inside with a bathroom if you need it, but I saw that people are encouraged to stay in their car and most people do. I had a basic oil change, they also refilled all fluids, which was included. The guy who helped me was nice and didn't try to upcharge on anything or give me a laundry list of recommended things to do, which was nice. Definitely will return with my husband's car. read more

My daughter came in on Tuesday to get her normal oil change. The mechanic tapped on the hose for the windshield wiper fluid and broke it. He promised she did not have to pay for it since he broke it. However, he was told by his manager that she had to pay for it even though he broke it. She is a college student and does not have extra money to spare for something that was not her fault. I thought this was very unfair for her to have pay for it and a terrible customer service experience. read more

Was experiencing soft brakes. Spoke with the owner on FB and he told me to speak with Josh. Went there first thing Saturday morning and got the oil change spoke with Josh and he indicated he would check out the brakes. After checking out the brakes he indicated that no pads were needed, just an adjustment on the drums in the rear and he bled them for good measure. He didn't charge me for the tweaks on the brakes just the oil change. He indicated that he doesn't believe in cheating for work he did not do and doesn't do unnecessary work. Very courteous and friendly but most importantly HONEST. They have earned all my business for my cars needs. Would highly recommend!! read more

Brian is a great manager.He can do so much more than just an oil change.He reset the warning on my mercedes after the oil change.His charge approx $100.RBM(the mercedes dealer gets $395. & calls it a class b service.Mercedes makes this reset very complicated & Brian did not charge extra.He replaced my shocks on my SSR & will be replacing the battery which is located under the car.Autozone,Advance,O'rielly Etc would NOT replace the battery because of the difficulty,but Brian said"Bring it on in,we have the battery in stock"GREAT SHOP!!!!Holt H. read more

This place is great, I pulled in for an oil change, stayed in my car, it took maybe 20 minutes. They were friendly, thorough and quick. She also conveniently reminded me of my emissions which needs to be done for the 1st time this year and my registration is due this month, so I'm thankful she reminded me and that I got that done! They all seemed quite knowledgeable, of course i was in for an oil change so i can't speak for anything more yet but I can say I'll be back! They left the drain plug loose after a oil change. Covered the underside of the car in oil from front to back. A week after my oil change my car broke down. Had to get my car towed to Kennesaw Auto knowing I could trust them to take care of whatever was the issue. Instead of paying for a just a oil change I had to pay $85 to fix and clean up their mess. After talking to the manager, they would only refund the cost of the oil change, not the additional cost for clean up because they did not do the clean up. Even though I would never have to go through any of this if they just did it right the first time. Also gave me a free oil change coupon that we won't be needing because they have now lost the business of myself, & my wife. read more

I've had 2 full synthetic oil changes done here in the last year. If I did a review after the first one, I probably would hove given 4 or 5 stars. Based on the last visit though they get one star and a promise that I won't be back again. My car has a large two piece shield underneath that has 32 fasteners holding it in place. The tech was new and had never done a change on that make and model. It took him a little longer, but that's OK - I figure, take your time and get it right. Well, the other day a family member was following me in traffic and when we got home he told me I had something hanging from the bottom of my car. Well, I just crawled out from under my car where I discovered that where the two sections of shield meet in the middle, 6 or 7 of the fasteners were missing and the two shield sections were hanging down just inches from the ground. Its obvious the tech just wanted to get my car done and on its way and he did not properly tighten all of the fasteners, or maybe didn't even reinstall all of them in his rush to just be done. Shoddy work that I will now have to get repaired at the dealership. read more

I went to these guys because of their yelp reviews. When I got there the guys were very friendly knowledgeable and all the good stuff. I asked them to do an oil change and a transmission flush and they gave me a price for both that was fantastic. Then I asked them about a tuneup and this is where I realized that they were not a completely honest company, He told me everything look good under the good except we had a burnt spark plug wire and recommended we had a tuneup done, and this cost was over $500. I have never in my life heard of anybody trying to charge someone over $500 to replace a spark plugs and wires. The technician told me the spark plugs recommended for that vehicle were $18 a piece ( maybe in Canada ). He also told me it would take over four hours to replace the spark plugs. I have been doing my own vehicle maintenance ever since I was a youngster, the only reason I didn't do this truck is because of the transmission flush, plugs and wires take approximately 30 minutes in most cases. I was very disappointed at the way he tried to approach me for nearly $800 to do spark plug change oil change and transmission flush. Way too extreme!! read more
