Service - DOUBLE FAIL: To add insult to injury, after I paid and was told I was all set, I went out and stood in the cold while your "technician" fumbled around with my display settings, only to leave the rest messed up in ways I did not think possible. If that was not enough, the sticker he put on my windshield, showed my next oil change (on a 18,000 mile car) is due at 47,000 miles. This place is a complete rip off, try to upset everything and a basic synthetic oil change with a 10 coupon is over 100 dollars and they have no prices posted and do not make you aware of the prices, and pretty much said "oh, I don't know what to tell you" we don't post our prices online either they also said. The guy that did the oil change was cool but that's it the rest were very rude and didn't care one bit that I was upset they finished a job without making me aware of the ridiculous costs. June 24th 2020 came in to get an oil change needed one decided even though the reviews are up and down it's an old vehicle my Durango just get it done. so I pulled in off 159th Street during cove at times you are unlike some place is allowed inside which is a nice thing when it's hotter than hell outside you can walk in and there is socially distance seats marked off with the crime scene tape LOL. the tech that greeted me was very cordial the one who told me about my stop light in the back window being have two of the three bulbs out was very nice to I let them change that the price and the value was real good I didn't really feel like I got shafted.. it was a good experience all around nice and quick in and out.. I'll bring the old Durango back there again for another oil change till I get rid of it..they did try it up sell me on the cabin air filter I said it's an old vehicle I'm not worried about that part at all air conditioner blows cold it's good enough. store was very clean they offered coffee they had plugs for your USB devices if you need to charge up Wi-Fi whole lot more and right on par with a lot of other places as far as prices go.. another good thing about jiffy lube to is there open on Sunday too. read more

These guys cut corners . I've been there twice and both times I've had to return the car. This time they didn't reset the computer or provide a sticker. They say they checked the air pressure in my tires, but the one with a slow leak is down 5 psi. read more

Avoid this place at all costs. Absolute sleazebags who like to blame the customer. The "customer service" guy (Mr. Ayman) is an asshole, when you bring up an issue, he looks at you like he wants to fight you. He also talks to the customers in a very curt and rude way. Took my car in for an oil change and suddenly my car wouldn't start, even though I had no issues with it before. Additionally, it's the only Jiffy Lube I've ever been to that doesn't carry synthetic blend oil. read more

Super unhappy and frustrated. Last oil change I ended up with oil leaked all over my garage. I brought it back and they tightened the cap. I understand mistakes happen and went back today for another oil change. This time shortly after coming home I notice coolant in a puddle on the garage floor. I bring it back and they tell me my radiator is now leaking and it had nothing to do with the service I received today. My car is only a few years old and well taken care of. It's been running completely fine. Hard to believe that it just started leaking on its own today of all days. I bring it to the Mazda dealer Monday and know this will probably cost me several hundred dollars on top of the 200 dollars I spent today. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. read more

Stopped in at lunchtime for an oil change and tire rotation. was told to come back at 1:30 because everyone was at lunch. I've never heard of an oil change business closing at a time many people would go there. Questioned the owner about it and he was very rude. I just told him that I thought they should rotate lunch hours for the technicians like any other Jiffy Lube, but he sure didn't appreciate the suggestion! when I showed up at 8 am they were rebooting their computers. this is the 3 or 4th time they have showed up and this has happened. the manager came out and took a picture of my license plate. he came out with an attitude and when I asked to talk to someone higher up he refused to tell me or give me a number. read more

This place is horrible. I started about 1 year ago and it was ok but now these people working there now don't care about servicing customers. Went one day and said they broke some thing on a persons car and it would be an hour wait so I said I would be back next day. Went back in a week and was told they could only take cash. Always tries to say they don't take coupons. Hmm seemed not right to me. Poor customer service. Save yourself frustration and go else where. I have to update that jiffy lube did offer a free oil change and Jeremy called me and was very concerned that this was happening at his shop. Those fateful words "your car is ready" and of course I presumed that everything checked out alright as I paid the bill for the oil change. I subsequently proceeded home and parked my car on the driveway. The next day as I backed out of my driveway I noticed two large dark spots which I suspected to be oil that had apparently leaked from my car; fearing that I had some serious mechanical issue I took my car to a trusted mechanic. I hoped that nothing really costly was wrong with my car. My mechanic subsequently called me and said that that whoever had changed my oil had left the screw loose on the oil pan. I now have two large oil spots on my driveway to remind me never to go to "Jiffy Lube" for an oil change or any other service that they may offer. read more

You cannot use your own oil or filters, that struck me as odd. The techs put in the wrong oil for my engine. My vehicle uses a 5w-20 and they applied a 10w-30, which can cause problems and engine noise. That's just irresponsible. I do not recommend. read more

I have been getting my oil changed here for quite some time now. I found out my oil has been leaking. I took it back to jiffy lube and they tightened the cap and said everything was fine. A month later, I found out it it still leaking. Took my car to our trusted mechanic and he said they messed up my oil pan. This is going to cost $600 to get fixed. I am never going back. Very poor quality services by this company! Super disappointed. read more

Needed an oil change and I was pretty sure I needed the filter that makes the car less aromatic changed as well. I was taken right in, there was only one car being serviced at the time. The waiting room was clean and at a comfortable temperature. They upsold me to the filter, which I was expecting and that was all. The whole service took less than 10 minutes, which I thought was too fast, but it all worked out. I got $10.00 off because it was the special of the day. read more

There will always be something your car needs i.e. Air filter,windshield wipers, fuel injector cleaning and on and on it goes. 89.00 for a Mobile 1 oil change had a 25.00 off coupon for any service apparently an oil change is not considered a service at this location. GM Dealer charges 59.99 and washes the car. Buyer beware at this location. read more

The guy working at the front, Matthew G. Was great. He was very friendly and helpful. The guy who inspected my vehicle who was recently hired, told me I need new tires & that they had 50% life left when they are new tires I got three months ago. When I went back to my vehicle a drink that I had was spilled and leaking all in my cup holder. My boyfriend went back inside to say something and they said it wasn't them who spilled it. It wouldn't be a big deal if they could of been honest and apologized but I feel like it was intentional since I didn't stop at the stop sign I was supposed to wait at when I pulled in the lot. It was the first time there and I wasn't sure where to go. There is blue stuff that leaked down the sides of my car from them cleaning the windows. read more

I arrived today at approximately 1:00 PM for an oil change of a fleet leased service car. I've been coming to this location for at least 10 years and have never had a problem. Today, there was a new store manager. There were a few cars (2) ahead of me and I expected to wait 15-20 minutes. It was weird from the beginning. A store manager who I've never seen before at this location comes into the customer waiting area every couple of minutes and yells out a car type, acknowledges the customer from across the room, and begins a monologue about their filters, windshield wipers, tire wear, and applicable charges for same. This should be a quiet, private conversation at the service desk. Every conversation was consummated with a grand display of the car's filter and a recommendation for replacement. So, twenty minutes after I arrive, it's my turn for the circus treatment. I'm told that everything is good except that my car is low on coolant; and, it would be a $4.95 charge to add coolant to the system. Okay, fine, I tell him--but, you need to run it by my car leasing company for approval or don't do it. Twenty minutes later and several customers that arrived after me are long gone, my car is still sitting in the service bay. When I asked what's going on, I'm informed that there is a problem with approval for the $4.95 charge from my car leasing company. I tell him, I'll pay it in cash right now. I want to get on my way. He said, "it'll just be a minute". Fast forward twenty minutes, and, I'm still sitting there and beginning to get frustrated. I approached the service manager again, and, said, I want my car and I want to leave. He informs me that I can't leave due to pending discussions with my leasing company, and, asks me to settle down. I told him that I want my car now, and that I feel he his holding me hostage. He said, "I'm not holding you hostage." Well, if I can't leave on my own free will without my car, you are holding me hostage. An hour and an extra heaping of frustration for a ten-minute oil change. Never again. I'll also not that your employees did not return my service coupon book to my car. Another hassle!!! read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I usually get a conventional oil for $19.99 but was visiting town and needed it done, cost me $45 for the same oil. The service was very poor, do not waste your time or money!!! I will never ever go back here!!! They misplaced my keys and will not own up to it. I have a keyless ignition and they must have turned my car on and not left them in the cup holder while I was paying for my services, because I drove away and then was stranded. They did not offer to pick me up or assist in any way. They still have not found my keys and I am still upset about it! read more

I filed a complaint at the Jiffy Lube corporate number which supposedly will be forwarded to the franchisee. I hope the owner reaches out to me because I have had terrible service experiences. Once they did not rinse off the old oil which left my garage with a large puddle of oil. Another time they did not secure the plastic under cover and it half-way came off on the expressway which could have been dangerous for drivers behind me had it come off completely. Today, I was turned away because they will only use the exact oil viscosity recommended by the manufacturer however Honda of Orland Park advises 5w30 would be fine so long as it is synthetic or synthetic blend. There is a constant turnover of staff which probably also affects their services. Not going back there anymore. It's very convenient for me but I had too many issues. read more

Third time is the charm. I had 2 coupons. One for $7 dollars off and a $25 gift card and a straight $10 dollars. I pulled in and they greeted me at the side of the building. I had the coupon for 7/25 in my hand and asked if it was still good. I was told yes! Great, and he took my car. I waited at the register because I was expecting him to ask what type of oil I wanted. 10 minutes later he comes by with my filter in his had and tells me that I need a new one. Not for $30 bucks and I don't need wipers either. He comes back in under 5 and tells me it's ready. Great. I hand him the coupon and he gives me the bill and wants me to go on my way. I ask where the certificate is. He tells me that they are probably out of them and that it expires tomorrow anyway. So that means it is still good today. So he repeats himself. I tell him that I asked before handing the car over if this was still good. And he again tells me that it expires tomorrow. WTF is wrong with your brain. I understand that the coupon says that they have limited availablity. But, I, ASKED. So he tells me that the receipt shows that I recieved the $25 certificate and that he would write on it that I did not get it. O.k. But your aren't writing anything now? I blew the hell out of there because a customer sitting down said that they take them home by the hand full. When I was driving I noticed that the windshield that I had just cleaned at the gas station, looked like they went over it with a dirty mop. As well as the other 5 windows. They forgot to clean the drivers side. Why bother? read more

I needed an oil change for my new car and I usually go to Jiffy because I had always had good experiences with their prices versus the dealership. Not this time however. I spent $90 on my synthetic oil which my car apparently required and it could not take anything else. I paid the amount and then called my dealership and they are half as much! They stated they use the same oil as Jiffy does and they charge half as much! Never again. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

Just took both cars in for oil changes. Truck first, then the car. Upon completion of the car, I started to leave. I noticed Low Tire Pressure light was still on. Backed up and let the guys know. Shocker, they never checked the tires. After completing the service, I headed back home. Decided to check the truck tires. Shocker, they never checked them either. I called the shop and spoke to some kind of manager. He told me the sensors on the car need a couple of miles to reset (BS). The truck is a 2003. No sensors. Tires were at 19 in the front, 18 in the back (recommended to be set at 38). I understand forgetting a car here and there but 2 in the same family, 15 minutes apart, and it wasn't even busy. I will not be bringing my vehicles back there. If they're forgetting the simple parts of the service, what else are they forgetting to do? read more

I have been to this location a few times and it is by far the best Jiffy Lube I have been to. Other ones seem to push you into buying something you don't need. This one, they may offer you other services but I never felt like they were pushy. It is very clean I the staff is extremely nice and polite. Also, gave me a coupon which was a bonus. read more

Here's the thing people sd not fully understand about the difference between Jiffy Lube and the dealerships. Yea you will pay more at Jiffy Lube, however you have to make no appointment, and your in and out extremely fast! And the best thing Jiffy Lube offers is free top offs on all fluids for 3,000 miles.
